Abstract

Studi kasus ini berawal dari  nilai hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PABP kurang dari setengah, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan fakta bahwa hanya ada beberapa peserta didik yang memenuhi titik potong 72 poin rata-rata, sedangkan titik potong minimum 75 poin dipenuhi oleh beberapa peserta yang tersisa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui signifikansi penggunaan metode demonstrasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Serbajadi pada mata pelajaran PABP dan mengetahui signifikansi minat baca dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 SERBAJADI pada mata pelajaran PABP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian  kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 266 dan peneliti mengambil sampel sejumlah 159 responden. Instrument pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa : 1) Hasil belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik dengan prosentase sebesar 74,2% . 2) Minat baca siswa  dominan dalam kategori cukup baik dengan prosentase sebesar 74,8%. 3) Penerapan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik dengan perolehan prosentase sebesar 74,8%. 4) Minat baca berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 41,9%. 5) Penerapan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 41,8%. 6) Minat baca dan penerapan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi berpengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 47,8% terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Serbajadi Pada Mata pelajaran PABP

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the history of the Muhammadiyah Association and its role in the field of education. This research is a kind of qualitative research. Library studies are data analysis techniques. Research data is derived from readings related to research topics. The research was carried out by collecting a variety of literature such as journals, books, newspapers, magazines, and articles from the Internet that are relevant to the research topic. Subsequently, the sources were studied and thoroughly examined before reaching conclusions. Studies show that Muhammadiyah has helped a lot in education in the homeland. This is evident from the role of Muhammadiyah in the field of education from before independence to the present day. This is evident from the numerous educational institutions established by Muhammadiyah, ranging from elementary school to secondary level.

Abstract

The inflation variable has a good influence on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) both in the short and long term. The aim is to find out what happens if inflation occurs due to excess demand compared to the existing supply. This article uses secondary data which collects data sourced from journals and information obtained from various data analyzes taken from the internet. The results of this research are (1) the large influence of foreign capital which will enter the financial markets in developing countries. (2) In the IHSG an investor can see what is happening in the market, whether there is an increase or decrease, to find out the investor's strategic targets. (3) Investors will experience losses if the deposit interest rate will reduce the profits they can get if they invest in the form of deposits. Where the results of our article can provide information about macroeconomic indicators and their influence on stock indices in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Management Control System, Accounting Information System, and Work Discipline at PT. Waspada Dinasti Eriasafa. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Waspada Dinasti Eriasafa. The sampling technique in this study was Nonprobability Sampling technique using saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The sample in this study were 32 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the help of the SPSS version 26 program: Partially, the management control system and accounting information system have a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously Management Control System, Accounting Information System and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konteks sejarah kolonialisme, di mana ketidakstabilan sosial memicu perlawanan politik yang terkait erat dengan semangat keagamaan. Organisasi Islam, terutama Muhammadiyah, muncul untuk melawan kolonialisme, dengan memprioritaskan pendidikan dan penyebaran ajaran agama. Sebagai gerakan modernis, Muhammadiyah bertujuan menanamkan konsep identitas Islam dengan menghilangkan pengaruh budaya agraris dalam Islam dan menekankan kembali pada Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. Didirikan pada tahun 1912 oleh KH Ahmad Dahlan, Muhammadiyah berusaha menyebarkan Islam sebagai rahmat untuk semua, mengatasi beban budaya, dan mengadopsi prinsip operasional, dikenal sebagai khittah perjuangan, yang membimbing kegiatan organisasinya. Review literatur ini menggunakan materi tertulis, termasuk buku dan artikel jurnal, untuk menganalisis prinsip operasional Muhammadiyah, dengan fokus pada gagasan KH Mas Mansur dalam konteks 12 langkah interpretatif. Periode KH Mas Mansur (1938-1940) melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti memperdalam iman, memperluas pemahaman agama, membudayakan budi pekerti, mengajarkan praktik perbaikan diri, memperkuat persatuan, dan terlibat dalam proses penguatan Majlis Tanwir. Studi ini menekankan tujuh langkah yang menargetkan penguatan spiritual dan persatuan nasional, dengan langkah awal yang mendasar, yaitu memperdalam iman. Namun, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa iman saja tidak cukup; itu harus didukung oleh pola pikir yang luas, menekankan pentingnya memperluas pemahaman agama. Analisis ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman peran kunci Muhammadiyah dalam perlawanan kolonial dan signifikansi abadi prinsip operasionalnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Gross Profit Margin and Return On Assets on Stock Prices with Profit Growth as an intervening variable in Mining Companies in the Coal Sub-sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The approach used is an associative approach, with the sampling criteria using the Purposive Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations, so that out of 28 populations only 6 samples are obtained which can be examined. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. The data analysis method used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study prove that there is a significant effect between Return On Assets on Profit Growth, there is no significant effect between Gross Profit Margin on Stock Prices, there is no significant effect between Return On Assets on Stock Prices, there is no significant effect between Gross Profit Margin on Profit Growth, there is no significant effect between stock prices on profit growth, profit growth does not mediate the effect between gross profit margin on stock prices, profit growth does not mediate the effect between return on assets on stock prices .

