Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enalysis the effectiveness of the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2019 which amends Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This law revision hopes that the goal of marriage that promotes a happy and sustainable home by the teachings of Islam can be realized. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting field observations. The results showed that increasing the minimum age limit for women in marriage from sixteen years to nineteen, by the changes in Law Number 16 of 2019, brought new legal impacts in society. Although administratively the number of child marriages recorded at the District Religious Affairs Office in West Kotawaringin Regency has decreased, in reality on the ground, unregistered child marriages are increasing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Financial Literacy through Fintech-Based Payment Gateway on the Performance of SMEs. The population in this study is SMEs in the creative industry sector in Bandar Lampung. The sample used in this study is SMEs in the culinary subsector in Bandar Lampung with a total of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to SMEs in Bandar Lampung that have been using Fintech-Based Payment Gateway in financial services and using digital media for marketing activities. Data processing used descriptive statistical tests with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. The data analysis techniques used include Measurement Model Test, Structural Model Test, Direct Influence Test, and Indirect Influence Test. The direct test results show that Digital Marketing and Financial Literacy have a positive and significant influence on Fintech-Based Payment Gateway, while Fintech-Based Payment Gateway has a significant influence on SMEs' performance. Indirect tests also show that Digital Marketing and Financial Literacy moderated through Fintech-Based Payment Gateway have a positive and significant influence on SMEs' performance. Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tanwil is a microfinance institution whose service products help make it easier for customers or members to check their balances without coming to the office. This application is also an addition to service. Apart from services provided directly by BMT employees, this application is also a service that functions online and makes it easy to operate at any time. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of Internet Banking (Ibs Mobile) in improving services and services at Kspps Bmt Artha Buana Metro Lampung. In this research, descriptive field research (Field Riserch) was used. The research approach method uses qualitative. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique is by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is deductive by deducing general principles into specific ones. Based on the results of data analysis, KSPPS BMT Artha Buana Metro Lampung has implemented the IBS Mobile application which aims to increase competitiveness with other BMTs, keep up with current developments and increase public trust in customers. So based on this, the author concludes from the research results that at KSPPS BMT Artha Buana Metro Lampung, the implementation of the IBS Mobile application is able to improve services and services for members. Abstract

Queues are a phenomenon that often occurs in people's lives, especially in the service industry, such as what happens at SPBU 14.211.207 Pematangsiantar where queues start in the morning. This research aims to determine the optimal level of service system for refueling at SPBU 14.211.07 Pematangsiantar. The type of research used in this research is applied research, namely research carried out to obtain information used to solve problems using quantitative methods to determine the optimal level of service systems at gas stations. Data collection was carried out by observing and recording queues that occurred in the morning. The queuing model used is Multiple Channel Single Phase with First In First Out (FIFO) queuing discipline. From the results of calculating the performance of the queuing system at SPBU 14.211.207 Pematangsiantar, adding or more servers will reduce the service busyness level (p), where when using one server the busyness level is 80%, whereas when using two servers the busyness level is 40%. Abstract

This research aims to find out how fair and trustworthy the Pre Order buying and selling system is in the context of Sharia economic law. This research is library type research. The results of this research are: To ensure fairness and trust in pre-order buying and selling transactions, certainty and guarantees are needed for both parties. The buyer must be sure that the goods ordered will be delivered according to the agreed time and conditions, while the seller needs assurance that the buyer will make payment according to the agreement through: 1) Compliance with Sharia Principles. 2) Limitation of Usury, 3) Prevention of Gharar, 4) Prohibition of Maysir, 5) Justice and Equality, 6) Compliance with Sharia Principles, 7) Commitment to Common Interests. Abstract

