<![CDATA[A notary is a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds and has other authorities including those referred to in UUJN. One of the Notary's authorities is to make a fiduciary guaranteed deed, which has been explained in Article 5 UUJF. In connection with this authority, the Notary is required to keep the minutes of the fiduciary deed, one of which is the deposit of the minutes of the fiduciary deed. The problem that occurs at this time is that some Notaries experience difficulties in storing minutes of fiduciary deeds, because there are no clear rules relating to these deposits. With the number of deeds that are made and keeping the minutes of the deed as a Notary protocol can cause problems. The notary may violate existing rules regarding the making of a fiduciary deed and experience problems in storing the number of minuta of this fiduciary deed. Based on this, the authors formulate the problem, namely first, how are the arrangements and responsibilities of a Notary for the storage of minutes of fiduciary deeds, secondly, what are the obstacles in storing the number of minutes of fiduciary deeds. This study uses a juridical-empirical approach. Based on the results of research on the arrangements and responsibilities of a Notary for the safekeeping of minutes of fiduciary deeds, it has been proven that many Notaries violate the rules regarding limiting the number of deed made per day and the Notary is only responsible to the extent of keeping the deed as a Notary protocol, so that if the guarantee time in the deed runs out, The notary keeps it and it is one of the factors in the accumulation of minutes of the deed. In storing the minutes of the fiduciary deed there are several obstacles such as the quality of paper that is easily damaged, making a special cupboard and a large room.]]>

<![CDATA[mineral superboosters and concentrating immunoboosters in the feed. This research was conducted on the smallholder dairy cattle in "Kampoeng Ternak," Taman District, Sidoarjo, for 42 days. The material used was 18 Friesian Holstein (FH) dairy cattle suffering from FMD and decreased milk production. This research was carried out experimentally with three treatments: P0 (treatment injected multivitamins 10 ml + antibiotic long-acting 20 ml), P1 (treatment injected multivitamins 10 ml + antibiotic long-acting 20 ml and mineral super booster 40 grams), and P2 (10 ml treatment injected multivitamins + 20 ml long-acting antibiotics, adding 40-gram mineral super booster and 800-gram concentrate immunobooster). The data collected in this study is feed consumption, milk production, and profit analysis of business in the farm. The data were calculated and analyzed using anova. This literature review aims to describe adding mineral supplements to FH dairy cattle suffering from foot and mouth disease (FMD) as an alternative because it can increase milk production.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) determine the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of satisfaction and work discipline jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 63 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance, t count > t table where 3.434 > from t table of 1.671. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. Therefore, if Satisfaction and Work Discipline are continuously improved, then of course performance will be more optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the work discipline of employees at the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, while the dependent variable is work discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the Lau Public Health Center, Maros Regency as many as 57 employees with a sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study obtained a simple regression equation Y = 8.475 + 0.785X. The results of the t-test hypothesis obtained that the t-count value of the work environment variable is greater than the t-table value with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.563, which means that the ability of the work environment variable in explaining work discipline to Lau Health Center employees is 56.3% while the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Instagram social media on adolescent religious behavior in terms of morals and religious behavior based on Islamic teachings. This research is a quantitative study using observation data collection methods and questionnaire distribution through google form. The data analysis method used in this research is the data validity and reliability test. Then processing the data using the SPSS application. The population in this study was 412 teenagers in Neighborhood IX Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency. With the conditions that researchers must require as respondents in this study. Respondents in this study must be teenagers who follow Hanan Attaki's Instagram account so that a sample of 80 respondents can be determined in this study. Through the Uses and Effect theory that researchers do that there is an influence of Instagram social media on the influence of Instagram social media on an average percentage of 45.0% and most experience changes in religious behavior after seeing Hanan Attaki's content. So, it can be concluded that Instagram social media can change the religious behavior of adolescents.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled Organizational Communication Patterns in Improving Employee Performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine how organizational communication patterns can improve employee performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that (1) The Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province uses a wheel communication pattern in which the head of the department provides information through oral communication during routine meetings and writing in the form of letters or information submitted in Whatsapp groups consisting of all employees. (2) for the performance of employees is classified as good because the quantity of all employees in completing the task is in accordance with the set target, then the quality of the workers is classified as good even though there are limited human resources, discipline, craftsmanship, and cooperation between employees is classified as good. (3) the communication pattern that can improve employee performance is the Y communication pattern because only the head of the department and the head of the field / section conduct meetings so that other employees can continue to do their respective duties so that the quantity and quality of employee work is maintained and more effective because the information conveyed by the head of the department during the meeting can be conveyed back from the head of the field / section to the employees in the field / section.]]>

<![CDATA[All processes of social interaction in humans are important, including being useful as an effort to build relationships between them. One form of social interaction that occurs in humans is playing. The sophistication of adult technology now presents various developments in playing such as online games. The process of playing online games is proven to leave various kinds of social problems, including verbal violence. This research is a case study using a qualitative method that aims to look deeper into the phenomenon of verbal violence that occurs among online game players in coffee shops which are a forum for social interaction for the surrounding community, located in Lhokseumawe City, in Aceh's construction as Veranda of Mecca. The research subjects were verbal violence in online games, and the objects of this research were academics, community leaders, and online game players. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews using the habitus theory approach. The results of the study show that the neglect of cultural values and the Islamic Shari'a system by online game players triggers verbal violence behavior. In line with these conditions, other variables that become triggers are self-principles, stress, opponents at play, imitating behavior and weak supervision and application of rules.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the law enforcement of criminal acts in Indonesia, as a country law, of course enforcement law that doesn't take sides has set in Constitution 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution where everyone is treated same in front law . Restorative justice is an alternative law enforcement approach that prioritizes solidarity, custom and culture, as regulated in the decision letter of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia concerning application of restorative justice. This study resulted in four things, namely: 1. General description of drug abuse crimes in Senyerang District 2. Efforts made by the Senyerang Pengabuan Police against drug abuse by applying the concept justice restorative justice, 3. Forms of restorative justice on drug abuse 4. MUI decree against eating and drinking containing alcohol/ethanol. The conclusion of the study is that drug abuse is a victim of crime, drug law enforcement can only be carried out with prevention without punishment and rehabilitation methods which are the implementation of restorative justice, drugs can be interpreted as khomar and the law is haram.]]>

<![CDATA[This study determines the effect of unemployment, education, total population on poverty levels in East Java province. Using this type of associative research using a quantitative approach, the data used is secondary data using time series data over a period of 20 years (2002-2021). This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study are that the unemployment variable has a positive effect on poverty, while the education and population variables have a negative effect on poverty. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test), namely the variables unemployment, education, and population simultaneously or jointly affect poverty in East Java Province.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and personal interest on investment awareness in Tidar University Management students. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 30 respondents as a sample selected based on the simple random sampling method. The data obtained were then analyzed using correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of the analysis on the simultaneous test showed positive and significant results, which means that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable. While the partial test shows the results that the financial literacy variable has a significant positive effect on the investment awareness variable, but on the personal interest variable the results of the analysis show that the personal interest variable has an insignificant negative effect on the investment awareness variable. In the correlation coefficient test, the financial literacy variable on investment awareness has a perfect correlation, while the personal interest variable has a very weak relationship. The results of this study provide managerial implications for students who want to invest. students must instill a high interest in investing or it can be said that students must first have motivation in investing. By instilling student interest in investment, it is hoped that students will realize the importance of investment where we know that investment is a solution in today's era, the need is getting bigger and the cost of living is also getting higher.]]>
