Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Family Hope Program (PKH) on Poverty Reduction in Metro City, Metro Barat District. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection is obtained from the results of questionnaires from 84 community respondents who received the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance taken using a simple sampling technique formula, research data analysis was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, analysis requirements and hypothesis. The results of the study show that the Family Hope Program (PKH) variable has a positive and significant effect on poverty alleviation in the people of West Metro District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service on consumer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the Laundry Happy Wash 21 service which is located on Jalan Tengger No. 11 Yosorejo Metro Timur, Metro City, Lampung. The total population is 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using SPSS 25 and 20 include test instrument requirements, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the price variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty, the location variable has an effect and is significant on consumer loyalty, and the service variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of price, location and service has a significant and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization has entered a very competitive and very strong condition, every year the business environment is unpredictable and market demands change a lot. This allows business people to implement strategies in their business to maintain the viability and competitiveness of the company. These companies try to execute customer satisfaction in order to get big profits and try to get as much customer loyalty as possible in different ways. This study aims (1) to determine whether product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) to determine whether service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) to determine whether consumer interest has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) to determine whether competitive advantage significant effect on customer satisfaction (5) To determine whether product innovation, service quality, consumer interest, competitive advantage have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. The population in this study are customers who buy goods at the Merapi Gift Palace shop, consumers who buy in June to December as many as 325 consumers. The results showed that (1) there is a positive effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction (2) there is a positive influence of service quality on satisfaction (3) there is a positive influence of consumer interest on customer satisfaction (4) there is a positive influence of competitive advantage on customer satisfaction (5) there is a positive effect of product innovation, service quality, consumer interest, competitive advantage on customer satisfaction. This level of sales shows a picture of the perceived satisfaction. Effects of Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging Design, and Price on Purchase Decisions for MSME Products with Pure Chips in Gajah City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 91 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (1) Ratmono, S.E., M.M. (2) H. Suwarto, S.E., M.M. Berdasarkan hasil pra survey, masih banyak teknisi atau mekanik dan juga karyawan yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri saat bekerja memperbaiki sepeda motor milik pelanggan, hal ini menyebabkan beberapa kondisi seperti kecelakaan ringan yang dialami karyawan. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut maka perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Teduh Kota Bandar Lampung?”. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explenatory survey yaitu survey yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara dua variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan atau sering disebut sebagai penelitian penjelas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana, uji t parsial, dan r2 determinasi. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Kesehatan Kerja dan Keselamatan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di PT Lautan Teduh Bandar Lampung Siawan, Anjas (2021). Abstract

Untuk mempermudah kaum muslim untuk menunaikan zakat dan bersedekah maka dibentuklah lembaga zakat sepeti BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) yang dikelolah oleh pemerintah dan adapun yang dikelolah oleh organisasi islam seperti LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Sedekah Muhammaddiyah) yang dikelolah oleh muhammaddiyah untuk melakukan kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengkordinasian dalam pengumpulan, pendistribusian, dan pendayagunaan zakat. Salah satu program lazismu dalam menghimpun zakat, infaq dan sedekah dengan melakukan kerja sama kotak infaq kepada seluruh masjid untuk mempermudah penghimpunan dana. Untuk itu tidak semua mesjid menerima program tersebut karena ada beberapa faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan pihak masjid terkait kerjasama tersebut. Untuk itu artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masjid dalam mengambil keputusan terkait program kerjasama kotak infaq yang dibentuk oleh lembaga zakat Lazismu kota Medan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Student lifestyles have changed where this change is not caused by changing needs but is more influenced by the development of the consumptive world of social media. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, ease of paylater access, wants and needs on consumptive behavior with lifestyle as a mediating variable. Research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is financial literacy, easy access to paylater, wants and needs, consumptive behavior and lifestyle. The population and research sample were students of the Management Study Program 2018 with a total sample of 68 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tools used are data quality analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS program.The results showed that financial literacy had no effect on consumptive behavior. Ease of access to paylater, and partial desire have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. improve student consumptive behavior. Financial literacy, easy access to paylater, and desire simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior. Lifestyle moderates or increases the influence of financial literacy, ease of paylater access, and the desire for consumptive behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh customer bonding dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa).Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama yang diambil dari bulan Oktober-Desember 2021yaitusebanyak143 pelanggan.PengambilansampeldalampenelitianinimenggunakanrumusSlovin. Hasil menggunakan rumus slovin dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 106 pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Karya Sejati Utama yang beralamat di Jalan Amir Hamzah, Jl. Dusun 5, Jl. Bandar Labuhan No.238, Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitianinidiperolehnilai koefisien sebesar 0,326, dimana nilai T-hitung > T-tabel (3,027>1.6593) dan signifikan sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya customer bonding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa) maka Ha1 diterima.Nilai koefisien sebesar 0,326, dimana nilai T-hitung > T-tabel (3,027>1.6593) dan signifikan sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya customer bonding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa) maka Ha1 diterima. Diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung (63,728) > Ftabel (3,08), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Variabel Customer Bonding (X1) dan Persepsi Harga (X2) berpengaruh secara serentak (simultan) terhadap Variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity. The type of research conducted in this research is using quantitative research. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Daihatsu Metro City, amounting to 121 people as research respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study are supported and in line with research conducted by Gofur (2019) which shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Self-motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. This shows that if employees' perceptions of self- motivation will be fulfilled according to the wishes of employees, it will affect work productivity. Compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity
