Human resource management (HRM) education is one of the key aspects in the development of successful organisations and enterprises. HRM involves planning, developing, directing, and managing human resources so that they can contribute effectively to the achievement of organisational goals. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of humanistic approach in HRM education. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The results of the study show that the humanistic approach in human resource management (HRM) education has a very important and significant role in creating an empowered, inclusive, and productive work environment. This study aims to improve the ability to analyze the exemplary value of biographical texts for grade X students of SMK Swasta Kriten BNKP Gunungsitoli to improve learning conditions in analyzing the exemplary value of biographical texts by applying the Cooperative Script learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Cooperative Script learning model. In this study in the form of student written test results / assessment sheets, observation results, field notes, and documentation in learning. The research procedure is carried out in two cycles consisting of four elements of implementation 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were grade X students of SMK Swasta Kriten BNKP Gunungsitoli even semester, totaling 15 people. The results showed an increase in ability in learning. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the Cooperative Script learning model can improve students' ability to analyze the exemplary value of biographical texts in Class X-UPW SMK Private Christian BNKP Gunungsitoli

Understanding the Qur'an is not enough just to read the text raw or in the language we call it textual. Because it is very possible that there is a misinterpretation in understanding the true content of the Qur'an. So it is very important to have research on Asbab an-nuzul with a description approach to the analysis of the Qur'an, namely by looking from the side "when the Qur'an is with it in the environment or place where the Qur'an was revealed". The aim is to gain haqiqi error in interpreting what is contained in the Qur'an. This study will discuss how important asbabun nuzul is in interpreting the Qur'an so that someone is not mistaken in interpreting the Qur'an. The results of this study found that Asbab an-nuzul has a very important role in getting the truth when interpreting the Qur'an, where to understand a truth in the Qur'an, a mufassir needs tools, one of which is by looking at the events when the verse was revealed, the existence of a verse of the Qur'an cannot be separated from an existing event and must have a number of existing problems, and should be known in detail. As religious people who are obedient and from an early age have embedded the values of tawhid, it is mandatory for us to believe in the revelation of Allah that has been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, has been maintained authenticity by Allah SWT

Education is one of the main pillars in the development of a country and has an important role in creating competent and qualified human resources. Currently, the main challenge in education is to prepare students to face the world of work that continues to grow and change rapidly. This research aims to examine the importance of project-based learning in students' entrepreneurship education. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that project-based learning has a crucial role in students' entrepreneurship education. By providing practical experience, building practical skills, developing critical and creative thinking abilities, and stimulating creativity and initiative, this method prepares students to face the dynamic and competitive business world. In addition, project-based learning strengthens the connection between the university and the business world, enables students to understand current market dynamics, and strengthens their social and communication skills. The limitation of this study lies in the method as it relies on the availability of relevant sources, which could make it less comprehensive.

Education is one of the main pillars in the development of a country's human resources. The integration of education with industry is one of the crucial aspects to be considered. This study aims to explore and analyse the impact of marketing education integration with industry in improving students' career readiness. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that the integration of marketing education with industry has a significant positive impact in improving students' career readiness. These measures include practical skills development, soft skills enhancement, professional network building, and maintaining curriculum relevance to the dynamic world of work. The importance of this integration cannot be overlooked in the effort to prepare students to compete in the competitive marketing industry.

This research is classroom action research which aims to improve students' numeracy literacy skills through a scientific approach carried out in class VIII PAB 2 Helvetia in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 32 students. This research was conducted in three cycles. Data collection was carried out using the results of students' numeracy ability tests. The data obtained was collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, where the indicator of the success of this research was an increase in the N-Gain pretest posttest value of students' numeracy abilities during each learning cycle. The research results showed that in the first cycle, the N-Gain value of students' numeracy abilities was 0.15 in the low category, in the second cycle it increased to 0.84 in the high category and in the third cycle it increased to 0.87 in the high category. Thus it can be concluded that the application of a scientific approach is able to improve students' numeracy skills

This research aims to develop PBL-based interactive teaching materials to improve students' scientific literacy skills. The teaching materials developed have met validity and practicality and can be used in class IX Mts Loppe Luwu Regency. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. Data was collected through assessments by experts in the fields of materials, design and learning media. The research instruments used were questionnaires, interview guides and observation sheets. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results of the development of this interactive teaching material have been assessed as valid based on references from expert validators. It can be concluded that the interactive teaching materials developed by researchers are suitable for use in the learning process in class IX Mts Loppe Luwu Regency

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the STAD Remap learning model which can be used dynamically, as well as to facilitate students in a structured way to understand each p learning material which has very broad material derivations. Understanding broad material requires valid media. The research carried out is classified as a quasi experiment. The respondents in this research were science students at SMA Negeri 4 Malang. Data on scientific literacy skills is measured using essay questions that have been adapted to the achievement indicators of scientific literacy according to Gormally. The questions prepared are validated by expert validators before being carried out by students. Then a prerequisite test was carried out, namely the normality test and homogeneity test and finally the anacova one way test to find out the role of the STAD Remap learning model in improving students' scientific literacy skills

Language is one of the most important aspects in connecting people around the world. In the current era of globalisation, the ability to communicate in multiple languages has become very important, whether in the context of international business, diplomacy, or cultural exchange. This research attempts to understand the impact of culture in language learning in a global context. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and texts from various sources. The results reveal that culture plays a very significant role in language learning in the current era of globalisation. Language cannot be separated from the culture that shapes it, and the language learning process is often also a journey into a deeper cultural understanding. This affects the learner's motivation, communication style, and perception of the language and culture being learnt.

This research aims to examine the shift in the tradition of sanctioning the Semarga Marriage Customary Law in Sibuhuan, Padang Lawas. This research is qualitative research by identifying the existence of factors that cause clan marriages to occur and customary sanctions for perpetrators of clan marriages in the community in Sibuhuan. The results of the research show that the factors that cause clan marriages to occur in Sibuhuan are caused by two factors, namely the influence of Islamic religious teachings which do not prohibit clan marriages, but there are special rules in marriage according to Islam who cannot marry. In general, the perpetrators of clan marriages choose the rules. according to the teachings of Islam. Meanwhile, the second factor is due to the lack of understanding of the people in Sibuhuan about Batak customs which do not allow marriage within the clan because it will have an impact on Batak traditions. Meanwhile, there are several types of customary sanctions for perpetrators of marriage with the same clan, namely, (1) customary sanctions for prospective parents-in-law; (2) A woman who is married to her husband's surname must change her surname by asking for the surname from the husband's mother through the Adat process; (3) The surname of the groom's mother must be given to the bride and only applies to herself; (4) If there is a male child in their offspring in the future, the male child is not permitted to take bone boru and (5) cannot take part in the traditional banquet served at anyone's wedding party, before doing these four things. The conclusion obtained from this research is that intermarriage often occurs because the Angkola Batak community in Sibuhuan prioritizes religious teachings over customs and lacks understanding of Western customs. Then the traditional sanctions against perpetrators of intermarriage in the Angkola Batak Community in Sibuhuan still exist today, although they are not too heavy for the perpetrators.
