Jurnal CENTECH pertama kali diterbitkan pada bulan April 2020 melalui penerbit UKI Press dengan nama Jurnal Rekayasa Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan CENTECH. Jurnal ini dikelola oleh Program Studi Teknik Sipil UKI yang dimaksudkan untuk mempublikasikan karya-karya penelitian dosen, alumni, dan praktisi serta peneliti di luar UKI. Jurnal ini memuat artikel-artikel penelitian yang berfokus pada bidang Manajemen Konstruksi, Geoteknik, Rekayasa Struktur, Rekayasa Transportasi, Manajemen Sumber Daya Air serta Rekayasa Lingkungan. Jurnal CENTECH diterbitkan secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu April dan Oktober, dimana terbitan perdana adalah pada bulan April 2020. Untuk peningkatan kualitas jurnal maka Prodi Teknik Sipil UKI menerbitkan jurnal ini secara online sehingga dapat mengajukan akreditasi jurnal dalam waktu dekat.

Abstract

Permasalahan banjir yang terjadi disuatu wilayah menandakan adanya permasalahan drainase di wilayah tersebut. Saluran drainase yang tidak dapat menampung air pastinya memiliki permasalahan, misalnya karena ukuran saluran yang terlalu kecil atau adanya sumbatan karena sedimentasi atau sampah yang menumpuk. Seperti yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Kebon Kelapa Tambun, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan. Untuk mengatasi masalah banjir atau genangan air ini diperlukan studi untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan banjir dan menghitung kapastias drainase. Data curah hujan yang dikaji adalah data hujan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Bekasi selama 10 tahun terakhir. Kemudian mendistribusi curah hujan dengan menggunakan distribusi Normal, Log Normal, Log Pearson III dan Gumbel dan menghitung uji kecocokan dengan uji chi kuadrat. Hasil perhitungan curah hujan yang memenuhi syarat adalah distribusi Log Pearson III yang bernilai 512,86 mm. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan debit banjir rencana (Qr) dengan menggunakan rumus rasional dengan periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 1,045 m3/detik sedangkan kapasitas daya tampung saluran (QS) didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,65 m3/detik sehingga Qr > Qs dalam hal ini saluran drainase Jalan Kebon Kelapa Tambun tidak mampu menampung debit limpasan sehingga perlu mendimensi ulang

Abstract

Line of Balance is an effective scheduling method used on projects with repetitive work. The Line of Balance method is able to present productivity levels and duration information in the form of a line graph format that is easier to understand so that it can identify errors that occur in the progress of activities. The purpose of this study was to reschedule the construction project of the Ministry of Finance building in Bandar Lampung using the LoB method to determine the level of time effectiveness and cost efficiency, where initially the project was planned using the Bar Chart method of the s curve. Line of Balance (LoB) is one of the linear scheduling methods that allows balance of application so that each activity can continue. In this final project, the procedure carried out by this research is calculated by using the Line of Balance (LoB) method to simplify the activities so that it is easier to analyze conflicts that occur after drawing them into line diagrams. The calculation results obtained in this planning using the Line of Balance method after merging activities, conflict analysis and drawing diagrams obtained the final duration of work 270 days. while the scheduling using the barchat s-curve method takes 273 days, which means the difference in scheduling using the Line of Balance method to complete the construction project of the Ministry of Finance building in Bandar Lampung is three days faster (0.98%).

Abstract

The problem of household waste often causes environmental pollution. Lack of education to the public about the impact of waste makes residents often underestimate it. The socialization of household waste management by sorting waste with the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) has been campaigned since 2006. To measure the level of community understanding of this, research was conducted through questionnaires to the community in Pade Mare in Sambik Elen Village, North Lombok. Data analysis is presented in the form of descriptive statistics from the results of a questionnaire consisting of 24 question instruments with 3 indicators, namely waste reduction, waste recycling, and waste processing. The survey results show that the level of community understanding about waste reduction, waste recycling, and waste processing is good with an average score of 76.76; 76.67, and 79.03 respectively. The higher average value of waste processing is in line with the location of the Pade Mare which has many farms so that the processing of animal waste is quite often carried out by the local community. Understanding the importance of sorting waste does not automatically make people take action to sort waste because 91% of respondents still combine all the waste to be disposed of without sorting it out first. For this reason, periodic socialization to the community is needed