Abstract

Pembuktian dalam hukum acara ekonomi syariah tidak selamanya menganut asas Actori Incumbit Probatio. Terdapat lex specialist terhadap ketentuan ini berdasarkan Fatwa DSN Nomor 105/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang penjaminan pengembalian modal pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah dan wakalah bil istitsmar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplore norma pembuktian terbalik dalam fatwa DSN tersebut. Metode yang digunakan bersifat normatif law dengan pendekatan analisis substantif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konstruksi hukum pembuktian terbalik yang dibangun dalam fatwa DSN Nomor 105/DSN-MUI/X/2016 berawal dari prinsip tanggungjawab mutlak (strict liability) yang lahir dari perjanjian antara pemilik dan pengelola modal. Penerapan hukum pembuktian terbalik bertujuan memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada pemilik modal (Sohibul Mal) dan menjaga sistem keuangan dari tindak kejahatan perbankan dan perbuatan melawan hukum pengelola modal (Mudharib).

Abstract

The problem with the norms of Article 8 of Law Number 10 of 1998 mentioned above is that if the debtor defaults, the bank basically can and take the guarantee provided by the creditor as repayment of the debt. But whether the implementation can run that easily, because the debtor himself also has rights that are respected as well, and how the execution process is so that each party, both debtors and creditors in this case the bank is not harmed by its interests, especially regarding guarantees in the form of land encumbered with Dependent Rights. The research method used is qualitative. The results showed that if the debtor defaults, the creditor (bank) basically can and take the guarantee provided by the debtor as repayment of the debt. Right of Liability is a security right for debt repayment, the object of the right of liability is the right to land in accordance with the Basic Agrarian Law, the right of liability can be imposed on the right to land, but it can also be charged along with other objects that are an integral part of the land, with the debtor's default then the creditor reasons to request that the right of liability be auctioned as a step of execution.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of brand equity, product quality and price on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all people who purchased Cardinal Formal products at PT. Matahari Department Store Medan Mall . The sample in this study using the Lemeslow formula was 96 people who purchased Cardinal Formal products at PT. Matahari Department Store Medan Mall . Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Sciences ) software program version 24.00. The results of this research prove that partially and simultaneously brand equity, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cardinal Formal products at PT. Matahari Department Store Medan Mall

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation at Sampali Asri PT Kurnia Medan. This research using descriptive data analysis, multiple regression analysis with t-test (test partial), F test (simultaneous test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). This research test equipment using multiple linear regression model. The conclusion that can be drawn from the test results, the stimulatory and partial leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation. The implications of the results of this research are able to explain that leadership and organizational culture are closely related to motivation, because the success of a leader in moving other people to achieve the goals that have been set is very dependent on authority, and also the leader in creating motivation within each person. Subordinate.
