Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of village head in coordinating physical development in the village Augments. The role of assessment indicators are used, among others, is Giving Guidelines, Giving Guidance, Referral Giving, and Giving Supervision. The location of this research is in the Village District of Stimulation Augments. Type a descriptive survey research with qualitative methods of data collection with the use of oral or written information of resources. There are two groups of the population and the sample in this study. 46 population of the village office perangkati prop is also in use as a sample. The sampling technique using the census for the village office. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaire methods of observation. Data were analyzed by using a percentage table. Berdasarkaan results of research on the role of Head of Rural Development in the Physical Coordinate In the District Rural Supports stimuli produce Meranti Islands Regency kireteria assessment carried out in the category. Advice from the author, especially with regard to the role in coordinating the development of the village head is giving pedoaman, guidance, direction and supervision of the construction will be undertaken in order to run with done.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the level of rural finance management of Rantau Baru Subdistrict PangkalanKerinci District of Pelalawan. The assessmentindicators used include of acceptance administration , expenses administration and financial accountability. Type of research is located in the rural office of Rantau Baru Subdistrict PangkalanKerinci District of Pelalawan. This is a descriptive survey thattakes questionnaire priority as datas collectionand it can be used to analyze the empirical condition objectivity in the locationof the research.The populations of the research consists of 17 employees. The sampling technique that used in determining the individual sample is census techniques for employees. Techniques to collect the datas consist of used consist of primary data, collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews and secondary data collected using observation. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table. Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that Analysis Financial Management of Rantau BaruSubdistrict Pangkalan Kerinci District of Pelalawan is in the interval good quite assessment. Recommendations to be considered especially with respecting to the recording of all revenues and expenditures in apbdes to be more attention to improve the effectiveness of the rural financial management.

Abstract

The Target this research for know level construction of human relations at on duty industry and commerce of sub province of Indragiri downstream. Indicator Assessment cover synchronization there must be the target of organization with target of individual in organization, pleasant job atmosphere, fair informalitas in job relation, subordinate human being is not machine, development of ability of subordinate until maximal level, interesting work and full of challenge, appreciation and confession of execution of duty better, work appliance which enough, place right the on man right the, and recompensation have to be in kind with service which have been given. Research type which is have location at On duty Industry and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Indragiri downstream is descriptive survey, that is priority list quisioner as a means of data collecting and gathered data by means of list quisioner then made material to analyse the condition of empiric of obyektivitas existence of research target at accurate location. There are two population group and of sampel at this research that is structural functionary amount to 25 officer and people amount to 69 people. One sampling technique which is utilized in specifying individual of sampel is census technique for structural functionary and officer. Type and used to data collecting technique consist of, primary data, collected with technique of quisioner, and interview and also data of sekunder collected use observation technique. while technique analyse data the utilized is by utilizing appliance assist the tables of frequency. Pursuant to this technique analyse researcher assess and conclude that leadership of structural functionary at On duty Industry and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Indragiri Downstream ( Study Construction of Human Relations) residing in at interval assessment is enough executed. Recommendation which need to be considered especially with reference to correction of relation which must more hand in glove again to increase organizational effectiveness in running duty and its function.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Licensing Services Installation of Billboards in Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Office. Service assessment indicators used include the transparency of services, accountability of service, conditional service, participatory services, services of equal rights, the balance of rights and obligations of service. This type of research that is located in the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru is surfey descriptive, ie prioritize dftar questionnaire as a means of data collection and data collected by the tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical condition of obyektivitis presence at the location of meticulous research purposes. Tedapat two groups of the population and the sample in this study is the head of licensing billboards , numbered 1 and communities or entrepreneurs who manage licensing installation of billboards, infinite in number. Community or employers in this case are those who are taking care of licensing installation of billboards, the amount of the second sample set of this population group is 1 and 75 people. Two sampling techniques used in determining the individual sample is the population census techniques for employees and teknil purposive sampling for population groups or businesses. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data was collected using a questionnaire and interview techniques as well as a list of secondary data were collected using observation. While data analysis technique used is by using the tools frequency table. Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that the analysis of Licensing Services Installation of Billboards in Pekanbaru City Department of Revenue is in the interval pretty good assessment. Recommendations to be considered, especially with regard to making the service mechanism is still unclear, and further improve the facilities and operational procedures satandar clearer so that people or businesses who take care of permits installation of billboards is not confused and ease of doing business.

