Abstract

Zakat is the command of Allah Almighty to His servants to set aside some of the wealth to those who are entitled to receive it. Zakat and prayer have the same position in giving to Allah SWT. The purpose of zakat alms is including realizing the welfare and benefit of the people. To achieve this goal, zakat is distributed not only in consumptive form but also in productive form. The hope is that those who receive zakat can become muzakki who can distribute their zakat to other people. Productive Zakat is one of the most important elements in maintaining the economic balance of the people. The role of zakat is very important in the economic empowerment of the people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service on customer satisfaction, the effect of service on word of mouth, the effect of trust satisfaction on word of mouth and to analyze the indirect effect of service on word of mouth through customer satisfaction. Travel Hajj and Umrah PT. Cahaya Sukses Mandiri. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview), a list of questions (Questionaire) and documentation study. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique. The study population was all of the PT Cahaya Sukses Mandiri Umrah pilgrims from 2019, totaling 63 people. And the sample in this study were 63 people by taking the sample by census. The data analysis technique is the analysis of the path (path analysis). The results showed that service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service has a positive and significant effect on Word of mouth, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Word of mouth , and customer satisfaction acts as a mediator on the effect of service on Word of mouth on Hajj Travel. and Umrah PT. Abstract

This article discusses the understanding, history of Islamic financial markets, functions and characteristics of Islamic finance, financial market products and characteristics of Islamic and conventional financial markets. The development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia is currently very rapid. Muslim societies are familiar with the practices of economic life based on conventional economic concepts not understanding the difference between conventional and sharia financial operations. This lack of understanding results in many who assume that there is no difference between the two. Therefore this article was made to discuss, and explore the provisions of Islamic financial markets that many do not understand, especially among the public. So the money market is a place of short-term money trading with a time not to exceed 360 days. The language of easy money markets is a place for selling money (Money Market). actors in the money market are banks, foundations, pension funds, insurance companies, large companies, government institutions, other financial institutions, community individuals.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia as the central bank and banking supervisor in Indonesia has determined the size of the assessment of the well-grounded of banks. One of the qualifications of BI is that banks with problematic payments must not exceed 5% ( Jurnal JEST,Vol.1;2014). Preliminary data obtained in the field indicate that problematic payments at BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia are more than 10%, and this is a matter of research that must be carried out. This research is a qualitative study using three data sources; literature, interviews and observations. The results of the study were obtained that (1). The factors that cause problematic payments at BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia are (a) Weak purchasing power (60%); (b) Number of similar trade competition (30%); (c) The customer changed address and did not report to BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia (10%). (2). The strategies were implemented by BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia in handling problem payments on murabahah financing were: (a). Providing warning letters to BMT members who experience problem payments. (b). BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia made a visit to the homes of BMT members who experienced problematic payments to see the objective conditions of the members and the business being run. (c). BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia asked directly about the business development of BMT members who experienced problems in repaying loans. (d). BMT KUBE Sejahtera 001 Bandar Setia reschedules problem financing.

Abstract

In essence, a land case constitutes a conflict of interest in the land sector between one party and another, as a concrete example between an individual and an individual, an individual with a legal entity, a legal entity with a legal entity and so on. For legal certainty mandated by the main agrarian law, settlement of land dispute cases, among others, to provide response/reaction/settlement to interested parties (community dan government). In addition, it provides equal treatment to the parties and the opportunity in a transparent manner to present their opinion on the issue. In certain cases, they may be given the freedom to determine their own dispute settlement formulas.Keywords: Settlement, Dispute, Land, Mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of school committees in the administration of education in SMP Negeri 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang. And to find out the school committee management in the education management system of SMP Negeri 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang. The research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection tools using the method of observation, interviews and documentation methods. While the data analysis will be processed so as to obtain a clear understanding of the problems related to the research objectives. And in processing these data, the authors use qualitative data analysis with non-statistical descriptive analytic interactive models.The results of this study are first, that the role of school committees in the administration of education in SMP Negeri 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang is realized in several fields including; as a body of consideration which is divided into three functions, namely the function of giving consideration in the planning of an institution, the implementation of its educational program, and the management of educational resources. Then as a support body that is providing support or support both in terms of funding, information, school needs and others, then as a controlling body, where the role is to control the activities of the school, headmaster, teachers, students and community participation in this matter the guardians students in developing school management in SMP Negeri 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang, and the last role as a liaison body is to become a bridge of relationship between the community and the school related to school information, school needs, student parents' relationships with schools and others.

Abstract

يعتبر علم الفلك من العلوم الطبيعية التي حظيت باهتمام كثير من الناس عبر الزمن . قد شهد في السنوات الأخيرة في إندونيسيا ظهيرة مراصد فلكي التي تهتم أمورا شتى . فالمرصد الفلكي الجامعة المحمدية سومطرة الشمالية (OIF UMSU) هي إحدى المراصد الفلكية التي لعبت دورا هاما في تطوير علم الفلك في إندونيسيا وخاصة في سومطرة الشمالية . ففي هذا المرصد موجودة الأدوات الفلكية قديمة وحديثة متنوعة . فمن دورها وإسهاماتها هي الإعلام للطلاب في كل المستوى عن مظاهر فلكية ، تدريب علم الفلك للطلاب الجامعية ، والبحوث الفلكية ، وغيرها . ووجود هذا المرصد حقيقة هي تقدير لتطور العلوم والتقنية وبالتالي هي الحضارة نفسها .

Abstract

The capital structure describes the company's permanent financing consisting of long-term debt and equity. Capital structure decisions are influenced by profitability and other variables. In this study, the authors tested the variables that affect the capital structure including profitability and asset structure. The type of data in this study was quantitative. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis equations. In this study, the dependent variable is capital structure and the independent variable is profitability and asset structure. The results indicate that profitability and asset structure have a positive and significant effect on capital structure of 9,542 with a significance value of 0,000 in sharia-based manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. Partially, the two independent variables have a significant effect on Structure Capital (DER) is 3.338 with a significance of 0.001 and a positive ? value of 0.321 together on Capital Structure and Asset Structure has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure (DER) of 2.723 with a significance value of 0.008 and a positive ? value of 0.262 in Sharia-based manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Asset Structure.

Abstract

Intelligence is not the same between one human and another human, but all humans must have intelligence, because intelligence is regulated by the human brain it self. With intelligence possessed by humans allows humans themselves to adapt to their daily lives. Intelligence is influenced by genetic factors, the environment, education, motivation and individual experience. Intelligence possessed by an individual will have an influence in his life making it easier for him to achieve something that is in accordance with their respective abilities. In the Koran intelligence is in the spiritual realm that is located in the heart. The concept of intelligence in the view of the Qur'an is studied in three concepts, including: The concept of Ulil Abshar, the concept of Ulin Nuha, and the concept of Ulil Albab. Whereas in a multi-intelligence view, intelligence is divided into many, among others: kinesthetic intelligence, linguistic intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, mathematical logic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence.
