Abstract

Menyelami filsafat ekonomi islam sebagai suatu ilmu memberikan pengaruh terhadap cara berpikir kritis pelaku ekonomi islam, keilmuan tersebut lahir dari pengetahuan yang berlandaskan religiusitas dan telah ada sejak zaman dulu, pada hakikatnya hukum syariah yang menjadi sumber dasar hukum ekonomi islam memiliki tujuan untuk menebar maslahat dalam kehidupan muamalah, menjadikan manusia memiliki etika, berperilaku adil dan egaliter, sebagaimana yang diperintahkan oleh Allah dan Rasul Nya. Perbankan syariah adalah salah satu produk dari ekonomi islam, kehadiran perbankan syariah menjadi solusi bagi maraknya praktek riba yang terjadi hari ini, bank syariah mengusung konsep kemitraan dalam skema bagi hasil seperti hal nya pada akad mudharabah muqayyadah. Sebagai suatu lembaga keuangan yang memiliki legalitas hukum dan profesionalitas, bank syariah memberikan layanan jasa pada produk mudharabah muqayyadah off balance sheet yang menggunakan akad mudharabah muqayyadah, dimana bank menerima jasa sebagai arranger bagi nasabah investor dan nasabah pembiayaan, sebagai arranger bank syariah hanya akan mendapatkan fee dan tidak menerima nisbah bagi hasil.Kata Kunci: Filsafat Ekonomi Islam, Perbankan Syariah, Mudharabah Muqayyadah

Abstract

This research was motivated by the use of non-cash transactions using digital applications which decreased during the Covid-19 period where the use of digital Islamic pawnshop applications before Covid-19 increased while during the Covid-19 period their use decreased, because there were still many customers who did not know how to use digital Islamic pawnshop applications . The formulation of the research problem is how to use the digital sharia pawnshop application during the Covid-19 period at PT. Pegadaian Syariah UPS Sibuhuan, how is the customer's response to the digital sharia pawnshop application. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of digital sharia pawnshop applications during the Covid-19 period at PT. UPS Syariah Pawnshop is busy and to find out the response from customers to the digital sharia pawnshop application.The theory presented in this study relates to the theory of interest in using, satisfaction, service quality, non-cash transactions, digital sharia pawnshop applications. According to Arianto's experts, service quality can be interpreted as focusing on meeting needs and requirements, as well as on timeliness to meet customer expectations. Service quality is also measured by how well the level of service provided is in accordance with customer expectations.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques of this research are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study concluded that the use of non-cash transactions using the digital Islamic pawnshop application during the Covid-19 period decreased due to lack of application promotion, the registration process was not guided by Islamic pawnshops, the target was only pawn financing (rahn), customer responses were also initially enthusiastic about However, due to the lack of education from pawnshops about digital sharia pawnshop applications, customers prefer to come in person to make transactions, network constraints, and lack of customer knowledge in using digital-based services.

Abstract

This research is motivated The background in this study is the occurence of variable mudharabah financing fluctuations in 2012-2018 in islamic banking. The formulation of the problem in thid study is whether there is an influence of financing to deposit ratio, non performing financing, and third party funds on profit-sharing based mudharabah financing in islamic banking in indonesia in 2012-2018. This study aims to determine the effect of FDR, NPF, and DPK on Mudharabah financing in Islamic Banking, which consist of islamic commercial banks and islamic business units in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with secondary data. The sample in study used a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples is 84 samples. Data analysist method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, then hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the partial test result (t test) showed that FDR affected mudharabah financing, then NPF variable influenced mudharabah financing, and DPK variable influenced mudharabah financing then Anova test (F test) simultaneously the FDR, NPF, and DPK variables had a positive effect on mudharabah financing.

