Abstract

Satisfaction is something that is used in a role model as a determinant of the success of a service program that involves patient expectations for officers to provide good and fair health services, not discriminating between patients, both BPJS users and general patients, must be treated equally. The method used in this study is the literature review method which in collecting journals uses Google Schoolar published in the last 5 years. The database search used was Google School, and found 4 journal articles that matched the inclusion. The results of the literature review show that there are differences in satisfaction where BPJS patient satisfaction is lower than general patient satisfaction. The difference in satisfaction between BPJS patients and general patients can be used as evaluation material for health service providers so that there are no longer differences in patient satisfaction levels. Every patient has the right to get the same health services according to their medical needs

Abstract

Fever is a condition where the body temperature is above normal (Wardiyah et al., 2016). Normal human body temperature ranges from 36-37°C, fever can exceed 37°C (Kurniati, 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine the fever-reducing effect of Katang-Katang leaf extract (Ipomoea pescaprae L.) on rats induced with baker's yeast. The method used in this research is experimental laboratory. The test animals used were 25 rats which were divided into 5 treatment groups, each group consisted of 5 rats. The positive control group used paracetamol 500 mg/kgBW, the negative control group used 1% CMC Na and the EEDK treatment group with doses of 100, 200, 300 mg/kgBW given orally. Mice were induced with 0.2 ml baker's yeast subcutaneously (s.c). Measurements of the rectal temperature of rats were carried out before and after yeast administration after treatment in consecutive tests at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 minutes. with EEDK at doses of 200 and 100 mg/kgBW, while paracetamol gave a greater decrease in rectal body temperature in rats than at a dose of 300 mg/kgBW. The results of the analysis showed that EDK doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kgBW did not have a significant difference with paracetamol at a dose of 65 mg/kgBW (P>0.05). It can be concluded that EEDK has the same effect as reducing fever in rats but not better than paracetamol. Suggestions for further researchers to carry out this research into dosage form and measure its toxicity.

The cause of retained placenta between the placenta has not been separated from the uterine wall and the placenta has separated, but has not been born. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the characteristics of the mother in labor and the duration of placental separation at the Biological Clinic in 2022. The research design used in this study was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. This is done to explore how and why the phenomenon occurs, and to study the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Population is the whole object of research or object under study. In this study, the population was all mothers who gave birth at the Biological Clinic as many as 153 people. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula as many as 60 people. With Random Sampling Technique. The results of statistical tests with Chi-square at = 0.05 obtained P value = 0.006 (p>?), thus showing that there is a significant relationship between maternal age and the duration of placental separation. The results of statistical tests with Chi-square at = 0.05 obtained P value = 0.023 (p>?), thus showing that there is a significant relationship between maternal parity and the duration of placental separation. Conclusion In this study, it can be seen that there is a relationship between maternal characteristics and the duration of placental separation at the Biological Clinic in 2022. It is recommended as input so that future researchers can make this research a comparison with previous research and it is hoped that researchers will be able to develop this study with variables that different.
