The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire as a data collection technique designed based on previous literature and research which will be distributed to all ASNs in the Riau Islands Regional Revenue Agency Office. The instrument is calibrated using item validity and reliability coefficient. Validity was tested using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, there are ten conclusions that are relevant to the problems studied in this study.

Abstract

Abstract The service industry is currently experiencing very rapid development in line with the needs of the community for various types of services in various fields of life. The development of competition intensity and the number of competitors makes the company must always pay attention to the needs and desires of customers, and try to meet customer expectations by providing better service than competitors do. This research was conducted at Hotel Berlian Abadi Banyuwangi by taking 60 respondents who were hotel consumers. This study uses a questionnaire method and data processing uses questionnaire analysis, and data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and determination by first using the items in the questionnaire to test the validity of its reliability. Based on the results of the analysis, the SPSS program proved to be significantly correlated at the level of significance (sig <0.05) so that it was declared valid in the measurement. Reliable because the Cronbach Alpha value is ≥ 0.6. Based on the F test, the calculated F number is greater than the F table (76.136 > 3.16). Thus the rule of the F test decision states rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, which says there is a significant influence between service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction Hotel Berlian Abadi Banyuwangi. From the analysis using the classic heteroscedasticity assumption test, it is known that the variable quality of service (X1) and facilities (X2) are shown that the significance value is greater than (0.05) and t count <t table, it can be ascertained that the model does not contain heteroscedasticity.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of ownership structure and company characteristics on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2015-2020. This study also interacts with the Free Cash Flow (FCF) variable with other company characteristic variables. The population in this research is all companies that pay dividends. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The variables used to test the dividend policy are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, leverage, investment opportunity set (IOS) and free cash flows (FCF). Processing and analysis of data using panel data regression with the help of E-Views software. In selecting the model, the Chow and Housman tests were first carried out. After that, the right model will be obtained to provide solutions to the problems in this study. The results of this study found that before the MRA test was carried out, the variables that significantly influenced dividend policy were Managerial Ownership and Free Cash Flow, while the Leverage, Institutional Ownership and IOS variables had no significant effect. After testing the variable MRA that is able to moderate the influence on dividend policy, namely Leverage peroxided by DER. This means that debt has no impact on dividend policy as long as there is enough FCF available to meet debt interest. While other variables are not significantly moderated by FCF.

Abstract

Social environmental disasters such as natural disasters are events that have a negative impact on people's lives. The coronavirus pandemic disease (Covid-19) is one of them. The effect of Covid-19 has given society to lose its material and non-material properties. Banda Aceh City is one of the affected areas due to the distribution of COVID-19. The economic sector is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have survived and saved the Indonesian economy even during the monetary crisis in 1998. Even so, MSMEs have experienced difficulties facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on data from 1,785 cooperatives and 163,713 MSMEs affected by the Corona virus pandemic (COVID-19). Most of the MSMEs affected by COVID-19 are involved in primary needs, such as food and drink. The Banda Aceh City Government issued a social distancing policy to reduce the distribution and spread of COVID-19. However, this research tries to look at what factors, levels, and strategies affect the economic vulnerability of MSMEs during the Covid -19 pandemic period. In the end, economic vulnerability in socio-environmental disasters has been analyzed in relation to educational aspects.
