Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar kognitif siswa tipe kepribadian compliance dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika teori geometri dan mengetahui kesulitan apa saja yang dialami siswa tipe compliance dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Metodologi: Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hal-hal yang dianalisis dalam pembelajaran hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal materi trigonometri pada mata pelajaran kepatuhan kepribadian kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kepatuhan kepribadian, lembar tugas pemecahan masalah matematika, dan transkrip wawancara. Temuan Utama: Hasil belajar adalah hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan kepatuhan kepribadian yang baik, namun masih banyak kesulitan dalam mengerjakan soal yang diberikan, dilihat dari indikator kesulitan belajar yang diambil, dan indikator hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang diambil dari taksonomi Bloom , rata-rata hasil ketuntasan belajar kepribadian kognitif kepatuhan siswa baik, hal ini menunjukkan kepribadian kepatuhan siswa memiliki aspek kognitif yang baik. Kebaruan/Originalitas penelitian ini: Analisis ini menggunakan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan tipe kepribadian compliance dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study investigated the influence of leadership styles on secondary school student’s academic achievement in Bosaso, Somalia. Tasks were to: explore the commonly used leadership style that can lead to students’ academic performance and to establish the relationship between school heads’ leadership styles and students’ academic performance. Methodology: This study employed correlation research designed was collected through questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed by using SPSS. Main Findings: The results established that democratic leadership styles primarily influence students' academic achievement/performance, implying a strong and positive influence and significance of democratic leadership style on students' academic achievement. For the Laissez-faire leadership style, the relationship negatively influenced students' academic performance and was very weak and insignificant. Autocratic leadership style, although the relationship was powerful the relationship. Novelty/Originality of this study: In this case, it can be concluded that democratic leadership styles primarily influence students' academic achievement/performance, implying a strong and positive influence and significance of democratic leadership style on students' academic achievement.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the applicability of the MURDER type collaborative learning model and the relationship between the implementation of this model on student learning outcomes. Methodology: The design used in this study is the Mix Method. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling in senior high school 4 Jambi City. The instrument used is the observation sheet and questions. Before the test was carried out, the questions were tried to determine the validity, difficulty level, discriminating power, and reliability of the questions. The prerequisite test used normality and homogeneity tests, while the analysis used Bivariate and Pearson correlation. Main Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the model by teachers and students through qualitative results is exemplary, with an average quantitative result each for teachers is 78.125% and for students is 70.29%, followed by an average student learning outcomes that reach 75,26. The result of the correlation test is R = 0.717 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant correlation, while the contribution of the R Square value is 0.514, which means that the implementation of the MURDER type collaborative learning model, contributes to Learning Outcomes of 51.4 %. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study is the focus on analyzing the application of the MURDER type collaborative learning model and determining its correlation to student learning outcomes at senior high school 4 Jambi City on the subject of reaction rates.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to produce math worksheets based on a scientific approach and PQ4R learning strategies on set material in class VII SMP and to find out whether worksheets based on scientific approaches and PQ4R learning strategies on set material for class VII SMP meet the valid, practical and effective criteria. Methodology: This type of research is development research with the ADDIE development model. This study designed worksheets, gave tests to find out student learning outcomes, and gave questionnaires to find out the results of student responses. The instruments used in this study were material and design expert assessment sheets of worksheets, teacher and student response questionnaires and observation sheets, learning achievement tests, and student response questionnaires in use trials. Main Findings: The process of developing student worksheets that have been carried out is followed by the validation stage carried out by material experts, obtaining a score of 95 in the "Good" category and design experts obtaining a score of 43 in the "Very Good" category. The individual trial phase scored 68 in the "Very Good" category. Novelty/Originality of this study: From the analysis results, student responses reached 90.63% with very positive responses, and the learning outcomes test obtained 86.49% of student scores reaching the minimum completeness criteria. This means the worksheet is valid, practical, and effective for learning mathematics in junior high schools, especially in learning sets.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This assessment provides space for students with non-academic weaknesses in science subject skills. This research was used to obtain information related to the scope of evaluation of junior high school students' natural science learning: A Systematic Review. Methodology: The review method was chosen to obtain research journals with keywords in the scope of evaluation of junior high school science learning on Google reference sources scholar, science direct, and research gates. Twenty journals were reviewed based on author (year), sample, study design, the scope of the evaluation, and findings. Main Findings: The results of the review show that the scope of learning evaluation can be carried out based on the context to be assessed, such as the scope of the cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. The scope of learning evaluation in the cognitive domain can be in the form of observation and understanding, the affective domain can be in the form of responses given by students as long as the teacher provides knowledge, and the psychomotor domain is in the form of a skills assessment rubric such as doing practicum after being given theory by the teacher. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research can contribute to the world of education, especially in evaluating science learning.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep kompetensi matematika bilangan dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada siswa kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hidayah Kebon IX Muaro Jambi.Metodologi: Penelitian data mendalam ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dan data diperoleh melalui tahapan observasi sebanyak 2 siklus dengan sampel sebanyak 18 siswa.Temuan Utama: Setelah dilakukan 2 siklus diperoleh terjadi peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika yang ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). hasil peningkatan pemahaman draf kompetensi matematika siswa sebesar 26,73%.Kebaruan/Originalitas penelitian ini: Pemutakhiran dari penelitian Penelitian ini terkait dengan peningkatan pemahaman konsep nomor kompetensi matematika dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) sebelumnya.