Abstract

There are still many K.H. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok Islamic boarding school educators who do not use Islamic banks, they do not use Islamic banks because they do not know for sure the programs presented by these banks.  Thus, excellent service and Islamic business ethics can affect customer retention for employees of the K.H Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok Islamic boarding school.  The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is and how much influence excellent service and Islamic business ethics have on customer retention at Pondok Pesantren K.H.  Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. The discussion in this study relates to marketing strategies in which it discusses excellent service, Islamic business ethics and customer retention.  The approach taken in business ethics is Islamically applied to Islamic banking as a strategy that can affect customer retention. This type of research is quantitative primary data research with a population of all educators and educational staff at Pondok Pesantren K.H.  Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok numbered 44 people. The sample in this study was 44 people who were determined using the saturation sampling technique.  The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.  The analytical tool used to assist this research is SPSS version 23. The results of the research based on the results of data processing show that there is an influence of excellent service on customer retention at the K.H. Ahmad Dahlan sipirok Islamic boarding school and Islamic business ethics also influences customer retention at the K.H Ahmad Dahlan sipirok Islamic boarding school.  While the F test shows that there is an influence of excellent service and Islamic business ethics on customer retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience, Financial Behavior on Financial Literacy in Jakarta Utara City Students. This study uses a survey method because this study uses sample data taken from a specific population. The population in this study were West Jakarta Utara City Students, totaling 100 people. The sample in this study used purposive sampling method. The data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, and autocorrelation test, hypothesis testing, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), coefficient of determination test (?2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience, Financial Behavior have a significant effect on Financial Literacy. Partially, the variables Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience, Financial Behavior have a positive and significant effect on Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Standard operational procedures are a device that regulates the stages of a work process or certain work processes. These work procedures are carried out based on written documents which are referred to as standard operating procedures (SOP). The purpose of this SOP is to explain the details or fixed standards regarding the work activities carried out. Repeatedly held within an organization or company. This research is motivated by the current competition between financial institutions, especially between banks, so PT. Bank Sumut Medan Syariah Branch uses a customer service strategy in order to make customers interested in using the services of the financial institution PT. Bank Sumut Medan Sharia Branch, this is implemented by customer service in order to provide good service to all customers, service is divided into two, namely new and existing customers. The focus of this research is on three things, namely, 1). What are the standard operating procedures (SOP) at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Sharia Branch?, 2) How do standard operating procedures (SOP) apply to PT Customer Service. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan?, 3). What are the results of implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Sharia Branch?. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Padangsidempuan Sharia Branch, services provided by PT. Bank Sumut Padangsidempuan Syariah Branch is more or less the same as the general service standards of fulfillment, guarantee, reliability, empathetic responsiveness, excellent service used. By PT. Bank Sumut Padangsidempuan Syariah Branch uses services in accordance with the SOP service standards that have been published by the company which are always updated so that the SOP used is always relevant. This SOP emphasizes excellent service in two things, namely appearance and attitude.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki populasi Muslim terbesar. Potensi dan oleh karena itu, peluang keuangan syariah di Indonesia sangat besar, termasuk syariah sektor asuransi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi dan perkembangan pasar di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka yang sistematis yang menggunakan buku-buku dan literatur terkait lainnya, hasilnya menunjukkan potensi perkembangan asuransi syariah di Indonesia sudah besar. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh adanya beberapa faktor pendukung serta strategi yang diarahkan untuk dikembangkan asuransi syariah khususnya dari pemerintah yang membuat peraturan resmi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan prinsip-prinsip pemasaran yang diikuti oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam perniagaannya, menekankan pentingnya kejujuran, dan relevansinya dengan konsep syariah marketing dalam konteks bisnis modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, mengumpulkan teori dan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, statistik, dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan prinsip-prinsip muamalah dalam Islam. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan mengutip pendapat ulama dan ahli ekonomi Islam serta dalil-dalil dari Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. Artikel ini membahas berbagai strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW, termasuk strategi produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Juga, dibahas prinsip-prinsip dasar pemasaran syariah yang mencakup tauhid, keadilan, dan ma'ad. Pemasaran syariah menekankan pada aspek spiritualitas, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penerapan strategi bisnis Rasulullah seperti niat yang baik, amanah, komunikatif, cerdas, dan jujur juga diuraikan untuk menunjukkan relevansi dan efektivitas prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam mencapai keberhasilan bisnis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip pemasaran yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak hanya relevan dalam konteks historis tetapi juga sangat aplikatif dalam praktik bisnis modern, khususnya dalam upaya mengatasi berbagai masalah etika dan kepercayaan dalam pemasaran konvensional.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa, yang kini semakin aktif berbelanja melalui platform e-commerce seperti Shopee. Fenomena ini ditandai oleh meningkatnya perilaku konsumtif yang dipicu oleh kemudahan akses, beragam penawaran promosi, serta pengaruh tren konsumsi digital. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, perilaku konsumsi seharusnya dijalankan berdasarkan prinsip syariah, seperti kesederhanaan (wasathiyah), keseimbangan (tawazun), serta menjauhi sikap israf (berlebih-lebihan) dan tabdzir (pemborosan).            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola konsumsi mahasiswa muslim pengguna Shopee, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, serta mengeksplorasi penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam konsumsi digital. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualititatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan diperluas melalui teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi mahasiswa muslim cukup tinggi, didorong oleh faktor psikologis, sosial, dan kemudahan teknologi. Meskipun sebagian mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya prinsip Islam dalam konsumsi, praktiknya masih banyak yang terpengaruh oleh diskon dan fitur-fitur instan dari Shopee.
