Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the stock return and risk by using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method in determining investment decisions in stocks of the food and beverages sub-sector for the period 2017-2019 and (2) to determine the feasibility level of shares of issuers in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. So that the selected sample of 13 companies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the results of data analysis there is a non-linear relationship between systematic risk (Beta) and the expected rate of return (E(Ri)). Example: CEKA stock has the highest beta of 1.113 and has the lowest E(Ri) of 0.00020268. (2) There is 1 share that has the feasibility as an investment facility, namely CEKA shares. CEKA's shares have Ri greater than [E(Ri)] or [Ri > E(Ri)]. The investor's decision that must be taken by the investor is to buy the shares. Meanwhile, the 12 company shares that were included in the unqualified category were AISA, ALTO, CEKA, DLTA, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, MYOR, ROTI, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, and ULTJ shares. These stocks have Ri smaller than E(Ri) or [Ri < E(Ri)]. The investment decision that must be taken by investors is to sell the shares before the price drops.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, training, and giving rewards on employee satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The object of this research is PT. ATM (Between the Power Independent) Metro, population as much as 40 respondent Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include test instrument requirements test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership, work motivation, training and giving rewards have a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction, work motivation variable and significant effect on employee performance, training variable and significant effect on employee performance, and the variable giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of leadership, work motivation, leadership style and giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi (X1), Stres Kerja (X2), dan Kepribadian (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi (X1), Stres Kerja (X2), dan Kepribadian (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yaitu wawancara atau kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui variabel dependen dan independen dengan alat bantu program komputer yaitu SPSS 17 For Windows. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah 1) Variabel Komitmen organisasi, Stres Kerja, secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan, 2) Variabel kepribadian mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) variabel Komitmen organisasi, Stres Kerja dan Kepribadian secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Supermarket Indo metro. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa dalam menempuh pendidikan pada Universitias Muhammadiyah Kota Metro.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner kepada 73 mahasiswa UM Metro yang diambil menggunakan rumus dari slovin.Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, Persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwavariabel Biaya pendidikan tidak bepengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Variabel Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Variabel Fasilitas pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Dan Variabel Prospek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro. Kata Kunci: Biaya Pendidikan , Citra, Fasilitas Pendidikan, Prospek This study aims to determine the factors that influence student decision making in studying at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 73 UM Metro students who were taken using the formula from slovin. Analysis of research data was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, analysis requirements and hypotheses. The results showed that the variable cost of education did not affect the student's decision to study at UM Metro University. Image variable has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to study at UM Metro University. The variable of educational facilities has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to study at UM Metro University. And the Prospect Variable has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to study at UM Metro University. Keywords: Education Cost, Image, Education Facilities, Prospect

Abstract

The influence of the development of custom motorbikes is currently so rapid and spreading from young to old. The main problems with custom motorbikes include the safety and legality aspects of the custom motorbike. The purpose of this study to determine effect of the development of custom motorbikes and the legality on consumer interest in modified motorbikes. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method is documentation method. The object aredevelopment of custom motorbikes, legality and consumer interest. This research activity in modified motorcycle workshops in Metro City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a questionnaire. The analytical tool is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Results showed that partially the development of custom motorbikes and legality had a significant effect on consumer interest. Simultaneously it also shows that the development of custom motorbikes and the legality of custom motorbikes on consumer interest.

Abstract

Basically the goal in establishing a company is how they look for consumers as much as possible to increase sales volume, while the sales volume is the final result achieved by the company from the sale of products made by the company. For this reason, the sales volume is calculated based on the assumed target with the realization achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of advertising costs, the cost of sales promotion and personal sales of sales volume on Daihatsu Grand Max cars at Daihatsu Metro City Sales Points. This research method is descriptive qualitative, which produces descriptive data based on the results of quantitative analysis with company secondary file on research variables. File collection techniques using corporate secondary data, documentation and literature study. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results are obtained when the results of testing together that the three independent variables including advertising costs, sales promotion, and personal sales have a positive and significant effect on sales volume.

