Abstract

This study is very interesting to study, starting from the background that discusses the emergence of the understanding of Sufism or genocism among Muslims which was marked in the 8th to 13th century Masehi. Sufism or genocism it self is an understanding of getting closer to Allah Swt so as to get happiness in this world and the akhirat. The methodology in this research is descriptive qualitative, with historical approaches and other related sources. From the results of this research, it can be found about: the development of genocism in the realm of Islamic thought, monumental figures and works, the division of Sufism, traces of genocism in Islamic education thought and the influence of Genocism in Islamic education thought.Keywords:The Effect, Genocisme, Islamic Education Thought

Abstract

This paper aims to study the welfare of Muhammadiyah members in Medan, focusing specifically on its charity institutions leaders. Collective Action and communication as social capital that owned by Muhammadiyah to improve the organization. Using the quantitative method of path analysis, this paper examined the relationship between collective action and communication with welfare among these leaders. Data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis showed that collective action and communication were correlated with welfare, as p = 0.00 0.05 and r2 = 81.6%.

Abstract

This research is titled Islamic Religious Education as a media of moral change. Islamic education is UDI conscious and well-planned in preparing the students to know, who, internalize, is to import the teachings of Islam. The emerging literature is the sheer number of human beings especially learners who do not reflect Akhlaq who is both in the family, the social environment, and the school environment as taught in Islamic religious education. Whether the method or media used is not appropriate so that Akhlaq demonstrated by the learners is not in accordance with the teachings of Islamic religious education. The purpose of this research is to know the proper educational media in Islamic religious education. There are three educational media: audio, visual, and audio visual. The method used is the library of research, qualitative. It was found that educational media varies according to the students from different backgrounds.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work produced by employees and companies. Employee performance will determine the success of the company. In order for performance to provide maximum results, many factors must be considered to influence it. Factors that can affect employee performance include organizational culture, work skills and emotional intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic organizational culture, work ability and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Islamic Education Institute in Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the Islamic Education Institute with a sample of 98 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination The results showed, partially there is a significant influence of Islamic organizational culture on employee performance, there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance, there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Simultaneously there is an influence of Islamic organizational culture, work morale and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Islamic Education Institute in Medan City.Keywords: Employee Performance, Islamic Organizational Culture, Work Ability, Emotional Intelligence

Abstract

When covid 19 pandemic children follow the online learning from home. The child assigment is not only to write answers on paper, there are also make videos, and uploaded to youtube. Some children can't do it by them selves. The problem is that parent are upset when guiding a child to study at home. Parents often experience stress when dealing with the child's subject matter and tasks. This can lead to parental violence against the child. Child abuse has a negative impact. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent violence against children at home in covid 19 pandemic. The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data.The technique to collecting data is documentation study.Based on the research discovered that violence against children negatively impacts who are lazy to learn and will not do school work and children are easily criminals of violence. Some prevention efforts to prevent children becoming victims of violence by parents are parents should understand that educating the child is main task, patiently accompanying and guiding the child, understanding the impact of violence to child, becoming a role model, building good communication, and always motivating themselves. Abstract

The mosque is used as a means of fostering , as well as a center for community activities in a positive and productive manner . Included in this case the mosque became the center of economic development . The purpose implementation of research this is to provide supplies conceptual and practical to citizens Muhammadiyah on Management Mosque Taqwa Contribution in Assisting Jamaah Revenue for Muhammadiyah Members in Medan City. Results of the study show , based on the analysis of the findings that there is that Contributions Masjid Taqwa Muhammadiyah in Helping Revenue Jamaat to Members Muhammadiyah In Medan has not been implemented with good . Reasons were obtained by researchers such , that the mosque Taqwa Muhammadiyah do not have program budget for special programs such . Even if there is a type of assistance that has been carried out by one of the officials of the Taqwa Mosque due to the incident factor of the management's policies . It is in pointed out by one of the Nara source that has researchers encountered . And the findings have reinforced the opinion of one of the members of Muhammadiyah who is also active as a congregation in the neighborhood Masjid Taqwa Muhammadiyah . Then, based on the data interviews that the researcher did on Contributions Masjid Taqwa Muhammadiyah in Helping Revenue Jamaah , researchers can conclude that the Management Masjid Taqwa Muhammadiyah has not apllied the program

Abstract

This study is entitled The Nature of Teachers in Islamic Education as an object in the perspective of Islamic Education Philosophy The problem that arises is that many teachers still do not know the nature of being a teacher and there are still teachers who do not fully know what their duties as a teacher are. Is the teacher's job only as an educator in Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to find out the true nature of a teacher and to know the task of a teacher. The method used is library research, qualitative. It was found that the true nature of the teacher and the task as a teacher there are several points in Islamic education and therefore the teacher will know what the true nature is and know what the tasks are as teachers in Islamic education.

Abstract

Advances in technology in the digital age make all aspects of life complex so that it requires humans to continue to develop and strive to meet their needs. One of the demands that must be developed by people in the centuries to be able to compete in basic literacy capabilities, one still occupies a relatively low position among other countries. The phenomenon found today is that people tend to engage in consumptive behavior because of the easier access to make transactions online, this is especially true for adolescents at the high school age. Based on the 2016 survey on the level of financial literacy, it shows that students at the student level have a percentage of 23,4% and based on age 15-17 years with a percentage of 5,2%. The low level of financial literacy at the learning level is due to the lack of knowledge among adolescents about the importance of financial management for the future. This study aims to determine the importance of financial literacy among teenage students in the digital age. The research method is carried out by studying literature by examining previous and qualitative research. Based on this research it is known that financial literacy education is important to be given to teenagers in the current digital era as a form of self-control to realize a financially literate future which is financial literacy. The 2015 World Bank survey results on financial literacy show Indonesia.

Abstract

This dissertation aims to; 1) analyzing the dynamics of tarjih in responding to problems that arise in society; 2) analyzing the dynamic pattern of tarjih and 3) evaluating the contribution of tarjih products to the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative, type of literature. The data source is taken from Tarjih's decision and writings related to Tarjih. Data were collected through documentation as well as interviews as a complement. The data were analyzed using content analysis, using a sociological-historical approach. Conclusion; first, the dynamics of tarjih in responding to developing problems can be seen in three aspects; a) institutional aspects, there is changes in the nomenclature, organizational structure, requirements for tarjih members and tarjih implementation. b) Manhaj aspect, there are five stages of development, 1) 1928), 2) 1954/1955, 3) 1986, 4) 2000 and 5) 2018. c) In the product aspect, tarjih is dynamic in assessing problems and there are three forms of product. Second, the dynamic pattern of tarjih follows an evolutionary pattern, is multilinier, follows many pathways that influence each other and occur due to changes in society. Third, tarjih contributes to the development of Islamic law in Indonesia, normatively and positively.Keyword: Dynamics, Tarjih, Contribution

Abstract

The independent campus policy is a government policy in Indonesian universities in implementing the education system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the independent campus policy in the new normal era, after going through the Covid-19 pandemic. The research approach is descriptive qualitative, with a research library type. The data collection technique used is documentation, which is collecting data from books, articles, journals, and so on. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study describe four independent campus policies; first, namely the granting of autonomy for Tertiary Education Institutions to establish or open new study programs (with stipulated conditions); second, implementing an automatic re-accreditation program; third, giving freedom for universities Public Service Bodies and Work Units to become universities Legal Entities, and fourth, giving students the right to take courses outside the study program and changing the definition of semester credit units (credits). The hope of the success of the programs set by the government and universities is to improve the quality of graduates so that they are useful for the country, nation, religion and state.
