Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Testing the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Wakatobi District Hospital; 2) Testing the influence of patient satisfaction on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital; 3) Testing the influence of service quality on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi Regency Regional Hospital; 4) Testing the influence of Patient Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Service Quality and Institutional Image at Wakatobi District Hospital. The population in this study were patients and families of patients at the Wakatobi District Hospital. The sample taken was determined to be 68 people. The sampling method used is purposive random sample, namely a sample selection technique based on certain criteria. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing and direct and indirect influence testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) concept with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The result showed that: 1) Service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Wakatobi district hospital, showing the original sample estimate value between the influence of service quality on satisfaction of 0.742 and a positive value. 2) Patient satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital. 3) Service quality has a significant positive effect on the image of the institution at the Wakatobi District Hospital. The calculated T-value of 1.727 is greater than the T-table of 1.668. 4) Patient Satisfaction as an intervening variable has a dominant influence on Service Quality and Institutional Image at the Wakatobi District Regional Hospital. Abstract

Since 2015, the conversion of agricultural land into residential and industrial land has been carried out massively by the people of North Metro, Lampung. Farming with conventional techniques has become ineffective because the nutrient elements in the soil have decreased significantly. Thus, the team carried out activities to make organic fertilizer from fermented goat manure and straw and held a production-scale DFT hydroponic system installation. The service method used is Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD). First, the results show that fermented goat manure in Pakcoy plants produces 15%-18% better yields than plants with AB Mix nutrition. On the side of the experimental experience in the field during the implementation of the service, the treatment of Goat Manure Fermentation and Straw and A-B mix produced the best plants with a total fresh weight yield of 30% compared to the A-B mix treatment alone or with goat manure fermentation alone. Second, there is a development in the welfare of the Banjarsari community in harvest sharing after collaborating in planting Pakcoy with students of the Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama Metro Islamic Boarding School. Third, the existence of hydroponic installations in the pesantren environment makes the relationship between the community and the students more transparent and creates a symbiotic relationship of mutualism between both parties. Abstract

With the aging population increasing worldwide, attention to the safety of drug use in geriatric patients is becoming increasingly important. Through a better understanding of the role of clinical pharmacy in this context, it is hoped that more effective strategies can be found to improve the quality of drug care for the geriatric population, thereby providing maximum benefits for patients' health and quality of life. Thus, the aim of this literature observation is to dig deeper into the role of clinical pharmacy in improving the safety of drug use in geriatric patients (Javier, 2023). The aim of exploring relevant literature, we can innovate approaches that have been proven effective, as well as identify challenges and opportunities in optimizing the role of clinical pharmacy in the care of geriatric patients (Annisa, 2012), adjusting doses based on physiological factors related to age, and providing education to patients and families about the correct use of drugs (Sari, 2015). Literature studies suggest that clinical pharmacy interventions, such as thorough medication review, drug counseling, and identification of potential drug interactions, can reduce the risk of side effects and increase patient compliance with drug therapy. Apart from that, health team collaboration between clinical pharmacists, doctors and nurses is also an important factor in ensuring the safe use of drugs in geriatric patients (Karnova, 2020). Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial aspect in every work environment, including tourism. Moreover, tourist destinations are included in natural tourism, of course the health and safety of visitors must be taken into account. One of these tourist destinations is NiMo Highland. NiMo Highland is a tourist destination in the Pangalengan area, Bandung. This tour pampers tourists with very beautiful views of mountains and lakes. Apart from that, tourists can also walk on the bridge over the tea gardens and mountains which are very beautiful with a refreshing breeze. Since it opened, NiMo Highland has been immediately visited by visitors, not only from the surrounding community, but also from outside Bandung, so the number of visitors continues to increase every year. Based on this, it is very important to pay attention to Health and Safety. By using research methods in the form of direct visits and conducting interviews with 3 sources, from managers, supervisors to workers there, the results showed that NiMo Highland Management has tried to always maintain K3. Apart from that, there was a lot of evidence found in the form of signs, announcements using toa or speakers and security from the employees there. Seeing this, of course this is very good and really needs to be developed so that the contribution to K3 of visitors and employees will be maintained. Abstract

Peanuts are a secondary crop, belonging to the Leguminoceae family, sub-family Papilionoideae, genus Arachis and Hypogea. As a food crop, peanuts are ranked second after soybeans. Peanuts can be planted in Ultisol soil. Diaman Ultisol is a marginal soil with the characteristics of having a low volume weight, low aggregate stability and also very low water holding capacity and an organic matter content of less than 5%. The aim of the research is to determine the optimal dose of biochar and cow manure for peanut plants. The usefulness of the research results will be to make recommendations for several physical properties of the soil so that the soil can be used sustainably. The research was carried out experimentally by giving Biochat coconut shell and cow manure as a treatment using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 6 treatments and 4 replications so that there were 24 experimental plots with a plot size of 2 x 3 m. The parameter observed was the C-organic content. Volume Weight, Total Pore Space, percent of soil aggregate and stability of soil aggregate and peanut crop yield. The results data were analyzed for organic C content, soil volume weight, total pore space, aggregate percentage and aggregate stability and peanut yields were tested using a Randomized Block Design and continued with the Duncan Distance Test at the 5% level (Steel and Torrie, 1995). From the research results, it was found that the mixture of 5 coconut shell Biochat + 5 cow manure and 10 tons of coconut shell Biochat + 10 tons of cow manure was significantly different from other treatments and without giving biochat on soil organic C content, soil volume weight, total space. pores, aggregate percentage, aggregate stability and peanut crop yield. Abstract

In the world of health services, the relationship between law and medical practice is something that is difficult to control because it is related to good and transparent communication between all parties involved, including doctors, patients and legal parties. The research method used in this study is literature where theory is taken according to the research context. Research findings show that legal relationships in health services are an important aspect that regulates behavior and responsibilities between health service providers, patients and other related parties. The application of the law in the context of health care helps ensure safety, quality and protection of patient rights. Apart from that, in the context of health services there is also a contract between the health service provider and the patient, which regulates the rights and obligations of each party. This contract protects patients from malpractice, misuse of medical information, and ethical lapses. This research also makes a contribution to law and health where the relationship between law and health services ensures the protection of patient rights, maintains the quality of health services, and creates a framework for resolving conflicts and improving health policies Keywords: Law, Health Services, Law Medical Practice
