Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work conflict, communication and job stress on job satisfaction. (2) knowing work conflict, communication, job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance (3) knowing job satisfaction mediating the relationship between work conflict, communication and job stress on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data as many as 139 respondents at the North District Education and Culture Office. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of an analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that work conflict and communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job stress had no effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, but work conflict has no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work conflict and job satisfaction partially mediation, while job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between communication and job satisfaction in full mediation and job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the council's knowledge of the budget, public participation, public policy transparency and public accountability on the regional financial control of Bireuen Regency. The data used are primary, secondary and interview data. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to research respondents. The population in this study were all members of the Bireuen Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 period, Budget Users (PA) and Financial Management Officers (PPK) in all Regional Government Organizations (OPD) and the community. The sample in this study used the census/saturated sample method for members of the DPRD of Bireuen Regency for the 2019-2024 period and all local government organizations (OPD). Meanwhile, the community sample used purposive sampling consisting of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), community leaders, community organizations, academics, students and the mass media. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis method using SPSS 23 Software program. The partial test results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of the Council's Knowledge of Influential Budgets, public participation, transparency of public policies and public accountability for the Regional Financial Supervision of Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

 This study is an case study that aims to analyze the effect of ambiguity confusion on word of mouth. The type of data used in this study is primary data from platfom marketplace user. The number of samples in this study were 150 user that selected by purposive sampling method. The independent variable used is ambiguity confusion, while dependent variable is word of mouth. The analysis model used in this research is multi linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The result show that the ambiguity has positive effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. This research consists of independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Aditya Prima Utama. The results of data analysis concluded (1) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (5) There is no significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (7) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance with organizational commitment and discipline as a mediator variable in the junior high school in Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this study are primary data of 150 respondents. Data analysis method in this research uses structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results showed that work motivation and organizational commitment affect teacher performance, work motivation affects organizational commitment and motivation affects work discipline. While work discipline has no effect on teacher performance. But organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between work motivation on teacher performance. But work discipline is unable to mediate the relationship between work motivation and the performance of Lhokseumawe City Middle School teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of job work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity on the employee’s performance of the Regional Public Service Agency at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. This research is explanatory, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between variables that have been determined as variables to be studied. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. The population in this research was 72 employees. The number of samples in this research was 72 employees with saturated sampling data collection techniques. The result showed that work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity significantly affect the performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. The partial test showed that self-efficacy and creativity variable has positive and significant on employee performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. In contrast, the work stress variable has negative and significant on employee performance. BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. Creativity is a dominant variable influencing employee performance at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the influence of marketing mix and service quality to customer’s decision to have BRI credit card with life style as a variable moderating. The samples of this study are 150 of kredit card’s holders at BRI Banda Aceh Regional Office. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS softaware was used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that marketing mix dan service quality has positive and significant influence on customer’s decision to have BRI credit card. Lifestyle could moderate each of marketing mix and service quality on customer’s decision to have BRI credit card.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan terhadap Return On Assets pada perusahaan manufaktur sub- sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data panel dan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan data tahun 2016-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Intrinsic Rewards on Employee Attitudes mediated by Perceptions of Organizational Support at the Social Service of Gayo Lues Regency. The sampling method in this research uses sensus sampling with a sample of 115 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of intrinsic reward and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on employee attitudes. Furthermore, the perceived organizational support variable partially mediates the intrinsic rewards of employee attitudes.