Queues often occur in public services, one of which is gas station 14.211.203 Jl. D.I Panjaitan No.49 Pematangsiantar, where long queues occur at service facilities, especially in the type of pertalite fuel for motorcycle vehicles. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the queuing system in optimizing services at SPBU 14.211.203 JL. D.I Panjaitan No.49 Pematangsiantar by using a multi-channel single phase queuing model. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The queuing model applied to this gas station is a single channel single phase model. Based on the results of the study, it is known that with the queuing model applied, it can be said that the level of service at SPBU 13.211.203 is not optimal enough because the busy system utility (p) has a high percentage of the average number of customers waiting in the queue is 3 to 4 customers, The average time spent waiting in the queue is between 1 to 3 minutes, For the average time spent by customers while being served is between 2 to 3 minutes. For this reason, optimization suggestions are given that can be done, namely by using a single phase multi-channel queuing model which uses one service line with two service facilities, then the level of busy service facilities has a smaller percentage of busyness, which is below 50 %, the average level of busyness is below 50 %. Abstract

The growth of ideology is increasingly rapid and accompanied by a change of national issues, thus making humans think forward to create a solid national construction. The construction was built from two different elements, namely: religion and politics. This is in line with the idea of ??Almawardi in building a nation in accordance with the content of national verses in the Koran. In this study the researcher tried to describe the right national construction according to Almawardi. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative approach with a type of library study (library reseach) and supported by descriptive methods, namely: Thematic method. The results of this study indicate that Almawardi has used religion as a barometer of politics of politics and a good relationship between the people (Ahlul Ikhtiyar) and the leader of the nation called Ahlul Imamat. Abstract

There have never been any implementing regulations regarding procedures for applying for an order in court for assets where there are no heirs. The emergence of Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 1 of 2022 which stipulates that BAZNAS and Baitul Mal can become applicants in the management of inheritance that has no heirs, giving Baitul Mal and BAZNAS legal standing in court. For this reason, it is important to carry out this research with the main problem being what is the legality of granting authority to the National Zakat Amil Agency in managing inherited assets where there are no heirs through the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 1 of 2022? and What is the ideal concept for managing inherited assets where there are no heirs from the perspective of Islamic law? With a normative research model, this research is a literature study using statutory and conceptual approaches. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the legality of granting BAZNAS authority through SEMA Number 1 of 2022 is legally valid because it is in accordance with Article 79 of Law Number 14 of 1985 concerning the Supreme Court and Article 3 letter b of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration namely creating legal certainty, as well as the issuance of Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 1 of 2022, an effort by the Supreme Court to provide legal protection when there are cases of inherited property where there are no heirs and to fill legal gaps or unclear regulations when there are cases of inherited property. which have no heirs and BAZNAS needs to make regulations regarding procedures for managing inherited assets that have no heirs because currently inherited assets that have no heirs are still managed as one with votive assets, trust or entrusted assets, sacrifices, kafarat, fidyah, grants, and confiscated assets which are called other religious social funds. Meanwhile, in terms of allocation, it is in accordance with Islamic Law which focuses on the benefit/welfare of the ummah. This study delves into the intricate relationship between Bumble, a feminist-oriented dating app, and the perception of its community, both online and offline. Bumble's unique feature, which empowers women to initiate conversations in heterosexual matches, challenges entrenched gender norms prevailing in conventional dating platforms like Tinder. Beyond the innovative app design, the research employs the symbolic convergence theory to dissect shared fantasy themes, chains, and types within their community, unraveling how these dramatized messages contribute to empathetic communication and foster a sense of community. In addition to scrutinizing user narratives, the study aims to bridge the symbolic convergence observed on Twitter with the tangible experiences of women navigating Bumble's feminist features in the real world. This comprehensive exploration not only sheds light on the symbiotic relationship between online communities and the dynamics of feminist-driven dating apps but also contributes valuable insights to the broader discourse on the impact of technology on societal norms and interpersonal relationships. Abstract

This research aims to understand the contribution of Corporate Internal Relations Communication practices at PT. AMS MARITIME LLC in creating work-life balance and its impact on overall employee well-being. Two key components in creating work-life balance in the work environment, namely balancing of time & involvement balancing, and satisfaction balancing, have a significant impact on employee welfare. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through participant observation and light interviews. The research results show that effective internal communication practices are very important in creating conditions that support employee well-being and harmony between work and personal life or work life balance.
