Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of how much the influence of Familiarization Flight on the Understanding of ATC Cockpit Procedure, using quantitative regression research methods. The study concluded that there is a strong positive relationship where the influence of familiarization flight on the understanding of ATC personnel procedure cockpit is 61% and the rest is determined by other factors not examined by the author. With the results above, to further improve the understanding of the ATC personnel procedure cockpit, it is necessary to carry out optimal familiarization flight and be conducted periodically and also conduct debriefing on the cockpit procedure as a provision of knowledge before implementing familiarization flight.

Abstract

Along with the increasing the number of airport service users, service providers are required to be able to maintain the quality of flight service, one of them is service during check-in. The service quality of check-in counter is very influenced by two things, namely the service of check-in process facilities and systems used, therefore it greatly affect service to service users. The desired check-in service is the creation of fast and maximum service, which according to regulations. The check-in process time is 2 minutes 30 seconds, if the operator's check-in counter can meet under the given time, it can overcome the buildup passenger queue. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the number of check-in counter requirements based on direct survey and calculate the passenger check-in process time during peak hours with the Service Time method, the average processing time to meet the check-in counter needs

Abstract

The design of the car parking area at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport cannot accommodate the total number of vehicles. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build a car park building area in the domestic terminal. Plans for the construction of a parking building with an area of 6,656 m2, the design of a 90 ° parking angle, a building with a reinforced concrete structure and consisting of two floors. The beam dimensions are 650 mm x 500 mm, column dimensions are 500 mm x 500 mm and plate thickness is 200 mm. The foundation used is a pile foundation with a depth of 6 m and dimensions of 450 mm x 450 mm. The parking building can accommodate four-wheeled vehicles as many as 763 vehicles in 2027. In planning car parking buildings, data are used including the results of land sundir, the number of domestic passengers at busy times. Abstract

The Ahmad yani International Airport Semarang have an apron with an area of 29.032,00 m2 With Rigid and Flexible construction. Rigid construction is locate at parkingstand with a total of 8 unit while the flexible construction located in aprontaxiway. Due to frequently damage in aprontaxiway, there is need a change from flexible to rigid construction. Choose the biggest aircraft, counting the pavement’s thick that will created and choose the joint pavement refer to the KP 262 year 2017, FAA AC 150 /5320 6D and FAA AC 150/5320 6E rules. The critical Aircraft is B 737-900 ER, thick of pavement is 68, 75cm and construction joint using dowel with length of 51cm, 4mm diameter and distance between dowel is 46cm with PCN 57 R/C/X/T will used in plan to change aprontaxiway to parkingstand construction at Ahmad Yani International Airport, semarang

Abstract

Composite Curing process is need vacuum system to remove air bubble and heating system to decrease time of curing proses. Vacuum and heating system at composite panel curing practical at program studi teknik pesawat udara conducted separately, so need composite panel curing equipment that have integrated Vacuum and heating system. Vacuum system in this composite panel curing equipment is designed by design step including vacuum pump selection, hose selection, vacuum system design. Discussion results rate of flow of 37 L/min. With the fluid velocity of 20m/s. vacuum pump pressure of 14.5 inHg. Components required for vacuum system is a vacuum pump, vacuum regulator, vacuum gauge, nipple, vacuum bagging port, flexible Teflon hose.

Abstract

Husein Sastranegara Bandung airport currently does not have road inspection facility. Therefore, it is necessary to have such facility as an infrastructure to support monitoring activities at the airport. It is planned that the inspection road will use inspection pavement using flexible pavement with a surface layer, that is paving blocks using fly ash as a replacement for PC cement. The calculation analysis used is SNI 03- 1732-1989 F and Highway Geometric Design Procedures. From the calculation, the total thickness of the pavement is 31 cm with the subbase course 13 cm, base 10 cm, surface 8 cm. the width of the bend pavement is 2.55 m for all bend designs, while the inspection road dimension is 1,649 m in length with 5 m width. Thus, it is necessary to re-test the compressive strength of the pavement to get more maximum result

Abstract

The Linear Equation System is often used in solving problems - completion of electrical circuits. The linear equation can be solved using the GaussJordan Elimination Method. The procedure for the Gauss-Jordan elimination method is to transform linear into an augmentation matrix (A|B), then convert matrix A to an identity matrix by reducing the augmentation matrix. To calculate m equations and n independent variables by unknown number of a large and complex system, it takes a long time and is not efficient. The implementation of the Gauss-Jordan Elimination method using the Scilab Program can help complete a large and complex Linear Equation System in a fast and accurate way.

Abstract

This Allison 250 C20 Series engine is one type of engine that is used as a practice equipment on Hangar 01 Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization. Special tools designed in this case are special tools in the form of 3 drifts that are used for the release and installation of bearings on the torque meter shaft support, helical power take-off gear shaft and fuel control spur gear shaft. Before entering the design discussion, the author will explain the theories that will be used in analyzing the force to be received and to design a special tool. An explanation of the theory used is intended to facilitate understanding the design process. The design criteria for a special tool in the form of a drift must be able to withstand the forces that will be given a pressure machine and dimensions designed for each drift according to the object to be removed or installed. In the design stage, the writer needs to analyze the force that will be received by each of the drifts, then after the calculation of the voltage to be received to determine the material of each drift. After calculating the authors chose S45C material to make the drift, because the material is able to withstand the stresses that occur during the release and installation of bearings.

Abstract

Monitoring the presence of FOD in the air operation area of Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado is still done manually or visually and is not carried out continuously, so that the presence of FOD is not detected directly. This can reduce time efficiency which increases the possibility of FOD damaging certain parts of the aircraft, which are feared to have an impact on flight safety. This design is used to simplify the detection of FOD carried out by general engineering officers so that the presence of FOD can be known as early as possible to be immediately removed or cleaned. The design concept of this equipment is to scan the runway surface by utilizing a laser beam and light sensor in the form of an LDR to detect the presence of FOD automatically and continuously. The FOD detection transmitter using a laser beam can detect objects in the runway area. The FOD detector transmits the object data and the position where the object is located, allowing the officer to know the existence of the FOD directly for immediate cleaning.

Abstract

Inventories is not only considered a burden because it is wasteful, but at the same time it can also be considered as wealth that can be immediately disbursed in the form of product activities. The problem is focused on the current situation for the service and management of contributions and distribution of training aircraft parts that have an impact on the smooth flight training. With the existing problems the writer tries to solve the problem, in the current condition in the warehouse. As a result, these items cannot be obtained instantly, but a grace period is needed to get or find a location, a non-systemic numbering system using a computer. With a manual system, the easiest way to do it is done. Still using the document paper form as a control tool. The limitation is even lacking in responding to the importance of the warehouse planning and management system so that training time is a bit hampered by time. In the research opportunity that we raised on the method of contributing to the smooth flow of usage of restricted aircraft parts without evaluating energy and budget, so it is expected to make a single step change in the system of goods contribution to cut the time and the right inventory.
