Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan mengenai isi syair agar tidak terjadi adanya perbedaan suatu makna dalam setiap kata yang telah dibentuk pada kiasan syair-syair keagamaan dan bertumpu selaras dengan silsilah kehidupan manusia. Dalam metodenya, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimana telah diungkapkan melalui data-data kualitatif sehingga data tersebut akan disampaikan dalam bentuk kalimat dan uraian. Pada pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dari data primer dimana data tersebut akan diambil secara langsung di Pondok Pesantren atau kediaman Ulama guna mengemukakan perspektif yang sempurna dan untuk data sekunder yakni menggunakan buku serta jurnal nasional yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bagaimana seseorang telah berpakaian sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Saat ini banyak sekali generasi milenial telah menggunakan pakaian trend yang sedang berkembang namun tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Oleh karena itu melalui syair Madura ini diharapkan generasi milenial bisa lebih menggunakan pakaian yang menutup aurat agar tidak menimbulkan perhatian berlebihan dan kesombongan.

Abstract

This study aims to discovering contrastive pattern of Bahasa Indonesia and English. In the study, to contrast the noun form of Indonesia and English. Qualitative approach is used in the study. The result shows that there are some differences of plural form of Indonesia and English.In Bahasa Indonesia, plural has six meaning that indicate more than one, the plural form by repeating the root based on the type of reduplication, and the plural form in Bahasa Indonesia are consistent. In English, plural form in English has one meaning that indicate more than one, in writing system, plural form add ‘s’ or ‘es’at the end of the wod, and plural form in English is inconsistent.

Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia tengah digemparkan dengan penyebaran virus corona (covid-19) yang semakin luas, termasuk provinsi Bali. Sebagai daerah wisata, Bali menerima kunjungan wisatawan baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri cukup besar, otomatis kemungkinan penularan pun bisa tergolong tinggi. Namun pada kenyataannya Pemerintah Provinsi Bali dianggap paling berhasil menekan peredaran virus corona meski tak menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) seperti yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah-daerah lain. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan adalah persentase pasien yang meninggal di Bali hanya 1,33 persen jauh di bawah rata-rata nasional (7,19 persen) dan global (6,99 persen). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi apa yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah provinsi Bali sehingga berhasil menekan peredaran virus corona ditengah kekhawatiran berbagai pihak karena Bali merupakan destinasi wisata dunia terbesar di Indonesia. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif Miles and Huberman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian berupa strategi yang diterapkan pemerintah Provinsi Bali, antara lain dalam mengatasi virus corona, pihak pemerintah bersama desa adat membuat dua kegiatan utama terkait penanganan covid-19, yakni kegiatan secara niskala atau ritual keagamaan sesuai dengan kepercayaan dan kearifan lokal masyarakat Bali serta kegiatan sekala. Selanjutnya faktor lain yang mendukung keberhasilan strategi penanganan penyebaran virus adalah adanya kerja sama seluruh pemangku kepentingan di semua profesi, termasuk tenaga kesehatan. Kerjasama berbagai pihak di Bali tergolong cepat dan kompak, kolaborasi dan komunikasi antara instansi pun cukup baik. Keberhasilan Bali sebagai provinsi yang mampu mengendalikan virus dan telah mendapatkan apresiasi oleh Gugus Tugas Nasional ini juga bisa dijadikan nilai jual untuk pariwisata Indonesia, khususnya Bali.

Abstract

Deviation from purchasing procedures One type of corruption is the provision of government services and goods that harm the economy or state finances. These deviations often occur because officials do not understand and comply with regulations or do not pay enough attention. This position is very important because the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) is involved in every stage of the government procurement process. As a result, PPK competencies must pay attention to morality and ethics, managerial competence, and the acquisition of goods and services. Abstract

Dental caries in children are still often ignored by parents due to lack of knowledge about the importance of maintaining healthy teeth and mouth. In obtaining knowledge, people can use various media, the media that is widely used by society today is gadgets. Apart from being used as a medium of information, gadgets can also be used as a medium of entertainment and learning. Purpose: to create a Quident game application that can be used to increase children's dental health knowledge in the 9-11 year old group. Method: Design and Creation with the following steps Awareness, Suggestion, Development, Evaluation, and Conclusion. The research sample used random sampling. A total of 10 people tested the Quident game application. Research Results: The Quident game application has been created which is equipped with an animated video with a mascot that was created to educate and motivate users and can evaluate the increase in user knowledge with questionnaires on games, 10 sample people who use the application have no difficulty playing and can complete the game to the last level. Conclusion: Quident games can be used to motivate and increase children's dental health knowledge with Android-based games Suggestion: For future development, games are made more varied and published on the Google Play Store.

