Abstract

This study explores the strategies for controlling emotions in early childhood through the implementation of play therapy. Emotional regulation is a critical aspect of a child's development, significantly impacting their social interactions and overall well-being. Play therapy, as an evidence-based intervention, provides a safe and structured environment for children to express their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and improve emotional intelligence. This research examines various play therapy techniques and their effectiveness in helping young children manage emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness. Through qualitative analysis, the study identifies key components of successful play therapy sessions, including the role of the therapist, the types of play activities used, and the outcomes observed in children's emotional behavior. The findings suggest that play therapy is a valuable tool for early childhood educators and therapists in promoting healthy emotional development, reducing behavioral issues, and enhancing children's ability to navigate complex emotional experiences. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the benefits of play therapy and underscores its importance in early childhood education and mental health practices.

Abstract

This paper seeks to elucidate the concepts of bayani, irfani and burhani reasoning in the teaching of Aqidah Akhlak within the framework of Islamic education. Innovations in Aqidah Akhlak education in Islamic schools aim to address the developmental challenges faced by children. The orientation and goal of Islamic education involves establishing early integrity and national loyalty among students. Therefore, there is a need to intensify efforts in the field of knowledge. Key areas that require attention include: first, updating the epistemological approach based on the history of Islamic civilization and adapting the curriculum accordingly. Second, reforming the epistemological paradigm of Bayani reasoning to include Abid al-Jabiri's trilogy of reasoning Bayani reasoning, Irfani reasoning, and Burhani reasoning in Aqidah Akhlak's instruction. Although these three forms of reasoning are interconnected, Bayani reasoning is accorded top priority, fostering a mutually reinforcing relationship between them. Third, the alignment of the curriculum with global issues relevant to Aqidah Akhlak learning materials, reflecting contemporary era progress and the complex challenges facing humanity, especially the Muslim community. Addressing these issues requires local and global actions, responding to the de-escalation.

Resources related to human capital are crucial to the organization. Naturally, as profit-driven businesses, small and medium-sized businesses must see human resources as critical to their entire success and as a key factor in boosting their competitiveness. Research on HR in SMEs is very important, because it can affect how SMEs will manage their human resources. With a sample of 175 employees who work in SMEs engaged in the culinary field, the researchers tested the mediating effect of the job satisfaction variable in the relationship between workplace spirituality and OCB. The results showed that job satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality and OCB, because the direct influence of workplace spirituality on OCB was greater.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of using e-wallets in digital financial payment transactions for MSMEs, as well as the obstacles experienced by MSMEs in using e-wallets as a means of payment in digital financial transactions. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting a survey of MSME owners who use e-wallet in the East Medan District area. The research results show that the use of e-wallets for MSMEs has increased payment accessibility, expanded the market, and increased operational efficiency. Some examples of e-wallets used by MSMEs are OVO, dana, sakuku, and linkAja. Thus, the use of e-wallets has an important role in strengthening the MSME ecosystem, providing greater growth opportunities, and empowering MSMEs to compete in a global market that is increasingly connected digitally. However, there are also several obstacles in using e-wallets in MSME financial payment transactions, such as system errors which result in delays in payment transactions. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to MSMEs in using e-wallets as a digital financial payment transaction tool.

This means that 55.10% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in this model. The remaining 44.90% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; (2) The regression model on the independent variables simultaneously affects the dependent variable so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (3) This study produces the output of not only DPK but also BOPO which has a significant effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.
