Abstract

Adequate knowledge of the correct investment methods is crucial to avoid losses wheninvesting in stock market applications, such as Ajaib. The growth of investors in Ajaib'sapplication is considered quite good. However, when compared to other countries, theinvestment awareness among the Indonesian population is still relatively low. The presenceof numerous new companies can be one of the driving factors for increasing the number ofinvestors, especially in stock market investments through Ajaib's application. However, thesheer number of companies alone may not significantly impact the growth of investors if theawareness of investment among students remains low. The purpose of this research is todetermine the combined influence of interest, profit, and self-efficacy on stock marketinvestments through Ajaib's application among students at Muhammadiyah University Metro.This research uses a quantitative approach, and the research method involves the Slovin formula for sample determination. The sample consists of 56 students from the 2018 class inthe Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University Metro. The dataanalysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, linearitytesting, and homogeneity testing. The analytical model used in this research includes multiplelinear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and R-squared determination. Based on theresearch results, the T-test indicates that interest significantly influences stock marketinvestments through Ajaib's application among students at Muhammadiyah University Metro.Profit also has a significant influence on stock market investments through Ajaib'sapplication among these students. On the other hand, self-efficacy does not have a significanteffect on stock market investments through Ajaib's application among students atMuhammadiyah University Metro. The F-test results show that interest, profit, and selfefficacy together have a significant influence on stock market investments through Ajaib'sapplication among students at Muhammadiyah University Metro

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality control data on the risk of product damage at PTSurya Tsabat Mandiri in reducing the risk of product damage. The type of research used isqualitative using statistical tools contained in Statistical Data Quality Control (SQC) andStatistical Process Control (SPC). The results showed that the bread production process ofPT Surya Tsabat Mandiri in January 2020 every day there were data that were notstatistically controlled and needed to be revised 1 time. This can be seen from the out ofcontrol points that occurred on the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 25th days. Then corrective actionis taken by looking for the causes of defects so that the points that are out of control arewithin the control limits of UCL and LCL (in of control) so that the production process canbe said to be statistically controlled.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) presents a banking application called BRI Mobile (BRIMo).The use of the Mobile Banking application also encountered various obstacles including thequality of the services provided in the application and related to features that can meet theneeds of customers in conducting financial transactions. This study aims to determine theeffect of service quality and features on interest in sustainable use with user satisfaction asan intervening variable for students using BRI Mobile Banking at Muhammadiyah MetroUniversity. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. Thevariables in this study are service quality, features, satisfaction and interest in continuoususe. The population and sample of the study were students of the Management StudyProgram, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro Batch2018 with the number of samples taken as many as 68 students. Data collection techniquesusing questionnaires. The analytical tools used are data quality analysis and Path Analysiswith the SPSS program. The results showed that service quality, features and satisfactionpartially had a positive and significant effect on the interest in sustainable use. Satisfactiondoes not significantly increase the effect of service quality and features on interest insustainable use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine :1). The influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions. 2). The effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. 3) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, and 4) the simultaneous influence of digital marketing, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions.The population of this research is all consumers who have used Scommer.co products. The number of samples in this study were 97 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The test instruments used are validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1). Digital marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2) product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. 3) brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions. 4) digital marketing, product quality, and brand image have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence that exists at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro, namely the lack of work motivation of lecturers or employees who have worked for a long time but do not have permanent employee status, there are several lecturers or senior employees who have lost work motivation, there is still a lack of self-awareness about how to motivate colleagues. work so as not to be late and come home early. which aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the working period in moderating work motivation on employee performance, and the working period in moderating job satisfaction on employee performance of lecturers and employees of Muhammadiyah Metro University. Muhammadiyah Metro University employees, data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multiple regression analysis, t-test, f test, r test of determination, and interaction test (moderated regression analysis). /MRA) on the IBM social sciences statistical package (SPSS). The results show that work motivation, job satisfaction, a tenure that connects motivation, and a period of service that connects satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance, it is recommended for Muhammadiyah Metro University to increase the motivation and satisfaction of lecturers and employees of Muhammadiyah Metro University

Abstract

Cash flow, is an economic activity that is differentiated from the cash flow statement, whichis reported in the high balance sheet. Cash flow is usually not used to increase the cashaccount, but is used to pay dividends, increase inventory, fund trade receivables. Thisresearch aims to determine the effectiveness of managing cash receivables, determine theeffectiveness of cash flow policies and NPL policies in managing bad debts. The method usedis a quantitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews andcompany data. Manage receivables with asset ratios and profitability ratios. The results ofthe research show that, the accumulation of the company's trade receivables indicates a lackof effectiveness in managing trade receivables and in the end the buildup of trade receivablescan hinder the acquisition of profitability ratios and high receivable turnover is acceptablefrom a liquidity perspective and can lead to higher returns on assets. tall.