Abstract

Post partum period mothers, especially primipara, often experience problems in the breastfeeding process, this is due to a lack of mother's knowledge, including the lack of information obtained by mothers from health workers and the mother's lack of ability to understand the information obtained, and also do not have experience giving birth. The objectives of this study was to increase the knowledge and ability of mothers in breastfeeding and the baby's ability to breastfeed so that breastfeeding was smooth. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursing cases and problems, namely patients with primiparous mothers with ineffective breastfeeding at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research was conducted on March 9, 2022 to March 11 2022 and April 12 to April 14 2022. After implementing digital-based education on the audiovisual method for smart breastfeeding mothers, digital-based education results showed that smart mother breastfeeding can increase mothers’ knowledge and ability to breastfeeding as well as babies’ ability to suckle and breastfeeding smoothly. Implementation of digital-based education: smart mother breastfeeding can be applied.

Abstract

Prabumulih City Hospital Accreditation graduation predicate in 2019 which decreased from fully accredited to mid-accredited, where one of the working groups that had not passed was the facility management and safety working group with a score of 67.62. This is also supported by data from the results of recording patient safety incidents for 3 consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. Departing from this problem, the authors are interested in conducting research on "Analysis of the Application of Patient Safety Culture in Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021. " The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the application of patient safety culture and the factors that influence patient safety culture at Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021. This research is a quantitative study conducted in June and July 2021 on employees of the Prabumulih City Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 252 people. Sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data were tested using univariate analysis, bivariate chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the chi-square test showed that there is a significant relationship between Patient Safety Culture and the 8 independent variables studied, while the variables are age, gender, education level, employment status, work experience, type of work, income, and resources. Based on the multivariate analysis, it was found that the dominant variable that most influenced the application of patient safety culture was the resource variable, with an ap value of 0.000 <0.05 and the largest OR value of 84.564 meaning that the resource variable had 84.564 times the opportunity to influence the patient safety culture at the Prabumulih Hospital in 2021. In conclusion, there is a significant and dominant relationship between the resource variable and the application of patient safety culture at the Prabumulih City Hospital in 2021.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the implementation of 5C-based financing (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition) at BMT Alfa Dirham Mandiri, aiming to obtain data regarding planning, implementation, and assessment of 5C principle-based financing at BMT Alfa Dirham Mandiri. The type of research used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data source for this research is primary, namely collected through direct interviews. This research shows that BMT Alfa Dirham Mandiri, as a sharia microfinance institution, applies financing based on murabahah, mudharabah, kafalah bil ujrah, wadiah and musyarakah contracts. Financing is carried out according to strict SOPs, from application to disbursement of funds. The 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy) is applied to assess the feasibility of financing, with collateral only for financing above 3 million. Implementation of the 5C principles reduces the risk of financing problems. The research results show that: 1). Financing planning includes applying for financing, assessing financing. 2). implementation of financing through various contracts such as murabahah, mudhorobah, musyarakah. Kafalah bil ujrah, and wadiah. 3) The 5C principles in BMT Alfa Dirham Mandiri are as a financing assessment tool, the 5C principles include character, capacity, capital, collateral, and economic conditions.

Abstract

Islam places ethics and morals in the most important position in life. Islamic economic business ethics is here to be a solution for self-development in the world of business and actions that are in accordance with norms and religion. The research used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques such as tracking journals, books and articles that discuss Islamic economic business ethics. After the data sources have been collected, the author will analyze them and then draw conclusions because of the research. The aim of this research is to explore how big the opportunities for doing business in the era of digitalization are while still prioritizing morals. This research reveals Islamic economic business ethics in facing future economic challenges, namely by continuing to keep up with the times and innovating and cultivating one's own abilities to be able to adapt to increasingly advanced and developing conditions, the business world aims to produce much better economic growth and continue to prioritize ethics and morals.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have an important role in forming an ideal and inclusive Muslim society. As an Islamic educational institution, Islamic boarding schools are also agents of significant social change. In the context of an increasingly developing sharia economy, Islamic boarding schools have great potential to contribute. First, Islamic boarding schools act as agents of social change in the field of sharia economics, teaching the values ​​and principles of Islamic economics to students and the surrounding community. Second, Islamic boarding schools can function as sharia business laboratories, where business practices that comply with sharia principles can be implemented and tested. Third, Islamic boarding schools become centers of sharia economic learning, providing education and training regarding the sharia economic system to the young generation of Muslims. Thus, Islamic boarding schools have the potential to support and develop the sharia economy in Indonesia, strengthening their role in the social and economic order of Muslim communities.