Abstract

Supplier selection is one important thing for companies in purchasing activities. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used to select supplier is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, which will develop partnership relationships with Betta fish suppliers. The problems that will be discussed in this study are : (1) How to determine the order of priority criteria and subcriteria to make the best supplier selection according to the condition of the company? (2) How to make the best supplier selection according to the conditions and capabilities of the company? The samples to be taken in conducting this research are decision makers and parties who know the supplier’s performance. The sampling technique uses Judgment sampling because the AHP method reqires dependence on a group of experts on the types of specialists involved in decision making. This study uses the AHP method and is assisted by MS Exel, from the assessment of the level of importance of the criteria in selecting suppliers to produce the priority scale/weight as follows: priority I quality (0,440), priority II price (0,226), priority III shipping (0,142), priority IV service (0,099), priority V payment (0,091). From the results of the assessment of the level of alternative importance in the selection of suppliers produces the priority scale/weighting as follows: priority I dedi betta (0,451), priority II rudi bocor (0,348), priority III supplier of niko surya (0,199). Based on the results of the above analysis, the advice that can be given is, if the company will develop partnership relationships with suppliers, the company is prioritized for choosing dedi betta as bettafish suppliers in the company, because dedi betta supplier has the highest overall value. With the existence of this partnership, the supply chain performance between suppliers and companies will be better and can facilitate the overall production completion target. Abstract

The prospect of laying hens business in Indonesia is considered very good in terms of domestic and foreign markets, when viewed from the supply and demand side. The laying hens business has good business prospects. This researcher aims to determine whether the amount of production is able to meet the market demand expected by CV.Prian Men. Based on the problems encountered, the purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence in order to increase the amount of production in order to be able to meet market demand.The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained directly by interviewing business owners. And secondary data can be generated through data collection using the results of the financial test that has been done.Based on the analysis of CV Prian's laying hens production business in Purwosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung, what has been done can be concluded that it is economically feasible to do. With details Payback period (PP) Value (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) so that the business is economically feasible and profitable to realize. Furthermore, the value of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) shows a feasible result to be developed,. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that the Laying Chicken Production Business owned by CV Prian in Purwosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung is quite good to be implemented, and has good prospects for development. Thus developing this business can meet the needs of eggs throughout Natar and outside the region.

Abstract

Kepuasan atas pelayanan yang diberikan merupakan sesuatu yang dipersepsikan oleh pelanggan. Terkait kondisi pelayanan yang ada di Bengkel Mulia Motor dapat diketahui masih terdapat karyawan yang memberikan pelayanan sekedarnya yang terlihat dari cara mereka menanggapi keluhan dari konsumen yang kurang antusias dan tidak memenuhi semua permintaan konsumen yang menyebabkan konsumen harus mengulang berkali0kali apa yang mereka inginkan. Hal ini menunjukkan kesenjangan antara konsep pelayanan yang seharusnya diberikan penyedia jasa kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Mulia Motor. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelayanan, fasilitas, lokasi dan kepuasan konsumen. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Bengkel Mulia Motor. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Bengkel Mulia Motor dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisa kualitas data dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan angka coefisiensi dan nilai thitung maka dapat diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah fasilitas bengkel. Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Lokasi, Kepuasan Konsumen.

The development of the business for poultry needs, namely birds, has made the competition in this industry even more challenging. So, that Maleo SMEs can succeed in competition, they must try to create and retain customers to achieve the goal. The company must produce products that consumers want with attractive packaging and good quality. Thus it must be able to understand the behaviour of target consumers to increase product sales to SMEs. Maleo. This study aimed to determine the effect of packaging and product quality on product purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. This was done to solve the problem of how the business that has been run can continue to grow and run successfully in a competitive environment to achieve the desired profit. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. A quantitative research method is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and structured from the beginning to the making of the research design. The results of the research packaging have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. Together, packaging and product qualitypositively and significantly impact purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung.
