Abstract

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), human capital toward  competitive advantage. The type of data used in this study is primary data from questioner (research instrument) that used self- administrated technique. The number of samples in this study were 100 managerial and non managerial employee with convenient sampling method. The analysis model used in this research is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3. The result show that the CSR and human capital have positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The human capital as the mediation variable between relationship CSR and competitive advantage. Tthe Companies that develop and practice CSR will be able to increase human resources within the company to achieve a competitive advantage

Abstract

A leader must be able to mix and govern current production components in order for the company to continue to exist. Because the firm's survival depends on employees who function as the driving force and carry out corporate tasks, a successful leader is one who understands his subordinates' wants and desires. The purpose of this study is to see how leadership affects employee morale at PT. Aditya Sinar Pratama Klungkung. Spearman rank correlation analysis, determination, and the t test were utilized as analytical techniques. The correlation r = 0.766, which is between 0.600 and 0.799, indicates that there is a positive correlation and a significant association between leadership and employee morale, implying that as leadership improves, so does employee morale, and vice versa. The coefficient of determination derived from the analysis of determination was 58.60 percent, indicating that leadership influenced employee morale by 58.60 percent, while the remaining 41.40 percent was influenced by other factors not investigated. The t-test calculation yielded t-count = 8.596, which indicates that t-count is higher than t-table. According to the test criteria, H0 is rejected whereas Hi is approved, indicating that leadership has an impact on employee morale, as evidenced by the significant value of 0.00 from a = 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication competence on the facilitators performance of PKH in north Aceh with job satisfaction as the intervening variables. Sampling using the census method with total sample of 150 PKH facilitators in North Aceh. The tool analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with using AMOS. The results of this research show that servant leadership positively influences, but not significantly on job satisfaction and performance. Communication competence significantly and positively influences on satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction significantly and positively influences on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship servant leadership toward performance. Job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of communication competence toward performance.

Abstract

Untuk mengurangi terjadinya resiko kebangkrutan, pihak perusahaan memerlukan analisis prediksi kebangkrutan serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perusahaan mengahadapi kesulitan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh total aset turnover, current ratio dan operating profit margin terhadap perusahaan yang menghadapi kesulitan keuangan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Total Aset Turnover berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai odds rasio sebesar 1.028 dan Operating profit margin berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap financial distress dengan nilai odds ratio sebesar 1.0292. Sedangkan Current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Secara simultan Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio, dan Operating Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 64,6% terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

This study analyzes several variables that affect teacher performance in North Aceh. The variable that wants to be disclosed is Competence. Respondents in this study are 198 junior high school teachers in North Aceh. Leadership, motivation and their influence on teacher performance. The sampling method used is a saturated sample. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the influence of competence on motivation is not significant, the influence of leadership on motivation is very significant. Meanwhile, the influence of competence on teacher performance is also very significant. Likewise, the influence of leadership on teacher performance is also significant. Motivation was also found to mediate the influence between Competence and Leadership on Teacher Performance. It is recommended to improve teacher performance, it is hoped that the leadership or principal of SMP Negeri in North Aceh Regency to improve teacher competence, improve leadership abilities and also increase motivation for teachers so that their performance will increase in the future.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine two antecedent variabels of job satisfaction and the impact on personil performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 175 respondent of personil National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables measured include individual characterstic and work characteristic effect toward job satisfaction and then analysis of statistical test is individual characterstic, work characteristic and job satisfaction effect toward of Personil Performance of  National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The result job satisfaction variable  effect of partial mediated  on individual characterstic and work characteristic toward to Personil Performance of  National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of Work Culture and Organizational Support on Auditor Professionalism and Work Productivity of Inspectorate Auditors in Aceh Province. This study used 126 auditors taken proportionally from 23 regencies and cities in Aceh Province. The analytical tool used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) tools. The results indicated that work culture did not influence professionalism of Auditors but significantly influenced the work productivity of Auditors. While the Organizational Support factor significantly influenced the Professionalism and Work Productivity of Auditors. Furthermore, Professionalism significantly influenced the work productivity of Auditors. Meanwhile, in the indirect relationship test, Professionalism did not mediate the relationship between Work Culture and Work Productivity of Auditors. However, Professionalism mediated the relationship between Organizational Support and Work Productivity of Inspectorate Auditors in Aceh Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, compensation and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this study are primary data of 135 respondents at the District office in the West Region of North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, compensation has no effect on organizational commitment. Another finding is that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, compensation has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between compensation and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah dan Bank Umum konvensional berdasarkan rasio keuangan yang terdaftar dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 6 Bank Umum Syariah dan 6 Bank Umum Konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui metode dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan (annual report) selama periode 2016-2020 yang telah dipublikasikan oleh website OJK dan website masing-masing bank yang bersangkutan.Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji independent sample t-test. Rasio yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat rasio Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Non Performing Loan/Non Performing Financing (NPL/NPF).

Abstract

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Bireuen Regency Government, the subject in this study is the LKPD Preparation Team Kab. Bireuen as many as 24 people, Budget Users and Financial Administration Officers as many as 104 people, and Auditors from Bireuen Regency as many as 22 people. The analytical model used in this study is the Partial Least Squard (PLS) analysis using Warppls 7.0. The results showed that the variable Quality of Human Resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, Utilization of Information Technology had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Regional Financial Accounting Systems had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Internal Control Systems has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is able to strengthen the influence of the Quality of Human Resources on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.