Abstract

Pada saat ini, utilisasi lapangan penumpukan di Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang relatif tinggi, sementara arus pergerakan peti kemas terus meningkat dan disi lain luas lapangan penumpukan terbatas. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui utilisasi lapangan penumpukan Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang menggunakan metode YOR (Yard Occupancy Ratio) dan menentukan pergerakan arus peti kemas 10 tahun ke depan menggunakan metode regresi serta mengoptimalisasi utilisasi lapangan penumpukan peti kemas dengan sejumlah skenario. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai YOR lapangan penumpukan peti kemas Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang sebesar102,14%. Atau dengan kata lain, kinerja lapangan penumpukan sudah melebihi Standar Dirjen Perhubungan Laut sebesar 60%. Untuk mengoptimalkan utilisasi lapangan penumpukan, peneliti melakukan sejumlah skenario. Dan skenario terbaik untuk mengoptimalkan lapangan penumpukan adalah menurunkan lamanya pengendapan peti kemas di lapangan penumpukan menjadi 3 hari.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe quality control system in construction projects is important to ensure that the work carried out meets quality standards in accordance with the established implementation time schedule. The larger the scale of a project has an impact on the complexity of the construction work that must be controlled so that a method is needed to control the quality of the work. In this study, the method used is the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method by taking a case study of the construction of One Tower BSD City which has a height of 22 floors and 3 basements. The research was conducted on the quality control of the tested concrete samples using Statistical Process Control (SPC). The results of the analysis of the quality of the concrete carried out on the foundation floor work with the concrete test sample taken from the inspection document data of the implementing contractor's production process. This research method uses descriptive qualitative in the form of analysis of compressive strength variability and slump test on concrete samples. The results showed that there was no deviation in the strength of the concrete based on the specified quality standard, namely f'c 35 MPa. There was a deviation in the results of the slump test of the concrete sample with 5 test results that were below the lower control limit, without affecting the results of the compressive strength of concrete samples.

Abstract

Concrete is a mixture consisting of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, cement, and with or without other additives. This research uses a mixture of concrete with hair waste and granite, where the amount of hair waste produced every day from thousands of barbershops in Indonesia is increasing rapidly. The innovation of granite shard waste in the construction of this building is to utilize the waste of granite shards leftover from construction. This study aimed to determine the effect of using granite and hair as a filler on the compressive strength of concrete and the flexural strength of concrete. The time in this study for 35 days was tested for concrete aged 7,14,21,28 and 28 days. With a variation of 0%, 2.5%; 7.5%; 12.5%; 17.5% and 22.5%. The results of this study found that comparing the compressive strength of normal concrete with mixed concrete in the 35-day old concrete test for normal concrete was 321.1 kg/cm2 while for mixed concrete was 305.7 kg/cm2. For comparing the flexural strength of normal concrete with mixed concrete in the 35-day old concrete test, for normal concrete, it is 32 kg/cm2, while for mixed concrete, it is 31.3 kg/cm2. Abstract

Salah satu faktor, tercapainya keberhasilan proyek dipengaruhi oleh peran projek manajer. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek dibutuhkan projek manajer yang handal, yang mengetahui lingkup tugasnya sebagai pemimpin proyek, serta mengetahui persyaratan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Kompetensi seorang projek manajer dapat diukur oleh tiga aspek yaitu Knowledge (pengetahuan), Skill (Keterampilan) dan Attitude (Sikap). Dalam lapangan kerja kepemimpinan yang baik sangat diperlukan didalam jiwa projek manajem yang merupakan seorang pemimpin didalam suatu proyek. Sehingga fondasi awal yang baik untuk mengarahkan suatu proyek dalam keberhasilan dan berkembang lebih baik. Dalam kaitannya projek manajer pada pekerjaan kontruksi memiliki tingkat kerumitan sangat tinggi dalam mengkoordinasi pengadaan peralatan, material dan sumber daya manusia. Keterlibatan banyak pihak maupun individu dalam proses produksi kontruksi secara tidak langsung akan membentuk Supply Chain yang kompleks. Hubungan tersebut akan membentuk suatu hubungan sebagai salah satu mata rantai dalam suatu produksi kontruksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan memlalui survey menggunakan kuesioner. Sasaran responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang berpengalaman di bidang jasa konstruksi dan bertindak sebagai projek manajer. Pengolahan data dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu analisis faktor untuk mereduksi/ meringkas variabel yang berjumlah banyak menjadi beberapa kelompok faktor yang kemudian menjadi variabel bebas yang baru, dilanjutkan ke tahap uji korelasi dengan metode pearson correlation untuk mengetahui korelasi antara variabel bebas dengan variable terkait.

