Abstract

The sensitive period in children is when physical and mental abilities are experienced, children can respond to every stimulus given by the environment around the child. In the development of each child, every child is different because each child has their uniqueness. It is during this difficult time that the development and improvement of each child requires special attention to all aspects of progress, including the improvement of machinery. Improved motor skills are the most common way to create development in children, both in the development of finely coordinated abilities and gross coordinated movements. Gross motor improvement requires proper feeling. Therefore, in research using quantitative methods, experiments aim to apply dance activities so that children's gross motor skills in group B can increase. This was done based on initial findings that in TK Aisyiyah 2 Sukabumi City, children's gross motor skills were still low, where in every rhythmic gymnastics activity and when play activities were carried out, children were still carried out heavily, not yet seen agile.

Abstract

Handmade papermaking technology was mass accepted and considered as one of the very valuable commodities in the papermaking industry. After industrialization, handmade papers were replaced by wood pulp-based machine-made papers which destroyed the production of handmade papers. Consequently, industrialized production of paper has wrecked handmade paper production. This situation has also resulted in encouraging dependency on the importation of foreign materials in the teaching and creation of art. This presents a problem regarding sustainability especially in the area of good sources for cellulose-yielding plants that grow at fast rates due to global warming. In view of the above, the study employs a practice-based research methodology. In this exploration, twenty-two plants were collected and experimented with to test their ability to produce good sheets of paper in Ghana. The results showed an interesting array of sheets of different shades and strengths that can be used for artistic purposes. It is eco–friendly, biologically degradable, and can be recycled and affordable. It is recommended that artists, small and medium-scale enterprises, and local industries in Ghana see the value and encourage the use of handmade paper production as a traditional technology for its social, economic, and environmental benefits.

Abstract

Casting is important for the mass production of designs and therefore plays a critical role in sculpture and other forms of art. Nevertheless, the application of many new and innovative machineries and conventional materials during practical sessions in the teaching and learning of metal casting raises the cost load on students coupled with some unfriendly orthodox materials which contain harmful compounds and are detrimental to human health. The purpose of this study is to explore solid waste aluminium for metal casting in sculpture. Non-biodegradable materials with aluminium in them were collected from restaurants and pubs, gutters, landfills, funeral and party grounds, and aluminium window and frame producers in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality in Nkawie district. Solid waste aluminium identified were sorted, shredded, and washed to make it ready for melting and poured into a mother mould for final casting. Beverage cans with brand names such as Malt, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Adonko Next Level, Milo, and others, including waste aluminium chips, waste aluminium window frames and doors, and waste aluminium from fufu pounding machines, are part of the significant ones recognised to produce a sizable amount of molten metal for casting. This study made use of quantitative-quasi-experiment, case study and action research methods. Focus group interviews, personal observation of the solid waste aluminium materials were employed for metal casting. These materials were recycled and used by art students and teachers for teaching and learning sculpture as well as their project work. In each stage of the study, experiential learning was found to be the most effective method of problem-solving. Based on the evidence gathered in this study, the most valuable outcomes are group learning through association and cooperative problem-solving. This study has demonstrated that when students actively engage in this learning process, they learn more effectively. Plaster mould casting has been shown to be feasible in the classroom without the need for lost wax method of casting. There is no need to manufacture vents or gating systems. Identifying alternative materials by teachers and students at all levels of sculpture learning must be prioritized. With the continuing divergence in aesthetic responsiveness, creativity, and sustainable development, sculpture teachers and sculptors must turn to solid-waste aluminium as an alternative medium for teaching, learning, and producing artwork.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the regulations in term of disbursing the benefits of the old age security program and the perspextive of utilitarianism toward the polemic of disbursing old age security benefits. The method used in writing this scientific paper is a normative legal research method paying attention to the bluriing of norm from indications of inconsistencies in regulations on the disbursement of old age security benefits as well as a conceptual approach from the perspective of utilitarianism and related legal theories. The result of the writing are that the regulation on the disbursement of old age security benefits which includes rules for stopping work for reason of registration and termination of employment is nit in accordance with the essence of old age security protection so there is a blurring of norm. The old age security program as one of the social guarantees that provides protection for workers as their basic rights is part of the embodiment of the concept of a welfare state which originates from the notion of utility, creating the highest possible happiness for the community is the goal of legal benefit, but if the benefit paying more attention to individual interest will harm social justice and inconsistently formed laws will harm legal certainty, so that there is a blurring of norms which certainly does not reflect good law.

Abstract

In the current digital age, the way we interact with money has fundamentally shifted. Traditional forms of currency are increasingly being replaced by digital means, especially among younger generations such as Millennials and Generation Z. This paper explores this trend within the context of Indonesia's successful implementation and management of a digital payment system known as Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which is setting a precedent for other countries to follow. The study employs Klaus Krippendorf's content analysis methodology to evaluate data derived from @tmrwindonesia, a popular social media account that encourages Indonesians to adopt QRIS. By examining posts, comments, shares, and likes on this platform over a one-year period (2023-2024), we seek to understand how social media influences the adoption rate and perception of QRIS among these demographics. Preliminary findings suggest that there is a positive correlation between exposure to @tmrwindonesia's content and increased use of QRIS among Millennials and Gen Z. The analysis also reveals that users view this innovative digital payment system as an important national achievement that bolsters their national identity. These findings have significant implications for policymakers and businesses alike. For policymakers, understanding how younger generations perceive and use digital currencies can inform future policy directions in financial technology (Fintech). For companies operating in Indonesia or looking to expand into Southeast Asian markets, these insights can guide strategic decisions about incorporating or promoting QRIS as part of their business models.
