Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the differences in perception between two Wardah consumers, namely Moslem and non-Moslem by using the independent variables of lifestyle and halal awareness. The sampling technique used for getting the respondents in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study was the Mann-Whitney non-parametric statistical difference test. The results showed that there were no significant differences in lifestyle perceptions between Moslem and non-Moslem consumers, and there were significant differences in perceptions of halal awareness between Moslem and non-Moslem consumers. It is recommended for Wardah management to intensively socialize the urgency of halal products to both types of consumers when they want to buy cosmetics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character value-based life skills education for 4-7 year olds at TK Prestasi Global. The implementation in question concerns planning, implementation of life skills education, learning, evaluation or assessment, supporting and inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome them. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were Kindergarten A, Kindergarten B, teachers, and principals. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation, and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed and reduced according to interactive techniques using the Miles and Huberman model, namely from data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data were tested for validity using triangulation of methods and sources. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) the cultivation of life skill values based on character values in TK Prestasi Global is implemented with three stages, namely planning, implementation, and assessment; 2) the values of discipline, honesty and mutual cooperation that have been instilled and successfully achieved; 3) supporting factors; curriculum that contains discipline, honesty and mutual cooperation materials; cooperation with stakeholders such as teachers, communities, facilities and infrastructure; methods; media; habituation and sustainability at school and at home; 4) inhibiting factors: children's characteristics and abilities are different; children are still in the stage of easily changing attitudes; habituation at home and school is different; the level of family education; and the large number of students makes the focus of teacher attention uneven; and 5) How to overcome the problem by implementing life skills based on character values with parent-teacher cooperation or mutual consultation.

Abstract

Education continues even during the pandemic. Students learn from home, and the challenge for teachers in preparing learning by using existing opportunities. The purpose of this study is what is the role of schools, parents, and the community in facing the challenges and opportunities of distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic? This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study methodology. The technique of collecting data is through book literature and relevant research results, with the instrument being the researcher himself (human instrument). The research analysis used inductive analysis. The result is that teachers develop their potential, learn a lot to master IT in order to innovate. Parents, apart from being second teachers, also supervise, prepare children's learning facilities, assist, and at the same time can communicate intensively between parents and children. Furthermore, the role of the community is to provide internet services for the smooth use of platforms that can be accessed, studied independently or through webinars and workshops.

Abstract

The development of this increasingly modern era in the daily life of many Muslims doubts existing transactions. It is important to understand the difference between the time value of money and the economic value of time for Muslims so they are not trapped in ribawi transactions. In writing this journal, the method used is descriptive qualitative. The conceptual difference is that the time value of money means that money has a time value, while the economic value of time means that time has an economic value. By calculating the time value of money using a discount or interest rate while the economic value of time uses a ratio based on holding money over time. The purpose of using the time value of money is the maximum utility of the commodity while the goal of the economic value of time is the maximum maslahah in accordance with the concept of Islamic economics. According to the completeness of sharia, the time value of money is not in accordance with the sharia concept, namely the use of interest and this is included in usury, while the economic value of time is in accordance with sharia because it does not contain usury because it is time based. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize and educate the public about the difference between the Time Value of Money and the Economic Value of Time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas secara mendalam pengaturan perlindungan konsumen KPR bank syariah atas rumah yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan gagal bangun serta mengkaji secara komperhensif bentuk perlindungan hukum oleh bank syariah terhadap konsumen KPR atas rumah yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan gagal bangun. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat normatif law dengan pendekatan deskritif-analitis membahas gejala dan permasalahan hukum yang ada, serta mengujinya bersadarkan peraturan perundang-undangan maupun norma-norma hukum yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan hukum perlindungan konsumen KPR bank syariah atas rumah yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor : 8 tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Undang-Undang Nomor : 1 Tahun 2011 Tentang Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemungkiman. Perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen KPR bank syariah atas rumah yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan gagal bangun ialah hak atas keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan serta jaminan atas informasi yang jelas, benar, jujur dan hak untuk dilayani tanpa diskriminasi, mendapatkan advokasi, perlindungan, penyelesaian sengketa secara patut dan hak untuk mendapatkan kompensasi atau ganti rugi atas rumah yang tidak sesuai sepesifikasi dan atau gagal bangun.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between developments of social welfare through the Islamic social security system to create balance in human life. Based on a literature study using qualitative analysis, we try to describe how the instruments of the Islamic social security system can be contributed to the development of the social and economic welfare of Muslims. Islam emphasizes two key factors in the balance of development, namely the development of natural resources and human resources. These two factors will be able to balance between the physical and spiritual, worldly life and hereafter, material and spiritual, which presents present a certainty in the form of goodness (al-shalâh) and happiness (assa'adah). In implementing the principle of balanced development, Islam offers a social security system that creates service to fellow-beings, obligations to society, self-help and collective action for the common good by emphasizing the principles of dignity of person, equality of man and the welfare of humanity. So that the existence of individuals, society and governments have a legal and moral obligation to take care and fulfil the needs of the poor and needy sections of the society irrespective of their faith and relationship with donor

