Abstract

Concepts and studies about humans are explained based on the concepts outlined in the Word of Allah in the Qur'an. Apart from that, humans also experience an educational process, where the focal point of discussion is Islamic religious education. Apart from that, humans also have clear concepts in PAI. There are clearly several words that are interpreted as humans in the Qur'an, namely Al Insan, An naas, Al Basyar and Bani Adam. Each word has its own meaning and is even repeated several times in the Qur'an. Every time changes, humans are always involved in it. With the implementation of an independent curriculum, humans have an important role in implementing and developing it. The research method used in this article is to use the library method, namely reading various journals and books, collecting literature and storing it in other information sources in the library to obtain a good and correct understanding of Islamic education material as well as getting to know the Independent Curriculum theory.

Abstract

The sources of Islamic religious education that are generally widely known are the Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijmak and Qiyas. Sources of Islamic religious education, some of which are agreed upon (muttafaq) by the ulama, and some which are still disputed (mukhtalaf). Qiyas is a source of law that has been unanimously agreed upon by all scholars and all schools of thought. Although in implementing them they may be different. These four are called mashadir as-syaria al-muttafaq 'alaih. Kuhujjahan Qiyas according to Ulama Jumhur ulama agree that qiyas is evidence whose source is the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah to determine the law of a new case whose law has not been determined by the text. Even the jumhur said that worship with the results of ijtihat from Qiyas is permissible and for new things it is mandatory to practice it.

Abstract

Mental health is an important part of human life, both from a psychological, social and religious perspective. Islam as a religion has discussed mental health in the verses of the Koran. Writing this article uses a literature study approach. The primary source for this writing is a book on religious psychology written by Prof. Dr. Ramayulis, and secondary sources come from tafsir Al-Misbah, Ibn Katsir and tafsir from ministries of religion, supporters and journals that have similar themes. The purpose of writing this article is to find out and describe the concept of mental health in Islam and the Koran. The benefit of this article is as a forum for increasing understanding of mental health in Islam and helping readers to apply Islamic teachings in everyday life. As a result, the Qur'an consists of verses about human potential in forming mental health.

Abstract

The study on the concept of tolerance in the context of Islamic studies emphasizes the importance of respecting differences and diversity within society. Islamic teachings highlight the values of tolerance derived from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, but its practical implementation often faces challenges, including internal and external conflicts as well as difficulties in appreciating differences of opinions. These challenges become significant obstacles to achieving authentic tolerance. The relevance of tolerance values is crucial in building a multicultural society where tolerance plays a vital role as the foundation for social harmony in an environment filled with cultural, religious, and belief diversity.The application of tolerance values enables individuals from diverse backgrounds to respect, accept, and appreciate differences, paving the way for better understanding, reducing conflicts, and establishing a solid foundation for cooperation and harmony in a multicultural society. Despite the acknowledgment of the concept of tolerance in Islamic teachings from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, practical challenges such as conflicts, stereotypes, prejudices, and differing views on religious pluralism pose significant barriers.However, with an inclusive approach, deep understanding, and appropriate education, tolerance values in Islam can be implemented more effectively, opening the path for more efficient practices of tolerance concepts in Islamic studies. This, in turn, can result in better harmony and cohesion among communities.

Abstract

Religious studies cannot be understood using a normative theological approach, but need to use new approaches that are in line with developments in thought, social dynamics and even developments in science and technology. This research is included in qualitative research with the type of library research which is carried out based on a detailed study of various scientific papers, including research results in the form of research articles and books. This research aims to examine the history of anthropology from its inception until it can be used as a tool to study Islamic religion. The result is that anthropology, as a science that studies humans, becomes very important for understanding religion. Anthropology studies humans and their behavior to understand differences in human culture. Equipped with a holistic approach and anthropology's commitment to understanding humans, anthropology is actually an important science for studying religion and its social interactions with various cultures.

