The interest in purchasing electric vehicles in Indonesia is influenced by high prices, inadequate charging infrastructure, and low public awareness of their benefits. However, the market potential for electric vehicles in Indonesia remains promising due to growing environmental consciousness and the government's target to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Currently, Hyundai and Wuling are the only car manufacturers with electric vehicle factories in Indonesia. This research aims to explain the marketing communication strategy of Hyundai Motor Indonesia's electric vehicle. This research focuses on explaining Hyundai Motor Indonesia's marketing communication strategy in introducing their electric vehicle. The research uses a case study method on Hyundai Motor Indonesia by conducting observations and interviews as data collection methods. The results showed that Hyundai Motor Indonesia uses various promotional channels as a medium for their electric vehicle campaign. Through the use of various promotional channels, focus on public awareness, market segmentation, emphasis on environmental and economic advantages, and special after-sales programs, Hyundai is trying to increase public awareness, understanding, and buying interest in electric vehicle.

The practice of pawning rice fields in Jambe anom village has been going on for a long time, for generations, people usually pawn as loan collateral. One of the problems with the practice of pawning rice fields in Jambe anom village is based on an agreement between the two parties, rahin (pledge giver) murtahin (pledge recipient), this agreement is writtwn in thw form letter. The determination of the amount of the mortagage price is not determined by the size of the size of the paddy field/land that will be the collateral, but based on how much money the pawn giver needs until there is an agreement on the amount of money wuth the murtahin (pledge recipient). This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study appoarch, with tis method intended to obtain data intensively on social phenomena that occur in Jambe anom village. The results of the research are that the practice of pawning rice fields in Jambe anom village based on the opinions is not allowed. Meanwhile, according to Wahbah Zuhaili, this practice is permissible.

Medical physicists are professionals who apply the principles of Medical Physics in their practice. They work in healthcare facilities, academic institutions, or research organizations after undergoing structured education and training. Medical physicists practicing in clinical settings are protected by laws and possess competent clinical knowledge in the field of Medical Physics. The services provided by medical physicists in healthcare facilities are regulated by standards set by the Minister of Health. Several cases involving quality issues related to radiology operational permits highlight the responsibilities of medical physicists in their practice. This research aims to examine the legal regulations governing the role of medical physicists in maintaining the quality of medical permits, the efforts made to address quality issues related to operational permits in hospitals, and the legal accountability of medical physicists in ensuring the quality of operational permits. The research employs a juridical empirical and normative methodology, collecting data through literature reviews, relevant laws, and interviews conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital in Banda Aceh. The research findings indicate that there are legal regulations concerning the role of medical physicists in maintaining the quality of radiology operational permits in hospitals, including regulations on nuclear safety issued by the regulatory body. In cases of errors involving medical physicists in hospitals, the hospital and the director are held responsible and may face administrative or criminal sanctions.

Community is basically a gathering place for individuals who have the same interest and passion for something. A community can also be formed from a medium that we can call photography. A photo can contain various meanings and information in it. Samarinda Media Sport (SMS) is one of the forums that handles sports photography activists and was formed in 2022. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative in nature. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data through video/audio recording and taking photos. Recording of main data sources through interviews or observations. Secondary data by taking data from the Management of Samarinda Media Sport and other reference books. Data collection techniques are using interviews or interviews. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the research on communication patterns helped build the Samarinda Media Sport community in the process of labeling the internal community which can shape people's perceptions of the company as a program that has a positive impact on society and also builds community image. Supporting factors in building the community's image are family membership which creates harmony among fellow community members, transparency which makes members comfortable being in this community and opening wide doors for anyone who wants to learn related to sports photographers.

Auction is one of the buying and selling that has been implemented for a long time. This study aims to find out how the auction process took place, especially at the Sidoarjo KPKNL and Islamic views regarding auction implementation. Basically, an auction is a type of sale and purchase so that the legal terms and pillars of the auction have the same thing. Many scholars argue about auctions, with all the risks that occur. Research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interview techniques, documentation and in-depth observation which are managed and studied by researchers. The auction at the Sidoarjo KPKNL has fulfilled the requirements and is legal in Islam, and complies with binding laws regarding the implementation of the auction. The Sidoarjo KPKNL also issued innovations so that auctions that occur can provide a sense of security and comfort to users of auction services.

The main objective of this research is to improve student learning outcomes, student activity in learning, and student responses to learning the concept of Algebraic Functions using the Case Study Method with a factual context. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with the John Elliot PTK model which consisted of 2 (two) cycles. Each cycle contained 4 (four) stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in class XI. MIPA1 SMA Negeri 1 Kadugede with a total of 37 students. This research is focused on the material of Algebraic Functions. Data collection techniques used were tests, worksheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, and student interviews. From the results of the study, in cycle II there was an increase in activity and student learning outcomes from cycle I namely. In cycle II, the average post-test score of 90.54 students was obtained and the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes reached 100% of students achieving grades ≥70. And from the results of student questionnaires and the results of observations on learning using the case study method, there were very good responses from students. This proves that learning using the case study method has a positive impact on student learning outcomes in Algebraic Functions.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Workload on Employee Performance which is mediated by Employee Job Satisfaction. This type of research is associative quantitative. The location of this research is the Airport Authority Region II Medan. The population and sample in this study were 70 employees (saturated sample). This research model uses Path analysis, and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the research are as follows: Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction. Employee Engagement has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the work environment and work discipline on work performance with promotion as an intervening variable. Medan Region II Airport. The research population consisted of 96 employees and all populations were sampled and the sample technique used was saturated samples. The research model used was Path analysis and the research calculation tool used Smart PLS 3.3.3. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of the research that has been done and the data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Promotion. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on work performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on promotion. Promotion has no significant negative effect on work performance. Work Discipline has an indirect effect on work performance through insignificant negative promotion. The work environment has an indirect effect on work performance through insignificant negative promotion.

This study aims to prove the influence of factorsservant leadershipand organizational culture on employee performance with work creative behavior as an intervening variableoneducational staff employee with ASN status at the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic office. Determining the number of samples using the census method where the total population was taken as a sample of 48 people as educational staff employees with ASN status. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS method through the SmartPLS 3.3 application. The results of the research show that the five hypotheses formed as a whole are acceptable. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.003 <0.05. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Work Creative Behavior with a p-value of 0.006 <0.05. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Work Creative Behavior with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. and Work Creative Behavior has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.002 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the preparation, implementation and assessment of the implementation of mind mapping-based pocketbook learning media in science lessons on water cycle material for class V SDN Jatiurip I, Probolinggo district. This research uses a qualitative method, by exploring research data in the form of descriptive or words that describe all the data findings that have been found while in the field. Based on the results of the research data, it is clear that the class V teacher prepares for science lessons by making complete and systematic lesson plans and preparing learning media that are relevant to the learning material, namely using mind mapping-based pocketbooks. The implementation of science learning using the pocketbook media has systematic stages, in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made by the teacher. Science learning assessment with pocketbook media can improve student achievement.
