Abstract

Technological sophistication that continues to develop has given birth to several new innovations to make every activity that is usually carried out more effective and instantaneous, such as one of the innovations from the latest application of the BPJS Employment public body, namely Jamsostek Mobile (JMO). User satisfaction is very important to improve the development of the JMO application system, therefore the author has a goal in measuring the level of satisfaction of JMO application users using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) through the variables of content, accuracy, format, user convenience and timeliness. This research data uses quantitative methods through random sampling technique by obtaining primary data from the distribution of online questionnaires to every JMO user in Aceh. In this study there were 107 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability testing, classical assumption test, R test, F test and hypothesis testing. The results of this research data indicate that content and format significantly affect user satisfaction with a significant number of content 0.005 < 0.05 and format 0.035 < 0.05. Then other variables such as accuracy, ease of use and timeliness do not affect user satisfaction with significant figures greater than 0.05 and t count less than t table.

The number of samples in this study were 100 fishermen. The sampling method used the Accidental Sampling technique, which is the technique of determining the sample by chance. This study uses primary data obtained through a survey using a questionnaire and secondary data. This data was then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of the study found that most of the fishermen were of productive age, had secondary education, quite experienced, used my own financial sources, access to credit was still difficult, had great motivation to improve their standard of living, and the influence of the traditional panglima laot institution was still strong. The main source of capital for the fishermen is borrowing from the owner, cooperatives and only a few have their own capital. But most fishermen have savings, and they save money in the banks, social gatherings, cooperatives and at home, and this is done to save for their lives in the future. Based on physical assets, most fishermen have nets as fishing tools, many use 5-10 GT and 10-20 GT motorboats as fishing boats. Ownership status of fishing boats most fishermen use jointly by riding and renting. Abstract

This study examines the effect of ownership structure and company characteristics on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2015-2020. This study also interacts with the Free Cash Flow (FCF) variable with other company characteristic variables. The population in this research is all companies that pay dividends. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The variables used to test the dividend policy are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, leverage, investment opportunity set (IOS) and free cash flows (FCF). Processing and analysis of data using panel data regression with the help of E-Views software. In selecting the model, the Chow and Housman tests were first carried out. After that, the right model will be obtained to provide solutions to the problems in this study. The results of this study found that before the MRA test was carried out, the variables that significantly influenced dividend policy were Managerial Ownership and Free Cash Flow, while the Leverage, Institutional Ownership and IOS variables had no significant effect. After testing the variable MRA that is able to moderate the influence on dividend policy, namely Leverage peroxided by DER. This means that debt has no impact on dividend policy as long as there is enough FCF available to meet debt interest. While other variables are not significantly moderated by FCF.

Abstract

Social environmental disasters such as natural disasters are events that have a negative impact on people's lives. The coronavirus pandemic disease (Covid-19) is one of them. The effect of Covid-19 has given society to lose its material and non-material properties. Banda Aceh City is one of the affected areas due to the distribution of COVID-19. The economic sector is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have survived and saved the Indonesian economy even during the monetary crisis in 1998. Even so, MSMEs have experienced difficulties facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on data from 1,785 cooperatives and 163,713 MSMEs affected by the Corona virus pandemic (COVID-19). Most of the MSMEs affected by COVID-19 are involved in primary needs, such as food and drink. The Banda Aceh City Government issued a social distancing policy to reduce the distribution and spread of COVID-19. However, this research tries to look at what factors, levels, and strategies affect the economic vulnerability of MSMEs during the Covid -19 pandemic period. In the end, economic vulnerability in socio-environmental disasters has been analyzed in relation to educational aspects.
