<![CDATA[This case study research aims to determine the risks that will increase during the BPR merger process based on the risk rating. The research was conducted on 6 (six) BPRs in the Greater Malang area which were in the process of being merged on December 31, 2022. This research was conducted in 4 (four) stages, which included assessing and determining the risk rating of 6 (six) BPRs individually, financial consolidation, assessing and determining the estimated risk rating of BPRs after the merger and the last was preparing recommendations for downgrading risk and risk mitigation. The results of this study indicate thatPost-merger credit risk and operational risk ratings of BPRs are projected to increase. This was mainly due to the low quality of productive assets originating from the six BPRs individually prior to the merger, inadequate BPR IT systems and an unstructured BPR office network that was deemed inefficient.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division with work loyalty as an intervening variable. The research was carried out using associative quantitative research. is 70 and the researcher wants to make all of the population into a sample and uses a saturated sample technique. This research model is used with analysis paths and measuring tools used Smart PLS 3.3.3 data collection used is a questionnaire and survey. <![CDATA[Anxiety during pregnancy up to the third trimester affects the birth process, child growth and development, premature birth, low birth weight babies (LBW), prolonged labor, mental and motoric disorders of children, even to the death of the mother. In providing midwifery care, one of the competencies midwives must have been the ability to communicate in midwifery services. The ability to communicate will underline efforts to solve client problems, facilitate the provision of assistance to clients, both medical services and psychological services provided with a therapeutic communication approach. Objective: The objective was to determine the effect of midwife therapeutic communication on the anxiety level of delivery mothers at Budi Medika Clinic. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a quasy experimental research design. 30 mothers who gave birth at the Budi Medika Clinic during the study period were examined with a questionnaire instrument. Bivariate analysis will be carried out with the dependent t test. Results: Based on bivariate analysis, it showed that giving midwives therapeutic communication to mothers in labor can reduce the anxiety level of mothers in labor and is statistically significant (p value 0.007 <0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of midwife therapeutic communication on the anxiety level of the mother in labor.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that a will is considered void if it is made under threat or fraud. Threats or fraud can be carried out by parties who want to threaten by alternatively asking the heirs to refuse inheritance or by releasing inheritance rights. The heir who refuses the inheritance is considered never to be an heir because if he dies earlier than the heir, he cannot be replaced by his children who are still alive. The legal research method used in this research is normative juridical research which is research conducted or aimed only at written regulations with the nature of analytical descriptive research which is a method that functions to describe or give an overview of the object under study through data or samples and make general conclusions. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data and analysis of qualitative data which is an observation of phenomena obtained from the data obtained in the form of descriptions, verbal information stated by sources in writing or orally. The result of this research is that provisions for the release of inheritance rights based on the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) are regulated in 1057 to 1065 Burgerlijk Wetboek. In Article 1057 Burgerlijk Wetboek states that refusal must be expressly stated in a statement made by the clerk of the District Court in the area where the inherited property is located. Article 1058 Burgerlijk Wetboek states that heirs who refuse inheritance are considered not considered heirs. Article 1059 Burgerlijk Wetboek states that the portion of the inheritance from the person who refuses the inheritance falls into the hands of the person receiving the inheritance. The provisions of the law regarding heirs who are forced to relinquish their inheritance rights are regulated in Article 1065 which states that no one can be fully recovered from refusal of an inheritance, unless the refusal occurs due to fraud or coercion. Settlement of disputes by heirs if coercion occurs can be carried out through litigation, namely through an Unlawful Act lawsuit to the District Court in the area where the inheritance is located.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on the public interest using the QRIS or the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard as digital payment for ZIS transactions. The independent variables of this study are perceived ease of use and perceived risk, while the dependent variable is public interest. The data in this study were collected and based on the results of distributing Google Form questionnaires to people who use QRIS for paying ZIS in Surabaya City. This research method uses descriptive quantitative data with a population of as many as 99 respondents. In this study, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test through the SPSS 16 application were used as a data analysis tool. The results of this study show that all the variables have influenced each other.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to determine the effect of workload, work motivation and work engagement on job satisfaction at vocational school teachers in the Central Jakarta. The population in this study amounted to 159 respondents and the sample criteria in this study are teachers who are active, have the status non-civil servants and teach at the vocational school (Vocational High School) both public and private located in Central Jakarta. This study uses quantitative approach using non probability sampling teachniques and purposive sampling methods. The number of samples used in this study as many 132 respondents who have a minimum of one year of teaching. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis model by using SmartPLS version 4.0.9.2. The results found in this study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence between variables workload on job satisfaction, then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the increasing number of new furniture UMKM during the covid-19 pandemic which causes the income they get to be not optimal, due to competition with existing furniture UMKM. So that the owners of the new UMKM furniture should consider more about the experience, knowledge, and technological developments. This study aims to explain the effect of length of business, level of education, and technology on the income of UMKM furniture in Menganti. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is in the Menganti. The variables in this study are the length of business, level of education, and technology. The population in this study are the owners of UMKM furniture in Menganti. The sample in this study were all owners of UMKM furniture in Menganti, totaling 93 owners. Sampling technique with a saturated sample. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a descriptive statistical technique. The results of the study show that the length of business, education level, and technology have a positive and significant effect on income. The conclusion of this study is the length of business, education level, and technology have a positive and significant effect on the income of the owners of UMKM furniture in Menganti.]]>

<![CDATA[In February, flooding struck Surakarta City as a result of the recent intense rain. Opening the sluice of the Gajah Mungkur Dam is an alternative as the Wonogiri area upstream of the Bengawan Solo watershed is no longer able to handle the flow. This resulted in the Bengawan Solo River being unable to handle the flow and overflowing due to an increase in tributary discharge in Sukoharjo and Surakarta. The goal of this essay is to assess how changes in land use affect the watershed's ability to regulate itself in the Bengawan Solo (DAS). To identify land changes that were in place, this study used secondary data in the form of rainfall and land cover data that were processed using ArcGIS 10.8 software. The analysis of the data was done utilizing a mixed descriptive approach. The result of this study is that changes in land use have a significant impact on Surakarta's ability to regulate floods.]]>