Abstract

This paper was created with the aim of knowing about the use of visual aids in the learning process in early childhood education. The method used is literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings show that in early childhood education, visual aids can be expressed as learning tools that are influential in advancing aspects of child development. This is because through the use of teaching aids the subject matter conveyed by the teacher can be more easily accepted by students. Teaching aids transform abstract teaching materials into concrete and realistic ones. Procurement can help students to learn more effectively and efficiently and this can certainly improve their learning outcomes. Proper and appropriate use of teaching aids helps optimize the function of all five senses in children to increase the effectiveness of children learning by hearing, seeing, feeling, and using their minds logically and realistically. Because learning is not just dreaming in abstract areas, but as a concrete empirical process that is realistic and becomes a part of life that is not easily forgotten. The use of teaching aids in learning is adjusted between the main functions of the teaching aids and the learning objectives.

Abstract

Appropriate handling and law enforcement is needed against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of abuse. If a child violates the law, the child must be held accountable for his actions, however, even though he must be held accountable for his actions, the child must be protected. Child protection is closely related to the five pillars namely, parents, family, community, government, regional government and the state. The five are related to each other as child protection providers. According to Article 4 of the SPPA Law, a child who is undergoing a criminal period has the right to Remission or reduction of his criminal past, Assimilation, Leave to visit family, Conditional release, Leave before release, Conditional leave and other rights in accordance with statutory regulations. In addition, the principle of protection in the SPPA Law can be seen in terms of imposing sanctions. Children as perpetrators of criminal acts can be subject to 2 (two) types of sanctions, namely action sanctions (perpetrators of crimes under 14 years old) and criminal sanctions (Article 69 of the SPPA Law).

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan alat bantu berupa fisik maupun non fisik yang dapat digunakan guru sebagai perantara mengajar yang memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi pelajaran secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam banyak dari materi pembelajarannya membutuhkan media sebagai perantara, agar memudahkan siswa memahami dan menghindari kesalahan dalam pemahaman ataupun dalam praktek-praktek pelaksanaan ibadah. Tentunya para guru juga harus mengetahui mana media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menggugah siswa, karena keingin tahuan siswa sangat berdampak pada pemahamannya. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa interaktifnya sebuah media pembelajaran sangat berperan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The implementation of halal tourism has developed in Indonesia and even other countries have also organized halal tourism. Indonesia is the majority of Muslims, of course, it has great potential for the development of halal tourism, in essence the implementation of halal tourism itself does not limit tourists with various regulations. The role of the government is very large in the development and development of halal tourism to realize the improvement of the community's economy. This paper focuses on how the challenges and opportunities of halal tourism improve the community's economy. This writing method uses the normative juridical method by collecting secondary data through primary, secondary and tertiary materials by studying various books, journals, laws and regulations, documents, websites and writings related to the object of writing. The universe created by Allah SWT needs to be maintained, maintained and managed properly, including in tourism management, in the QS Surah Al-Mulk and Al-Baqarah have explained how to take care of yourself when traveling, hence the importance of the concept of halal tourism. In positive law, the provisions of Article 5 of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism clearly state that the relationship between religious, customary, and cultural norms in tourism in each region has its own concept. The government has an important role in the development of halal tourism to improve the community's economy, job opportunities, state and regional income. The improvement of the economy is realized by the government bringing in and offering the concept of halal tourism to investors by providing licensing guarantees and legal certainty to investors to develop halal tourism.
