Abstract

B.IndonesiaPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya fault-free performance pembelajaran troubleshooting sistem pesawat udara mahasiswa program Diploma III Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara STPI Curug. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pembelajaran troubleshooting saat ini, mendesain modul meningkatkan fault-free performance, implementasinya, desain penilaiannya dan menganalisis dampak modul. Metodelogi Research and Development dilakukan terhadap 56 mahasiswa Diploma III TPU XI melalui studi pendahuluan, perencanaan dan penyusunan modul serta pengembangan dan ujicoba sampai ditemukannya modul yang efektif meningkatkan fault-free performance. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dosen, studi dokumentasi, kuesioner mahasiswa, tes dan observasi. Modul temuan penelitian efektif meningkatkan fault-free performance diperlihatkan t-hitung ≥ t-tabel pada uji terbatas dan lebih luas serta peningkatan nilai rata – rata pada setiap tahap uji coba, mengindikasikan konten modul baru berdampak signifikan dan efektif meningkatnya fault-free performance melalui sub – sub kompetensi troubleshooting yaitu mengidentifikasi kerusakan, menentukan tingkat kerusakan, mengeliminasi kerusakan dan memperbaiki suku cadang. B.EnglishThis research is based on a fact of a low student’s achievement in faultfree performance in the Aircraft System Practical Learning of Prodi TPU, STPI Curug. The objectives are to identify the recent condition, designing a type of learning module which has an effectiveness to increase the fault-free performance, designing implementation steps, an appropriate evaluation, and to analyze the outcome of new module. By the Research and Development’s phases : prelimenary study, planning and designing phase, and development and tryout phase, 56 students are involved as the sampling. Data collecting comprises by teacher’s interview, documentation, students’s questionaire, test results, and observation. The results show the average t-values ≥ t-tables and a significant improvement of test result in a each tryout phase are definite indications that the development of an emergent content has a significant impact and increased effectivity to the achievement of fault-free performance, which is constructed by sub-competencies namely the ability of students in identifying the malfunction, determining the severity, elimination the cause, and replacing discrepants components.

Abstract

B.IndonesiaLaporan ini disajikan berdasarkan magang saya di Air Tasking Service Dortmund GmbH (ATSD) - Global Aviation Service UG (GAS) di Dortmund, Jerman. ATSD - GAS sedang mengerjakan proyek untuk melakukan layanan konsultasi di jet bisnis yang bekerja sama (bagian dari General Aviation) atau di European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) yang diklasifikasikan sebagai Bagian NonKomersial dengan Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC) yang disebut IFM Traviation GmbH untuk mengembangkan dan membangun Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan (SMS) dengan menginstal dan membuat SMS / ERP dan Manual Sistem Manajemen Kepatuhan (CMS) yang sesuai. Sejak 25 Agustus 2016, semua operator Part NCC di negara anggota EASA harus menerapkan persyaratan pada aturan EASA Air Operations Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012, Annex VI / VII. Operator perlu memahami aturan dan memastikan kepatuhannya dengan mengikuti persyaratan misalnya, operator harus menunjuk orang untuk posisi manajemen terdepan mereka, Manual Operasi yang disesuaikan dan sesuai dan Sistem Manajemen (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kepatuhan) termasuk Daruratnya Rencana Respons (ERP) sudah siap. IFM Traviation GmbH sebagai pemegang Part NCC sejak 2016, ingin menerapkan dan mengembangkan SMS, CMS & amp; ERP di perusahaan mereka. Magang difokuskan pada pengembangan sistem & manual SMS, CMS, & ERP yang sesuai dan andal sebagai pedoman bagi IFM Traviation GmbH untuk mengimplementasikan SMS, CMS & ERP di masa depan kegiatan operasi mereka dengan melakukan analisis SMS Gap (ICAO Gap Analysis Tools ), identifikasi bahaya (metode badai otak dan analisis dasi kupu-kupu), penilaian risiko, keselamatan dan audit internal kepatuhan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah IFM Traviation telah menuliskan SMS, CMS, & ERP dalam manual operasionalnya namun berdasarkan analisis manual operasionalnya kurang lengkap dan belum diimplementasikan. Dengan output manual SMS, CMS dan ERP yang lengkap ini dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan SMS, CMS, ERP yang sesuai & dapat diandalkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.B.EnglishThis report is presented based on my internship in Air Tasking Service Dortmund GmbH (ATSD) – Global Aviation Service UG (GAS) at Dortmund, Germany. ATSD – GAS is working on project to conduct consulting services at a cooperate business jet (part of General Aviation) or in European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) classified as Part NonCommercial with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC) called IFM Traviation GmbH to develop and established Safety Management System (SMS) by installing and producing a suitable SMS / ERP and Compliance Management System (CMS) Manual. Since 25 August 2016, all Part NCC operators in EASA state members must implement the requirements on EASA rules Air Operations Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012, Annex VI / VII. Operators need to understand the rules and ensure they are compliance by following the requirement for examples, operators must have nominated persons for their leading management positions in place, a tailored and suitable Operation Manual and Management System (Safety & Compliance management System) include its Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in place. IFM Traviation GmbH as a Part NCC holder since 2016, wanted to implement and develop a reliable and company tailored SMS, CMS & amp; ERP in their company. The internship was focused on developing a suitable and reliable SMS, CMS, & ERP system & manual as a guidance to IFM Traviation GmbH for implementing SMS, CMS & ERP in the future of their operation activity by conducting SMS Gap analysis (ICAO Gap Analysis Tools), hazard identification (brain storm method and bow tie analysis), risk assessment, safety and compliance internal audit. The conclusions of this report are that IFM Traviation has written SMS, CMS, & ERP in their operational manual but based on the analysis the operation manual is not comprehensive enough and they have not implemented it. With this output of comprehensive SMS, CMS and ERP manual, it can facilitate the company to implement suitable & reliable SMS, CMS, ERP as expected.