Abstract

This study aims untyk know supervision of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru in overseeing Operations Permit Indomaret presence in Sub Rumbai Coastal city of Pekanbaru. Monitoring indicators used include preliminary supervision, ongoing monitoring, feedback control is done by the Department of Industry and Trade of the city of Pekanbaru. This type of research that is located in the office of the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru is the descriptive method with qualitative data analysis, in line with the objectives of the research, the study population was Head of Industry and Trade, Head of Trade, Commerce and Metrology Business Section, Section of Supervision and Guidance , Indomaret Manager, Small and Medium Enterprise Communities that exist around Indomaret. To support the validity and research, then in charge of the population in the Office of Industry and Trade as many as 6 people, as many as 4 people Indomaret Manager and Small Business Community that is around Indomaret as many as 40 people. The sampling technique for the head of the Department and the staff of Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru using sampling techniques or other terms is saturated census and for existing communities around Indomaret using purposive sampling technique. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected by using questionnaire data and interviews and secondary data collected by observation and documentation which is the source of data and information and a description of the parties related to this research. Based on this analysis technique can be concluded that the presence of Operations Permit Monitoring Indomaret in District Rumbai Coastal works quite accomplished. Recommendations are necessary in the future to consider is the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru can perform intensive supervision on Operational Permit Indomaret existence.

Abstract

Dumai is a small hamlet on the seashore of the eastern province of Riau. Dumai is a result of the expansion of Bengkalis. Inaugurated as the City on 20 April 1999 by Law No. 16 of 1999 which was the previous status of the City of Dumai. Dumai City is a city in the province of Riau, which has a population of 271 523 which consists of 7 districts and a total area of 1623.38 km2. This study aims to determine the quality of public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Dumai City. With this type of research is Desckriptif Survey illustrates the true state with the Kota Dumai study sites sampled and that society has an interest relating to the management of administration, and government officials / employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Dumai City with data collection mnggunakan interview and questionnaire . The conclusions of this study are, when viewed from some ministry, the public will tend to have easy, fair and equitable, but in practice that is particularly dumai city in quality of public services as a benchmark for service delivery tends to existing provisions. Maintenance process is convoluted and time consuming reality that must be traveled by the public. Based on the results of this study through questionnaires and interviews the observation of researchers is the lack of quality of public services in providing services, this is caused by the low performance of the pegawaidalam serve and did not escape the political conditions of the employees.

Abstract

This research aims to know the level of implementation of democratic leadership style in the seniorhigh school number one Kuantan Mudik by the principple. The democratic leadership style, which is measured by the eight indicators that subordinates are given the opportunity to develop creativity, open nature, giving priority to discussion and together need, take a decision in accordance with the objectives of the Organization, actively participate in the activities of the Organization, developing a regeneration, the expansion of cadre recruitment to subordinate further and became the leader of the future, and look at all the problems can be solved by joint efforts. The type of research that is located on senior high school number one Kuantan Mudik Regency Kuantan singingi is a descriptive survey, where prioritizing a list of questionnaire as a tool of data collection and the data collected with this tool then became the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions brought the existence of research purposes at locations that are examined. There are three groups of population and sample of this research. And they are the students are 50 people, 15 people teachers, administrative personnels are 3 people. The sampling technique which used is census techniques for administration personnels of the school. Types and file collection techniques used consisted of, primary data, collected with a questionnaire and interview techniques as well as secondary file collected using the technique of observation. While the file analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tools. Based on this analysis, researchers assess the techniques and concluded that the level of implementation of democratic leadership style in the leadership of the head of senior high school number one Kuantan Mudik is in the interval fulfilled.

Abstract

Education and training is very important for new employees or employees who have long, training briefly defined as an activity to improve the performance of current and future performance. Education and training activities dividend to employees in an organization, in the form of expertise and skills which in turn will be a valuable asset to the organization. Through education and training of personnel will increase the ability and likewise for the organization, education and training can make a significant contribution if done correctly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the education and training of personnel in the Office of the Regional Employment Board in Bengkalis. The method used in this research is to use a combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the results of data analysis found that the education and training provided by the employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Board in Bengkalis own Good.

Abstract

According to the Constitution No. 28 in 2009 the rural and urban property taxes becomes one of the taxes policy managed by the local government. Dumai local government had just started to implement this rural and urban property taxes policy since January 2013. Dumai local government is an city- level region that has great potential considering the tax economic activities is quite complex . The amount of tax arrears could become potential challenges for the local government of Dumai. This study would describe about the constraints encountered by the local government of Dumai in optimizing the ruraland urban property tax revenue, explaining about the strategies implemented, as well as finding out the level of effectiveness of property tax revenue as the local taxes. It was a descriptive type of study, using interview and documentation record in collecting the data. Purposive technique was used as a basis for selecting the informants, while the data was analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results indicated that since the policy of tax revenue was relatively new the problems encountered by the local government of Dumai was in the management, the application of SISMIOP provided by tax Directorate General “Direktorat Jenderal Pajak” could not be implemented well, restricted number of facilities and infrastructure, and lack of human resources capabilities to provide the services.
