<![CDATA[Technological developments have made it easier for people to consume and produce audiovisual content on social media, including through the use of the Islam Populeric YouTube channel which provides diverse information for its users. The channel owners monetize their content, making their content production practices profit-oriented. This article analyzes how Islam Populer commodifies Islamic-themed content to generate profits, as well as the exploitation of new media workers. The article shows that Islam Populer successfully commodifies the values and teachings of Islam in their content, generating profits for their media endeavors. However, Islam Populer remains a commodity for YouTube, as the account's performance attracts advertisers who benefit YouTube the most. This makes Islam Populer one of the parties that are exploited in the context of media work.]]>

This time Indomie shines again as the product looked by everyone due to their flashy new product named Indomie Ice Cream. Indomie Ice Cream and the Ice Cream’s sweetened clashed each other, yet people in Twitter still so eager to buy it and taste it themselves. With SWOT analysis, this research shows how Indomie makes an advanced impact through opportunities even though the type of product isn’t dominantly loved by people like regular Indomie or regular ice cream.]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation in equipment and technology development has been identified as a powerful trigger for SMEs resilience and recovery in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. This paper presents the design, fabrication and operationalization of a simple but effective centrifugal casting device prototype, for the traditional gold jewellery industry in Ghana. The design process commenced by the conceptual design phase; detailed design phase followed by the embodiment design stage. The device was constructed using local materials. The device is easy to manufacture, maintain and relatively cheap. It can therefore be easily replicated or fabricated by ‘’wayside’’ welders. It is also easily transportable and can be used for teaching and demonstration purposes for students of tertiary institutions. The merit of this project is its innovative concept and constitutes a fundamental and important contribution to the research and development of new pioneering centrifugal casting machine for the local gold jewellery industry in Ghana.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemerintah kota Bandar Lampung dalam menekan jumlah pasien orang dengan Human Immunodeficiency Virus mangkir/ Lost to follow up pada layanan perawatan, dukungan & pengobatan melalui optimasi kebijakan program pengambilan obat multi bulan/ multi month dispencing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Wheelen dan Hunger dimana manajemen strategi dapat dilihat dari tiga indikator utama yakni, pelaksana yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengimplementasikan strategi, proses implementasi itu sendiri dan bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengambilan obat multi bulan telah dijalankan oleh layanan perawatan, dukungan dan pengobatan di Kota Bandar Lampung namun belum optimal. Hambatan implementasi meliputi Ketersediaan Antiretroviral, hambatan birokrasi, kewajiban observasi pasien, beban kerja tenaga kesehatan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of social media and to determine how much influence occurs between the use of social media. social media and to find out how much influence occurs between the use of social media on student communication behavior patterns at ArRahman Medan High School. This research uses quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of Social Media Use on Student Communication Behavior Communication Behavior of Students at Ar-Rahman High School Medan. This research will involve 2 (two) variables, namely variable Y: communication behavior and variable X: social media. social media. From the results of the research, the researcher can conclude two things, namely the variable the use of social media has a significant effect on Communication behavior of Ar-Rahman Medan Private High School students and the amount of influence given by the use of social media is 51.5 percent. Given by the use of social media is 51.2% on Communication Behavior, which means there is still 48.2%. Communication Behavior, which means that there are still 48.2% other factors that can influence the Communication Behavior of students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency. The problem in this study is that the company's production decreases every year due to declining employee performance because there are still employees who neglect the responsibilities given by the company. The benefit of this research is to be taken into consideration by the company in identifying problems so that prevention and solving of these problems can be carried out. The type of research used is quantitative using a simple regression analysis method. The population and sample in this study are all employees at PT. pp. London Sumatra Indonesia Bulukumpa District Bulukumba Regency which amounted to 40 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. so that it can be concluded that if the provision of incentives is given to employees appropriately, it will make employees more enthusiastic and active at work so that employee performance will also increase.]]>

<![CDATA[In 2017, farmers in Simalingkar A Village, Deliserdang, and security forces were involved in clashes. Many farmers were injured, and some were detained at the local police station. Until now, there has been no resolution of the conflict to lead to peace. The farmer conflict in Simalingkar A Village illustrates how complicated the agrarian conflict is in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. This research is a case study that provides an in-depth investigation into a single case or a small number of cases to better understand the conflict between farmers and PTPN II. With the existing limitations, farmers in Simalingkar who are members of the Simalingkar United Farmers Union (SPSB) made efforts to accommodate the hopes and demands of farmers to create a solution that benefits both parties. Based on the analysis using this theory, it can be concluded that the SPSB played a role in resolving the conflicts. They made efforts using several channels of interest articulation, including rallies, demonstrations, lobbying, and walking from Medan to Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[A notary is a public official authorized to make authentic deeds. This authority must be carried out in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the Notary Office Act and not violate the Notary Code of Ethics. However, not a few notaries carry out their duties in accordance with the established regulations, resulting in a party being harmed and the notary being held accountable. This happened in the Decision on Criminal Case Number 1362/Pid.B/2019/Pn.Jkt.Utr. In this decision, notary R forged an authentic deed because he entered information that was not in accordance with the facts and also did not read and sign the deed he made in front of the parties. Therefore, this thesis takes the title Liability of a Notary Who Issues Deeds Containing False Statements (Case Study Case Number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr). The formulation of the problem in this research is: 1) What are the legal considerations of the judges in deciding case number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr? 2) What is the responsibility of the notary for the deed he made based on case number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr? This study uses normative juridical legal research methods, namely the systematic compilation of data, assessment, then concludes on the relationship to the problems studied with the statutory approach. The results of this study are: 1) The basis for the judge's consideration in decision number 1362/Pid.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Utr comes from juridical and non-juridical and grants the indictment of the public prosecutor in accordance with the provisions violated by notary R but the judge does not make the existence of peace into the lightening thing. 2) The responsibility imposed on notary R is administrative sanctions, namely temporary dismissal due to being in custody then the main sanction is imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 8 (eight) months.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information and electronic technology, which is currently increasing rapidly, has an impact on the Notary's work related to the signing of the Notary deed. The cyber notary concept contained in Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary (hereinafter referred to as UUJN) in the elucidation of Article 15 paragraph (3) states that there are other powers for a Notary, namely the authority to certify transactions carried out electronically (cyber notary) but in the absence of regulations regarding this matter it seems to be an obstacle to the implementation of electronic signing. Based on this, the authors formulate the problem, namely, first how to regulate norms regarding electronic signatures on notarial deeds, Second, how are the requirements for an electronic signature on a notary deed to be considered legally valid. This study uses a juridical-normative approach. The results of this research study indicate that the regulation of Cyber notary has not been regulated in Indonesia so because there is no regulation regarding the electronic signing of the notary deed, the notary cannot carry out the signing of the deed electronically under any circumstances. The legal requirements relating to the electronic signature do not meet the requirements for a valid signature on a notary deed because according to Article 16 UUJN it requires the signature to be carried out directly by the appearer or the parties before the notary.]]>