Abstract

B.IndonesiaLaporan stock opname suku cadang di STPI periode bulan Desember 2018, ketersedian suku cadang untuk pesawat Piper PA-28-181 Archer III terjadi overstock. Keadaan ini, ditinjau dari segi finansial atau pembelanjaan adalah merupakan hal yang tidak efesien disebabkan karena terlalu besarnya barang modal yang menganggur dan tidak berputar. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menentukan kebutuhan suku cadang dalam program perawatan menurut jam terbang untuk tahun 2020 dengan berdasarkan perkiraan produksi jam terbang penggunaan pesawat yang digunakan oleh taruna penerbang di Jurusan Penerbang STPI sesuai dengan silabus pendidikan dan kalender pendidikan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian ini memperkirakan total produksi jam terbang tahun 2020 adalah 7.270 jam terbang. Maka kebutuhan suku cadang pesawat adalah 1168 quartz Oil (Aeroshell W.100), 39 cap Grease Wheel Bearing (Grease 22), 539 buah Spark Plug Champion REM-40E (1182-B3), 40 buah Gasket Magneto (LW-12681).B.EnglishReport on spare parts inventory at STPI for December 2018, the availability of spare parts for Piper PA-28-181 Archer III aircraft was overstocked. This situation, in terms of financial or expenditure is an inefficient thing because of too large capital goods that are idle and not spinning. In this study, the author determines the needs of parts in the maintenance program according to flight hours for 2020 based on the estimated production of flight hours of aircraft used by flight cadets at the STPI Aviation Department in accordance with the educational syllabus and the applicable educational calendar. Finally, the results of this study estimate the total production of flight hours in 2020 is 7.270 flight hours. Then the needs of aircraft parts are 1168 quartz Oil (Aeroshell W.100), 39 cap Grease Wheel Bearing (Grease 22), 539 pieces Spark Plug Champion REM-40E (1182-B3), 40 pieces Gasket Magneto (LW-12681 ).

Abstract

B.IndonesiaKegiatan perawatan terhadap landing gear pesawat meliputi inspect wheel and tire, mengganti tire, maupun inspeksi terhadap kerusakan. Pada aktifitas pelepasan nut main wheel saat proses perawatan terhadap landing gear pesawat Skytruck M28 di Direktorat Kepolisian Udara menggunakan alat pelepas berbentuk tabung dan handle pemutar. Namun, kendalanya adalah pada saat proses pelepasan nut, alat ini dapat terlepas dari dudukan nut. Selain itu, kendala alat yang lama adalah tidak bisa digunakan untuk mentorsi nut main wheel. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempermudah proses pelepasan nut main wheel, dilakukan modifikasi terhadap alat pelepas nut main wheel. Rancangan alat bantu ini terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu handle pemutar, baut pengunci dan extension handle pada torque meter. Handle pemutar terbuat dari material S45C dengan panjang lengan adalah 331 mm. Baut pengunci menggunakan material S45C dengan diameter ulir adalah 36 mm. Untuk extension handle pada torque wrench menggunakan bahan S45C dengan ketebalan adalah 12 mm dengan torsi sebesar 30-50 Nm.B.EnglishMaintenance activities of aircraft landing gear include inspect wheel and tire, tire change, and damage inspection. In the activity of releasing the main wheel nut during the treatment process of landing gear Skytruck M28 aircraft at the Directorate of Air Police using a tubular release device and a player handle. However, the problem is that during the nut removal process, this tool can be detached from the nut stand. In addition, the old tool constraint is that it cannot be used to torque the main wheel nut. Therefore, to simplify the process of removing the main wheel nut, a modification to the main wheel nut removal tool is carried out. The design of this tool consists of three parts, namely the player handle, locking bolt and extension handle on the torque meter. The swivel handle is made of S45C material with an arm length of 331 mm. The locking bolt uses S45C material with a thread diameter of 36 mm. For the extension handle on the torque wrench using S45C material with a thickness of 12 mm with a torque of nut is 30-50 Nm

