Because in this study there are 24 indicators, the number of indicators is 24 x 6 = 144 respondents. In this study, the respondents were 144 users of the Telkom internet provider at Muhammadiyah University, Sukabumi. The tool used to analyze the data is AMOS 22.00 with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results show that all of the five hypotheses proposed in this research are acceptable. Abstract

The development of Renewable Energy Technologies (EBT) has become a new focus in energy technology development. The advancement of EBT technology aligns with the increasing share of renewable energy, which has grown by 2% from 2017 to 2020. From an energy resilience perspective, EBT technology development can also be a solution for the energy crisis in Remote, Rural, and Undeveloped areas (3T). The rural lifestyle dominated by farming and livestock as livelihoods lacks proper waste management. Limited waste management processes, including the burning of crop residues and livestock waste in empty fields, can lead to pollution and diseases. From a Natural Resource perspective, properly processed agricultural and livestock waste, with the support of Human Resources and appropriate infrastructure, can turn into valuable resources for daily life in rural areas. Supporting clean agricultural and livestock waste management, integrated biogas reactors with green spaces such as plantations, hydroponics, and fish ponds can be a solution to achieving clean waste management while simultaneously ensuring food and energy security. Using quantitative methods, including field testing and direct measurement, the input-output percentages of different waste types and the potential of the Integrated Energy Park in supplying energy and food for the village can be calculated.

This study aims to analyze the factors that can increase the repurchase intention of e-Marketplace users in Semarang City. The sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents who were willing to answer the questions given by the researcher. Determination of the sample using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, namely the researcher determines the criteria to become respondents (Sugiyono, 2016). The technique of distributing questionnaires uses accidental sampling. The determination of the sample based on an accidental meeting can then be used as a sample with the sample criteria that have been determined above (Mas'ud, 2014). The tool used to analyze the data is AMOS 22.00 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results of the study show that the five hypotheses proposed can be accepted as a whole. There is a significant effect of ease of use on consumer satisfaction with a p-value of 0.035. There is a significant effect of ease of use on repurchase intention with a p-value of 0.018. There is a significant effect of shopping experience on consumer satisfaction with a p-value of 0.008. There is a significant effect of shopping experience on repurchase intention with a p-value of which means less than zero <0.05. There is a significant effect of consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention with a p-value of 0.023.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial values, and entrepreneurial behavior on the self-reliance of small business entrepreneurs in Palu City. The main issues identified in this research include limited access to financing, difficulties in marketing local products, bureaucratic barriers, and a lack of capacity in small and medium-sized enterprises in the city. This qualitative research method involved 125 respondents who are small business entrepreneurs registered with the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Palu City. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results of this research indicate that entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant influence on self-reliance, while entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values do not have a significant influence on self-reliance. Therefore, emphasis should be placed on the development of entrepreneurial behavior, with a focus on aspects such as self-confidence, wise decision-making, and active efforts in business development. In conclusion, self-reliance can also be influenced by external factors such as government policies and access to financial resources.
