Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of playing online games and students' learning interest at SDN 03 Kembang Kerang Daya. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlation type. This research was conducted at SDN 03 Kembang Kerang Daya, with a sample of class IV, V, and VI totaling 27 students. Data collection was carried out using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a likert scale, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is no positive and significant relationship between online games and students' learning interest at SDN 03 Kembang Kerang Daya. Based on the results of correlation calculations, it is known that r count < r table, namely 0.355 < 0.396. In other words, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The magnitude of the relationship between online games and learning interest is only 12.60%, the rest is influenced by other factors outside of research.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam  dengan model integratif di madrasah ibtidaiyah memungkinkan peserta didik memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif dan bermakna tentang   perkembangan peradaban Islam. Maka materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam diintegrasikan dengan disiplin ilmu lain, seperti Geografi, Ekonomi, dan Bahasa Arab. Integrasi antar mata pelajaran membantu peserta didik melihat keterkaitan antara Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dengan konteks sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya pada masa perkembangan peradaban Islam, berbasis  ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pembelajaran integratif mendorong peserta didik untuk berpikir kritis dan analitis dalam mengkaji perkembangan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Mereka     tidak hanya menghafal fakta-fakta sejarah, tetapi juga mampu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam. Melalui model pembelajaran integratif, peserta didik tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan, seperti kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama, dan pemecahan masalah dalam konteks interdisipliner. Metode penelitian ini Pembahasan ini mengunakan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan mengabungkan beberapa pendapat ahli untuk ditarik kesimpulan, Penilaian pembelajaran integratif Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dilakukan secara komprehensif. Maka guru untuk memperoleh gambaran yang utuh tentang capaian pembelajaran peserta didik madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penerapan model pembelajaran integratif pada Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang, kolaborasi antar guru mata pelajaran, dan kesiapan sumber daya pembelajaran yang penuh  mendukung. Model ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islamdan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi peserta didik madrasah ibtidaiyah. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan model pembelajaran integratif pada Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dapat membantu peserta didik memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih holistik dan kontekstual tentang perkembangan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Religious and moral values are important to instill early. This is done with the stages of early childhood development using fun methods because today learning only emphasizes on increasing intellect (IQ) so that it has implications for the spiritual dryness of human beings. This research uses learning strategies for early childhood and the importance of embedding religious and moral values for early childhood. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data is obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is obtained, data reduction, data display, and conclusion will be carried out. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the researcher draws the conclusion that the learning strategy applied at Pradnya Paramita Kindergarten in instilling religious and moral values by: (1) student-centered learning, (2) play, (3) storytelling, (4) singing, (5) and integrated learning. Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Understand the Implementation of Early Childhood Literacy Through Visual Media at BA Aisyiyah Tlingsing, Cawas, Klaten. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The subjects of this research consisted of students of BA Aisyiyah Tlingsing, Cawas, Klaten. This research data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. This research data was analyzed using interactive qualitative analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of Early Childhood Literacy Activities at BA Aisyiyah Tlingsing, Cawas, Klaten includes strategic aspects of reading books, developing text-rich environments in schools, literacy support charts, functional charts for communication in the classroom, text-rich charts made by teachers and students, student writing displays, word walls, classroom reading corners. Methods for implementing literacy activities at BA Aisyiyah Tlingsing, Cawas, Klaten include reading story books, looking for letters, syllables and words, singing, playing with my name, making letters or words using materials around the child.  Keywords: literacy, visual media, flash cards

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memberikan interpretasi mengenai integrasi manajemen strategis dan kebijakan penyelenggaraan sekolah inklusi, strategi mengatasi burnout guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, dan dampak dari kebijakan dan manajemen strategis terhadap kesejahteraan guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang responsif, termasuk bagi siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus. Kebijakan inklusi meliputi penerapan kurikulum fleksibel, metode pengajaran bervariasi, dan penyediaan sumber daya memadai. Hal tersebut mendorong kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan dan pelatihan profesional bagi guru. Sementara burnout guru disebabkan oleh beban kerja tinggi, tekanan memenuhi standar akademik, dan kurangnya dukungan manajerial. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi burnout termasuk pengembangan dukungan sosial, pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan, fleksibilitas waktu, serta evaluasi berkala. Strategi tersebut dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung guru, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, dan kualitas pendidikan. Kebijakan dan manajemen strategis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan guru, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan, seperti jam kerja wajar dan pengembangan karir, terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Hubungan sosial yang baik antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua juga berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan guru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, which emphasizes that the younger generation should have creative thinking skills, which can then face the challenges of life in global competition in the future. This study aims to describe the role of teacher pedagogical competence in developing students' creative thinking skills in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research setting is in the Higher Class (IV, V, and VI) of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. I checked the validity of the data by triangulating techniques and sources. The results of the study indicate that the role of teacher pedagogical competence in developing students' creative thinking skills in the Higher Class of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram has a positive relationship which is marked by the achievement of creative thinking indicators, namely: (a) the ability to produce many ideas or solutions in a short time (fluency); (b) the ability to see a problem from a different perspective and produce diverse solutions (flexibility); (c) the ability to produce unique or unusual ideas (originality); and (d) the ability to expand or develop initial ideas into more detailed concepts (elaboration).
