Abstract

The effectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carriedout by the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectof the effectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carriedout by the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. This type of research includes correlativequantitative research. The population in this study were 94buyers taken from regular buyersat @hayu_outfit. The method used in the study is the type of data to be used, namely primarydata. Of the 117 questionnaires distributed, only 94 questionnaires could be processed. Thedata is then tested for data quality by using the validity test, reliability test. After testing thequality of the data then tested using the Spearman rank test. Then the data were analyzedusing the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are the effect of theeffectiveness of segmentation, targeting, and positioning on consumer behavior carried outby the @hayu_outfit Instagram account. The effectiveness of segmentation has a positive andsignificant effect on consumer behavior, targeting has a positive and significant effect onconsumer behavior, positioning has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Based on the results of separate interviews by researchers with residents or communities whoprovide services at the village office, it was found that the booming e-KTP problem at thattime this problem was from the center because of the limited forms, each village office onlygot a few blanks, so the attitude taken by service employees Urgent people take precedence,not according to people who have previously made e-KTPs, so people feel unfair withdecisions like this every community who comes and asks about their e-KTP is still in theprocess with a span of months. This study aims to determine the influence of organizationalculture, work discipline, service quality on community satisfaction at the Labuhan Ratu VIIVillage Office, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung. This type of research is a quantitativestudy using the Incidental Sampling method, namely the technique of determining the samplebased on chance, namely 80 samples. The data used is secondary data distribution ofquestionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressionanalysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that organizational culture, workdiscipline, service quality have a positive and significant influence on people's satisfaction

Abstract

The influence of globalization today will lead to increasingly global competition. Human resources, namely employees or employees have an important role in a company. The existence of competent and quality human resources will support the company's activities and are assets that must be guarded by the company to be managed and managed. This study aims to determine the relationship between slef esteem and employee satisfaction at BPKAD metro city. Knowing the effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction of employees at BPKAD metro city, knowing the effect of employee performance on job satisfaction at BPKAD in metro city, knowing the effect of slef esteem, slef efficacy of employee performance, on employee job satisfaction at BPKAD Metro city. The sample of respondents in this study were employees of the financial and asset management agency of the Kora metro area, totaling 60 people, using the accideal sampling technique. The quantitative method in this study used a quantitative approach. n comparative. The data were collected in questionnaire sheets and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the self-esteem variable obtained a tcount value of 0.315 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.754 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-esteem has an effect on employee satisfaction. tcount 18.905 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-efficacy affects employee satisfaction. tcount -0.315 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.754 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-efficacy has no effect on employee satisfaction. While in the f-test (both test fcount 865.963 and ftable 2.77 that the independent variables jointly influence positive and significant employee satisfaction. This means that self-esteem (x1), self-efficacy (x2), employee performance (3), employee satisfaction (y) the independent variable is able to explain the independent variable of 98.1% while the remaining 1% is influenced by the variable which were not included in this study.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance is the basis or guideline in conducting the company's internalmanagement. Stock prices are a reflection of the performance or value of the company andalso a reflection of investor confidence. The objectives to be achieved are: 1) To determine the effect of managerial ownership on stock prices in Food and Beverage companies on theIDX for the 2017-2021 period. 2) To determine the effect of institutional ownership on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 3) Todetermine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners on the stock price of Food andBeverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 4) To determine the effect ofmanagerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board of commissioners on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This researchis a quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely GoodCorporate Governance on stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in2017-2021. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation technique.The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results ofresearch and data processing obtained the results of the t-test on the Managerial Ownershipvariable having a tcount of 5.444 where the tcount value is 5.444 > ttable 1.717, with asignificance value below 0.05, namely 0.000, then H1 is accepted. The results of the t-test ofthe institutional ownership variable have a tcount value greater than ttable or it can beexplained that the value (4.650 > 1.717) with a significance value below 0.05 is 0.000. Theresults of the t-test of the board of commissioners variable have a tcount value (5.502)greater than ttable (1.717) or it can be explained that the value of tcount > ttable (5.502 >1.717) with a significance value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The results of the F test on theindependent variables (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board ofcommissioners) have Fcount greater than Ftable or it can be explained that the value (18.776> 3.07) with a significance level below 0.05 is 0.000. Based on the results of the study, it canbe concluded that the test results simultaneously with the F test show that Good CorporateGovernance on indicators of managerial ownership, institutional election and independentcommissioners jointly affect stock prices in Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDXin 2017-2021. This is evidenced by statistical testing where tcount > ttable with asignificance less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the results of this studysimultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the high turnover rate of employees in companies. The aim ofthis research is to determine the effect of training satisfaction and psychologicalempowerment on turnover intention with work involvement as a mediating factor. Thisresearch is quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, the samplingtechnique was nonprobability sampling, as many as 73 employees from PT. Indo Metro SuryaAndola. As a measuring tool, an 80-item questionnaire was used with Likert scalemeasurements and analyzed using Path Analysis. The research results show that trainingsatisfaction has a negative effect on employee turnover intentions. Psychologicalempowerment has a negative effect on employee turnover intentions. Training satisfaction hasa positive effect on employee turnover intentions. Psychological empowerment has a positiveeffect on employee turnover intentions. Training satisfaction has a negative effect onemployee turnover intention, mediated by employee work engagement. Psychologicalempowerment has a negative effect on employee turnover intention, mediated by employeework engagement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high use of the internet in Indonesia, used by many peopleas a promising business opportunity. This can be seen from the many online stores that havesprung up on social media which are believed to be effective as a medium for promotingproducts, one of the social media currently widely used by the public is Tiktok. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of ease of use, consumer trust, display quality andinformation quality on purchasing decisions. In this study, it was tested using multiple linearregression analysis calculations using the SPSS20 program. This type of research isquantitative research or verification research. Quantitative research is research that usesnumbers, and in this study there were 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used inthis research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) The ease of usevariable had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 2) The variable of consumerconfidence has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 3) The display quality variable hasa negative effect on purchasing decisions. 4) The information quality variable has a positiveeffect on purchasing decisions. 5) The variables of ease of use, consumer trust, quality of information has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the quality of display doesnot have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of earnings and cash flow on financial distress. The population in this study are food and beverage sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and continuously publish financial reports in 2018-2020. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 17 sample companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian capital market directory and www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is the classical assumption and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that earnings and cash flow have a significant influence on the possibility of financial distress.

Abstract

The financial industry such as banking is a source of tax revenue in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on financial performance. The concept that BRI can apply to realize good corporate governance is applied to the idea of ​​Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual report of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) company. The company performance used in this study uses ROA as a measure and as a variable. The sample used in this research is the annual report of PT. Bri period 2018-2021. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study showed (1). The Board of Directors influences financial performance (2). The Board of Commissioners has an influence on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of micro-fundamental factors on stockreturns. This Research Is A Quantitative Research Using A Sampling Technique Method ThatObtains 12 Sample Companies. The population of this study are transportation companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are continuously issuing financial reports from2016-2020. This Research Uses Secondary Data Obtained from www.idx.co.id. This analysismethod uses panel data regression and classical assumptions. The results of this studyindicate that the micro-fundamental factors for stock returns have a T-test value (Fstatistic)of 0.476295 > 0.005. While the F test shows the influence value is -0.008064 <0.00. Fromthe calculation of the R value, the results of the determination test conducted in this studyresulted in an r value in the upper table of x1 = 0.1309, where the r value was > 0.005 andwas declared to have no effect. X2 = 0.7900 where the value of r > 0.005 means it has noeffect. X3 = 0.6598 where the value of r > 0.005 means it has no effect.