Abstract

B.IndonesiaRancangan program untuk memasukkan, menyimpan, dan menampilkan laporan suku cadang yang masuk ataupun yang akan keluar ini betujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penggunaan dan penyimpanan suku cadang di Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia JATSC – Soekarno Hatta. Kondisi yang ada saat ini, teknisi mencatat suku cadang yang masuk ataupun yang akan keluar masih secara manual, yaitu pencatatan dalam tulisan tangan. Hal ini tentunya memiliki banyak sekali kekurangan, karena menyebabkan data yang tersimpan tidak rapih dan sulit untuk ditemukan. Rancangan ini merupakan aplikasi sistem database suku cadang peralatan yang yang akan digunakan untuk Fasilitas Komunikasi Penerbangan di Perum LPPNPI JATSC. Dengan adanya program database ini diharapkan teknisi akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pencarian data suku cadang karena data tersimpan dan terdata dengan baik.B.EnglishThe design of the program to inputr, save and display reports on incoming and outgoing spare parts is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the use and storage of spare parts at the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Provider, JATSC-Soekarno Hatta. Current conditions, technicians record the incoming or outgoing parts are still manually, that is the recording in handwriting. This certainly has a lot of shortcomings, because it causes the data stored is not neat and difficult to find. This design is an application system database of equipment parts which will be used for Aviation Communication Facilities at Perum LPPNPI JATSC. With this database program it is expected that technicians will be easier to record and search for spare parts data because the data is stored and recorded properly

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country and the distance between islands requires a distance that is not easily traveled to connect the inhabitants' economic life system paths to one island and another, this requires facilities that can bridge this issue through air transportation, where multiflier effects are very significant for life economy of remote areas in Indonesia.

Abstract

The water treatment plant of Pontianak Supadio International Airport has 3 purification tanks, each of which purification tanks 1 and 2 function for the purification process and in the third purification tub it is used as a temporary reservoir of processed water from the purification tank 1 before distribution, 1 size purification tub 127.5 m3 of a 2 m purification tank measuring 225 m3 was separated by an inspection line into two parts, each measuring 127.5 m3. Every day in the 1st bath tub and purification tank 2 the mixing process of chlorine and calcium lime is carried out when the water in the tub is full, chlorine and calcium lime are mixed manually using a bucket or container as a chlorine and quicklime container mixed with water then after that the chlorine and calcium lime liquid is poured manually into the purification tub. Therefore there needs to be development by reversing an automated tool to assist the technician's work and to make time efficient, a tool that will be used to function automatically mixing chlorine and calcium lime which has been determined to be in the purification tank.

Abstract

Flight safety and security is the responsibility and main objective of every airport for all flights it operates. To achieve this goal, every airport requires various types of sophisticated and reliable supporting equipment to support the realization of aviation safety and security. The Antenna Distribution Unit in the Localizer at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport does not have any security equipment for the ADU. Therefore, the author designed a device in the form of a motion detctor using Arduino Uno as a main control of PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver) and Camera for detecting movement, as well as a USB Cable that serves to transmit image data to a PC or Laptop and also an SMS Gateway that serves to providing information to technicians it is expected that thi motion detector can improve security at the Localizer Antenna Distribution Unit and make it easier for technicians to supervise the equipment is the responsibility of the technisian so that flight safety is maintained.

Abstract

Airport is a providers of air transportation services are required to provide service, safety and flight safety at all times. Safety, security and comford are tools of the flight in the word. Therefore the need to identify potential hazard and then determine hazard factors and provide options as a sustainable system. equipment placement, facility area the localizer at Adi Soemarmo Solo airport is outside the airport area and blocked by the highway. Community mobility is also quite high because of the road the highway is one of the accesses to adi soemarmo solo airport. it is hoped that this analysis can be useful for Adi Soemarmo Solo airport and AIRNAV Indonesia , Solo, branch as a form of advice to get it utilized for security services and flihgt navigation for supporting flight safety in Indonesia.

Abstract

The design of this application program is intended to facilitate users of flight services at airports to obtain information contents in a variety of languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, Arabic) without any misinterpretation of meaning caused by intonation or accent lacking information officers true, besides that it is also to ease the workload of information officers in carrying out their work in operating or using Public Address System (PAS) and Flight Information Display System (FIDS) as a tool that serves to provide flight information to flight service users.