Abstract

Sentani Jayapura International Airport is the largest and busiest airport in Papua because apart from serving travel routes to and from Papua. This airport is also a hub to serve travel routes to and from the interior or the Central Mountains in Papua. Therefore, this airport serves various sizes of aircraft from small planes to large planes, which causes a high traffic flow of aircraft movements on the runway. This study will examine the addition of a second runway by analyzing aircraft movements in the next 10 years using regression analysis and analyzing runway capacity and then planning the runway geometry using the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and SKEP77 (Government Decree on Airport Operation Technical Requirements). ). The results showed that the prediction of aircraft movements in the 5th year reached 35 aircraft movements every hour. This shows that the capacity on the runway is classified as dense (overload). Therefore, it is necessary to add a second runway so that the aircraft movement is more optimal. Based on the results of the KKOP analysis, there is still room for a second runway with a distance between runways of 350 m. The geometric calculation of the second runway based on the type of aircraft served and its geographical location, obtained a length of 3,000 m with a width of 45 m and a runway shoulder of 7.5 m

Abstract

The continued use of traditional concrete has resulted in a thicker layer of waterproofing, preventing rainwater from entering the ground and increasing surface run off. As a result, the water table drops during the rainy season, and flooding occurs. One of the innovations to anticipate or overcome these problems is using renewable materials such as aerated concrete. Permeable concrete pavements are intended to reduce puddles on the street. By omitting fine aggregate, porous concrete is simple, lightweight concrete. The interconnected cavities result in a high level of porosity. Porous concrete usually has little to no fine aggregate and enough cement paste to coat the coarse aggregate's surface. Due to the increased porosity, the compressive strength of un-sanded concrete is lower than that of conventional normal concrete. Sand-free concrete has much lower tensile and flexural strength than conventional concrete. In this study, two coarse aggregates with nominal maximum sizes of 12.5 mm and 6.7 mm were used as split rocks with weights of 1.123 kg/m3 and 2.63 kg/m3, respectively. Hence, a FAS of 0.35 and a water volume of 0.35 kg using Portland cement type 1 with a quantity of 389.6 kg/m3. The test object is a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 80 mm and a height of 16 mm. After immersing the specimen in a tub of water, each mixture has three specimens.

Abstract

Perbaikan mutu perkerasan jalan lentur membutuhkan inovasi dalam hal penggunaan agregat dan aspal agar keawetan perkerasan semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aspal modifikasi dengan campuran serpihan karet ban dan penggunaan bahan pengisi (filler) abu terbang (fly ash) sebagai pengganti bahan pengisi abu batu terhadap nilai uji Marshall pada campuran beton aspal. Selain itu, uji terhadap sampel juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh penurunan stabilitas akan terjadi akibat perendaman yang dilakukan berulang sebanyak tiga kali. Untuk hasil uji tanpa perendaman pada sampel didapatkan nilai stabilitas dan Marshall kuosien tertinggi pada kadar filler abu terbang 100 % dengan nilai 1306,45 kg dan 390 kg/mm. Hasil uji dengan perendaman didapatkan pengurangan nilai stabilitas yang paling kecil pada kadar filler abu terbang 100 % yaitu sebesar 10,73 % sedangkan bila hanya menggunakan filler abu batu pengurangannya mencapai 15 %. Nilai kuosien Marshall hasil perendaman juga mengalami penurunan terkecil pada kadar filler abu terbang 100 % yaitu sebesar 11,97 % dibandingkan dengan campuran menggunakan filler abu batu dengan tingkat penurunan sebesar 22,95 %.
