Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company size on dividend policy. This research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The data collection process was carried out using documentation techniques. The population in this study were all food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022, totaling 84 companies. By using purposive sampling technique, 17 sample companies were obtained. In this study, dividends are measured using FCF, ROE, and CR. The panel data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The research findings show that ROE has a negative and significant effect on DPR. And CR has a positive and significant effect on DPR. Meanwhile, LN has a negative and insignificant effect on DPR.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of store atmosphere, product diversity and price on implude buying at MR.DIY Lombok Epicentrum Mall. The samples used in this study amounted to 100 samples with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Statistic 20 software. The results of testing and data analysis show that the indicators in the study are declared valid where in the classical assumption test the data is normally distributed and multicollinearity does not occur. In this study, it was found that store atmosphere had an insignificant effect on impulse buying at MR.DIY Lombok Epicentrum Mall. While the Product Diversity and Price variable has a significant effect on impulse buying at MR.DIY Lombok Epicentrum Mall.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hedonic motive and shopping lifestyle on Meekow Mataram. This research was conducted on Meekow in Mataram. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to determine the influence of hedonic motive and shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying. The data collection tool is carried out through distributing questionnaires to consumers who had made impulsive purchases at Meekow Mataram. The sample used was 100 samples using non-probability sampling techniques where samples were taken non-randomly with purposive sampling. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 software application. The results of this study show that the hedonic motive and shopping lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying in Meekow Mataram.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, local government capital expenditure, and labor on district/city GRDP in NTB Province in 2018-2022, and This study will also analyze which variables have the highest effect on the GRDP value. This study is a study that uses quantitative descriptive methods using data panel data analysis tools using EViews software 10. The results of this study indicate that foreign investment variables and domestic investment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP variable, while the capital expenditure variable and labor variables have a positive but not significant influence. As for simultaneously the independent variables of foreign investment, domestic investment, capital expenditure, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect and for the highest variables on GRDP is a domestic investment variables.

Abstract

This study uses financial ratio analysis of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget to assess the financial capability of regions in funding autonomy. This descriptive research employs quantitative analysis methods. The analysis tools include Mapping and Analysis of Regional Financial Capability using the Quadrant Method, Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio, Degree of Independence, Patterns of Relationships between Central and Local Governments, Degree of Regional Dependence, and Regional Financial Capability Mapping. The data used is secondary data regarding the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the fiscal years 2018-2022. The study results show: (1) North Lombok Regency is in quadrant I; (2) Most Regencies/Cities in West Nusa Tenggara are ineffective in terms of Local Revenue Effectiveness Ratio; (3) The Regional Independence Level is low, only reaching 14.93, indicating an instructive relationship pattern with the central government.

Abstract

This research is backed by environmental issues and plastic waste that can cause damage to the environment, thus requiring environmentally friendly products that can reduce the use of single-use materials with good quality and safe for long- term use. This research aims to determine the influence of Green Marketing, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the purchasing decisions of Tupperware products in Mataram City. By using a sample of 100 respondents from Mataram city, this research found that Green Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while Product Quality does not show a significant influence. These results indicate that Green Marketing and brand image are effective in increasing purchasing decisions, while product quality may not be effective in increasing the purchase decisions of Tupperware products in Mataram city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and Dividend Policies on Company Value in Health Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 Period. This research is an associative quantitative research. Samples using purposive sampling techniques. The sample amounted to 11 companies from 31 health sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Multiple linear regression data analysis technique using SPSS 2022 for windows software. The data analysis used is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicolonicity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and determination coefficient test. The results showed that Investment Decisions had an insignificant negative effect on company value, Funding Decisions had a positive insignificant effect on company value and Dividend Policy had a negative insignificant effect on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity on Company Value with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 Period. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 22 companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. In determining the sample using the Purposive Sampling method, a sample of 12 companies was obtained for 5 years with an analysis of 60 observations. In this research, the panel data regression model is applied using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach, while testing the moderating variables is carried out using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) with the EViews 12 program. The test results show that Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity have no effect on company value. Meanwhile, Dividend Policy as a moderating variable is unable to moderate Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity on Company Value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of financial technology (fintech) adoption on the profitability of conventional commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2017-2022. This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method is a survey sample. The population in the study amounted to 93 banks. By using purposive sampling technique, 5 bank samples were obtained (30 observation data). Fintech services in this study are measured using Automated Teller Machine (ATM), internet banking and mobile banking. While profitability is measured using Return On Asset (ROA). The panel data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results of this research indicate that Automated Teller Machine (ATM) has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, internet banking has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA and mobile banking has a positive and significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether unique products, store layouts, and special treatment benefits affect customer loyalty in Mixue ice cream and tea in the city of Mataram. The research approach used is using quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique where samples are taken non-randomly with purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey sample, namely the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and data analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the unique product variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty mix in Mataram City, the store layout variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty mix in Mataram City, and the Special Treatment Benefits variable also has a positive and significant effect on customers Loyalty Mixue Mataram City. Based on these results, it can be concluded that as a business actor, pay attention to the uniqueness, store layout and special treatment benefits of the products sold in order to attract the interest and attention of consumers make a purchase.
