<![CDATA[This research aims to find out whether Economic Growth, Human Development Index, Unemployment Rate influence poverty in Dompu Regency. This research uses secondary data and is a quantitative type of research. The location of this research is Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection technique uses documentation based on data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Dompu Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the results of research regarding the analysis of factors causing poverty in Dompu Regency, it can be concluded that economic growth is negative and not significant to poverty, while the Human Development Index (HDI) is negative and significant to poverty, and the unemployment rate is negative and not significant to poverty]]>

<![CDATA[Batik has become a cultural identity for Indonesian people. Madura Island also has cultural richness in the form of Madurese batik which is still preserved to this day, inseparable from the batik civilization of Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan Regency. This research is aim to identify the process of civilizing process of women's batik as the cultural capital of Madurese batik craftsmen in Tanjungbumi Village. This research conducted in Tanjungbumi Village in August 2023. The research method used qualitative research. Techniques through observation and interviews with purposive sampling. This research is very important and useful for stakeholders in formulating policies for developing the Madurese batik business in Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan Regency. The results of the study shows that the process of civilizing process of batik according to Norbert Elias can take place through two processes, namely psychogenesis and sociogenesis. First, psychogenesis can be understood through batik techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation by families. The philosophical meaning of batik as basic knowledge through the family is then internalized by batik makers in producing batik. The value of tenacity and patience inherent in women as part of the sociogenesis of batik making needs to be owned and produced repeatedly. Second, sociogenesis takes place as a reinforcement of the social construction that women are still synonymous with batik. Third, this civilization process will become cultural capital that can be maintained, including through the social institutions of the family, batik community and government through batik development training in Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Mataram District Court office employees. Aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population and respondents in the research were 83 employees of the Mataram District Court office. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS versions 25 and 26. Aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and carrer development on work performance with job satisfaction as a variable that intervenes on traffic unit personnel of the east lombok district police. The method of using data using a questionnaire. Population of 59 personnel, with a sample as much 59. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS v.4.0 tool. The results showed that first, design has a positive but not significant effect on work performance. Second, the career development has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Third, job design has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, the career development has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Fifth, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Sixth, job design has a positive and significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction. Seventh, the career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the comparison of financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions in non-financial companies listed on the IDX in the period of 2017-2021. This research is a comparative research with quantitative data. The data used is in the form of financial statements of non-financial companies 1 year before and 1 year after mergers and acquisitions. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the sample amounted to 33 companies out of 73 companies, therefor the research data analyzed in this study amounted to 66 observations. The data analysis method used is descriptive test, normality test, and hypothesis testing using the non-parametric wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio has decreased but not significantly which indicates that there is no significant difference before and after mergers and acquisitions. While the profitability, leverage, and activity ratios experienced an increase but were not significant which showed no significant difference before and after the merger and acquisition]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation and Happines at work on employee performance at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun. The research method used is a proportional random sampling method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample of this study consists of 67 respondents with proportional sampling selected from various departments of the company. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significantly influence on employee performance, and happiness at work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research contributes to human resource management in PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun by providing insights for designing policies that can enhance employee well-being and, in turn, improve overall organizational performance]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising and Price on Purchase Decisions at the Depo Jaya Bangunan in Mataram City. The population in this study were all Depo Jaya Bangunan consumers in the city of Mataram, while the sample of this study was 100 Depo Jaya Bangunan consumers using a probability sampling technique. This type is associative research. This data processing uses SPSS, where validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2) test are carried out. Results Based on the analysis test, all variables have a partial effect where Advertising has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Price has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on these results, it is recommended that Depo Jaya Bangunan can reproduce advertising and also continue stabilize prices so that it can make consumers continue to make purchases at Depo Jaya Bangunan]]>

<![CDATA[This research is used to determine the effect of profitability and complexity of company operations on audit delay with company size as a moderating variable. This study-based quantitative research on mining companies aims to determine whether these factors have an effect on audit delay. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The sample used was purposive sampling, there were 49 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the authors used 10 companies that match the sample criteria in this study. The analysis used in this study includes descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing using regression analysis of the difference in absolute value.The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect on audit delay, the complexity of the company's operations has no effect on audit delay. Firm size is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability and audit delay and firm size is unable to moderate the complexity of the firm's operations on audit delay.]]>