Abstract

The research problem formulation is what are the factors that cause the amount of productdamage and how to optimize quality control to reduce the amount of product damage in IKMTempe 21A Yosodadi Metro Timur. how to optimize quality control to reduce the amount ofproduct damage in IKM Tempe 21A Yosodadi Metro Timur. The type of research isqualitative research, the data collection technique uses observation, and interviews. Thisstudy focuses on the implementation of Quality Control (quality control) in IKM Tempe 21AYosodadi Metro Timur. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concludedthat the factors that cause the amount of damage to tempe products in Mr. Khairunas' TempeIKM consist of lack or excess of yeast, duration of fermentation, changing room temperatureconditions, washing soybeans that are not clean, damaged machines. , and the quality ofsoybeans and how to reduce the amount of product damage, namely ensuring the size of theyeast with the appropriate amount of soybeans so that there is no shortage or excess,ensuring cleanliness in soybean washing, ensuring the fermentation process is good enoughwithout overlapping tempeh, and repairing the machine and seeing the quality of soybeans.become raw materials.

Abstract

Tapioca production is a business that is engaged in the field of basic needs that focuses on the production of tapioca flour with the marketing area of ​​Lampung Province in general and Central Lampung Regency in particular. The main raw material used in the production process is cassava which is obtained from collectors and farmers directly. So the purpose of this research is to find out 1) the number of orders/purchases that must be made by the cassava factory in 2017-2020 (Economic Order quantity), 2) the supply of raw materials that must be determined at the cassava factory in 2017-2020 (Safety Stock), 3 ) the cost to determine the reorder of cassava rows in 2017-2020 (Reorder Point), 4) the cost of the total amount needed to determine the calculation at the cassava factory in 2017-2020 TIC (Total Inventory Cost). This type of research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data used in the form of secondary data relating to the supply of raw materials in CV. Luthfi Jaya Abadi, Trisnomulyo Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lampung Regency 2017-2020. The research results prove that 1) The most economical purchase in 2017 using the Economic Order Quantity method is 360 tons with a purchase frequency of 833 times in one year. Whereas in 2018 it was 400 tons with a purchase frequency of 15 times a year, for 2019 it was 240 tons with a purchase frequency of 7 times in one year, and in 2020 it was 1,200 tons with a purchase frequency of 29 times in one year. 2) Calculation that the standard storage of raw material usage in 2017 is 6.52 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2017 is 10.75 tons. Then the results in 2018 for the calculation of standard storage of raw material use in 2018 were 0.388 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2018 was 0.640 tons. For 2019, the calculation result of standard storage of raw material usage in 2019 was 0.687 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2019 was 1.133 tons and the last calculation results of Standard storage of raw materials usage in 2020 was 26.99 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2020 amounting to 44.53 tons. 3) From the results of the ROP (Re Order Point) in 2017 the reorder achievement was 10,041 tons, in 2018 it was 42,125 tons, in 2019 it was 39,125 tons and in 2020 it was 42.194 tons. 4) In 2017 obtained TIC based on calculations using the EOQ method of Rp. 1,041,666,250,-, for the following year, 2018 the TIC is Rp. 4,218,750, -, next year 2019 the results of the calculations obtained TIC results of Rp. 4,000,000, - and the next in 2020 will get Rp. 2.125.000,- from the calculation of TIC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Reputation, Information Quality, and E-Wom on Buying Interest on the Tokopedia Online Selling Site Mediated by Customer Trust. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses data types that can be measured or calculated directly through the measurement of research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is an analytical method which includes testing instrument requirements, testing requirements analysis and testing hypotheses. The results of the study show that reputation has no effect on customer trust on the Tokopedia online buying and selling site. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether interest has an effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy Motorcycles, to find out whether Lifestyle influences motorbike purchasing decisions. Honda Scoopy, knowing Brand Image has an effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy Motorcycles, and knowing Interest, Lifestyle and Brand Image have an effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy Motorcycles. The research method uses quantitative research that measures the variables of interest, lifestyle, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Honda Scoopy customers at TDM Honda Motor Sekampung. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the t-test value on the interest variable with a significance level of 5% was 0.005 <0.05 and tcount (2.96) > ttable (2.03), so that there was a positive and significant influence on interest. customers on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles. The value of the t test on the lifestyle variable with a significance level of 5% is 0.034 < 0.05 and tcount (2.198) > ttable (2.03), so that there is a positive and significant influence on lifestyle on motorcycle purchasing decisions Honda Scoopy. The value of the t test on the brand image variable with a significance level of 5% is 0.007 < 0.05 and t (2.861) > t table (2.03), so that there is a positive and significant influence on brand image on motorcycle purchasing decisions Honda Scoopy. There is a positive and significant influence of interest, lifestyle, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycle products at TDM Sekampung.