Abstract

Approach to Islamic Studies from a Multicultural Perspective. The Islamic study approach based on the view of multiculturalism is a paradigm in which Islam is part of the study of a pluralistic society which prioritizes tolerance and mutual respect for the differences that exist in society with different concepts of understanding Islam at the technical and practical levels in each region. The approach to Islamic studies in the theological aspect based on a multicultural view is an approach that prioritizes the washatiyah side, which implements the concept of mutual respect for diversity by finding a middle way based on peace, benefit and balance in life with fellow Muslims who are different in terms of religious ritual practices. The Islamic study approach to aspects of philosophy based on a multicultural view is an approach in which Islam does not separate aspects of philosophy that developed previously, where in terms of practicing Islamic beliefs it has a combination of philosophy between culture and Islam and has different varieties. So Islam must actually be able to combine different philosophical concepts for the good of society. The Islamic study approach to historical aspects based on a multicultural view emphasizes the historical acculturation aspect. Where in Islam it does not abandon existing past history, but instead history is the most important part of Islam and the development of Islam is due to its long history which is the motivation to survive until now. Likewise, when Islam applies to societies that have different histories, Islam connects their history as part of developing and advancing in civilization. The approach to Islamic studies in the sociological aspect is based on the multicultural view that Islam always respects differences in culture, race and ethnicity. Tolerance for differences is very high, so it is easily accepted in society, because the principle on which it is built is rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to seek God's blessings in the Qur'an. There are five ways to seek God's blessings contained in the Qur'an based on the interpretation of blessing verses. First, following the instructions of the Qur'an, where the Qur'an itself is a holy book full of blessings, there are many blessing verses associated with the Qur'an, that the Qur'an itself has unlimited blessings. the form of blessing, starting from the arrangement of the words, the content of the verses of the Qur'an to the place and time when the Qur'an was revealed, the way to seek blessings with the Qur'an is to recite the verses of the Qur'an. Second, faith and piety, based on the interpretation of the blessing verses, faith and piety are absolute requirements that a person must have in order to have a life full of blessings. Third, patience, it is said that Allah gave abundant blessings to the followers of the Prophet Moses because of their patience. Fourth, Say hello. Fifth, Hijrah and prayer. Barakāh is Ziyādatul Khair which means increasing goodness. Barakāh can also mean the persistence of something, and can also mean the increase or development of something. The blessings described in the Qur'an can be in the form of a fertile and prosperous land, there are also depictions of blessings in the Qur'an, etc. This research wants to know how to find God's blessings in the Qur'an, by examining blessing verses. The research method used to find out these two things is a qualitative research method, while the source of research data is interpretations of the Al-Qur'an and other related sources. The interpretation method used in this research is the thematic interpretation method, namely the interpretation method that interprets the Al-Qur'an based on a certain theme, in this case the interpretation of blessings.

Abstract

In the year 711 AD, Islam first made its entry into Spain as Tariq bin Ziyad of the Umayyad Caliphate defeated Roderic, the Gothic King. Subsequently, Spain evolved into a center of Islamic civilization that significantly influenced the progress of Europe across various domains such as science, technology, philosophy, theology, music, arts, language, literature, and physical infrastructure. The substantial impact of Islam on Europe commenced in the 12th century, catalyzing the Renaissance movement in the 14th century. Spain played a pivotal role in the transmission of Islamic civilization to Europe, shaping political, social, and economic sectors. Its presence instigated substantial changes in European development, underscoring the significance of Spain as a focal point for the absorption and transformation of intellectual values from Islam by European society.

Abstract

After the fall of the Abbasid dynasty, Islamic political power gradually began to lag behind. Some colonies sought their own independence in the form of small kingdoms. This condition certainly worsened the political power of Islam. This situation improved after the emergence of three great empires, namely the Ottoman empire in Turkey, the Mongol empire in India, and the Safavid kingdom in Persia. In historical records the Ottoman Empire is the first kingdom that has survived the longest, compared to two other major empires, namely the Mongol kingdom in India, and the Safavid kingdom in Persia, established in 1282-1929 AD. This kingdom came from the descendants of Uthman Ibn Sauji Ibn Arthogol Ibn Sulayman Shah Ibn Kia Alp. The establishment of this kingdom was on the initiative of the Turks from the Oghuz tribe, a Nomanic tribe in Asia Minor who inhabited the Mongol region and the northern area of China.Many advances made by the Ottoman Empire, both in the fields of culture, politics, military, and governance.

Abstract

While management knowledge originated from the West and has spread worldwide, it is important to note that the fundamentals of management have been encapsulated in the Islamic Quran. These principles encompass all aspects of life, including personal and social domains, as well as the broader management of one's life. However, because to the lack of interest among Muslims in deeply studying the contents of the Qur'an as was done during the era of Islamic generosity, knowledge, civilization, and even management experts, are now mostly derived from the Western world.The primary objective of this article is to provide additional understanding to experts in Islamic educational management. This study is a qualitative research investigation conducted using library research. The method used is the thematic method (maudu''i). The data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data includes verses from the Quran and their interpretations, while secondary data consists of relevant journals, books, and articles related to the research topic. The data collection technique involves gathering literature data. The next data analysis technique used is the method of Content Analysis. The objective of Islamic Education management is to effectively and efficiently utilize and manage Islamic educational resources in order to achieve the goals, development, progress, and quality of the process and outcomes of Islamic education. Also, to produce individuals with knowledge, skills, and expertise. Ada dua surah Al-Quran yang menguraikan tujuan manajemen pendidikan menurut para ahli teori manajemen pendidikan dan para mufassir, yaitu Surah Saba (ayat 10-11) dan Surah An-Nahl (ayat 15).
