People in every area are now spoiled by the presence of various shopping centers. The location of shopping places which are currently close to each other makes an advantage for the community because they can freely choose which shopping area to go to. The purpose of this research is to create a marketing strategy that is carried out using decision analysis and data mining (AKDM). In addition to knowing the level of overall sales and product sales, decision analysis and data mining are also used to determine the pattern of purchasing goods by consumers. So that a strategy can be designed to attract customers and win the market. The methods used in this study are AHP, Clustering, and AR-MBA. It is known based on data processing that the products that are often purchased are chitato, taro, etc. The type of drink is cocacola, fanta, yakult, etc. In addition, there were 4 patterns of customer purchases (Dept. 6 and Dept. 2, Dept. 9 and Dept. 4, Dept. 9 and Dept. 2, Dept. 7 and Dept. 2). The strategy that can be applied by considering the results of data processing is to promote the mix between products.

Perilaku menyimpang dikalangan remaja mulai muncul secara tidak langsung di lingkungan tempat tinggal. Perilaku menyimpang merupakan hasil sosialisasi yang tidak sempurna baik didalam keluarga maupun lingkungan. Kelompok yang paling rentan dalam proses perilaku menyimpang adalah para remaja, terlibatnya remaja perempuan yang mengkonsumsi minuman keras merupakan suatu permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat Desa Kayu Arang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui mengapa remaja perempuan melakukan tindakan menyimpang serta faktor yang mempengaruhi serta menggambarkan label yang diberikan masyarakat. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan teori labeling dari Howard S Backer yang memaparkan dua perspektif yaitu mengapa dan bagaimana seseorang dapat diberikan cap atau label dan bagaimana pengaruh label terhadap konsekuensi dari perilaku yang dilakukan oleh remaja perempuan yang mengkonsumsi minuman keras. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang terdapat sumber data primer dari wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Penelitian ini mengambil informan sebanyak 21 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan remaja perempuan melakukan tindakan menyimpang yang terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Selain itu juga membahas bentuk pelabelan yang diberikan oleh masyarakat terhadap remaja perempuan yang mengkonsumsi minuman keras. seperti dengan melabelkan remaja perempuan tersebut dengan label “Mentinak Jalir dan Dayang Arek”.

Covid-19 has spread in 223 countries until now cases of infection are also increasing. Various efforts to prevent Covid-19 have been implemented. However, adolescents are often found to still violate the rules, this is caused by the lack of public knowledge related to Covid-19, indifferent behaviour and attitudes, and the lack of special socialization to teenagers resulting in not optimal Covid-19 prevention programs. This empowerment was carried out in RT 05 RW 03 Loram Wetan Village which lasted for 3 weeks in July-August 2020. The activity was successful and the enthusiasm of the participants was very good in the process of providing education which was carried out online via Whatsapp. Media education used posters, booklets and leaflets. To determine changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviour, pre-test and post-test questionnaires were given which were filled out by 28 adolescents who participated in the activity, the results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. There was a significant change in knowledge (p-value < 0.05), but there was no significant change in attitudes and behaviour about Covid-19 (p-value > 0.05). However, both knowledge, attitude, and behaviour are increased.

Facility layout design is an activity that consists of the design process, concept formation, and analysis of physical facilities including equipment, machinery, areas, buildings, and other physical facilities to optimize the flow of materials, information, and work processes. PT. XYZ is a company that focuses on processing yarn to then be produced into semi-finished fabric or commonly called gray fabric. The problems that occur in PT. XYZ is a workflow arrangement that is still not good. In addition, there is also the use of the production area that is not optimal and results in the existing trajectory distance between work units and the process of moving goods becomes less efficient and causes a waste of time and costs. The approach that can be used to solve these problems is the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) which is useful for connecting activities in pairs to determine the level of the relationship. The results showed that there were problems in the placement of raw material warehouses and storage warehouses that were located too far from the inside of the company, making it difficult for the process of moving raw materials and finished products. In addition, there are also other problems in the form of an alternating flow pattern in the production process which causes material handling to be ineffective and inefficient.

Sam Sip Pu is a tradition to welcome Chinese New Year by praying either at home or at worship places. In the process of selecting the offerings and equipment that will be provided at the time of prayer, all are based on the results of interpretation of each family towards the offerings or the tools that will be used. The background of this Sam Sip Pu tradition research is the symbols used in offerings and equipment as well as the meaning of offerings and equipment in the celebration of the Sam Sip Pu tradition on Bangka Island.The research design uses qualitative research, using a verstehen approach. The data source used is primary data which taken from interviews with the religious leaders and the Chinese community who carry out the Sam Sip Pu Tradition on Bangka Island. While secondary data obtained through research journals, previous research, books, or documents. The symbols in the Sam Sip Pu tradition are equipment for food such as fruits, cakes, Sam Sang, tea, wine, candles, rakes, Kim Ci, and NyunCi. The intepretations of equipment such as candles and Garu symbolizes the medium of conveying prayer, Kim Ci symbolizes money to gods, NyunCi symbolizes money to ancestors, duplicate items (clothes, money, etc.) symbolize respect, delivery boxes (hun be) symbolize delivery. According to Blumer's symbolic interactionism interaction, firstly, the symbols in the Sam Sip Pu tradition are used continuously and have meaning, secondly, knowledge of these meanings is not only owned by one or two groups, but the knowledge is owned by the Chinese community, third, it can be seen from how the Chinese community looks for alternatives when carrying out the Sam Sip Pu tradition such as the use of symbols and meanings embedded in offerings, for example tofu.

The thematic village as an effort to preserve the Arts and Culture of the area in Kademangan ravine, is the title of this writing. Against the background of the condition of the community that has artistic and cultural potential but has not been nurtured to the maximum that has encouraged this writing. The method used is direct observation to the location of the Kademangan hamlet and direct interviews with people who know the existence of arts and culture in the Blimbing Gorge. From this study, it was found that the formation of thematic villages was needed as an effort to preserve the art and culture of the community. Especially in the Kademangan hamlet, the establishment of thematic arts and culture villages is very useful for the continuity of the arts and culture that exist in the community, especially the art of kuda lumping, kethoprak and calligraphy. So far, the three have already been in the community but have not been fully developed so that their existence is feared that they will gradually disappear if we do not preserve them. The formation of thematic villages is very important to support the preservation of Arts and Culture as well as being able to increase community income.

The broadcasting sector is one way to encourage changes in people's behavior because the broadcasting sector has the power to influence the community so that people see that what is conveyed by the broadcasting sector is the truth. This paper is literal or literature (library research). The technique of collecting data and information is done by reviewing written sources. In encouraging changes in people's behavior during the broadcasting pandemic, activities such as: 1) Socializing the prevention of the corona virus based on local culture; 2) Make an appeal to the community using simple language; 3) Campaign by involving traditional leaders and other community leaders. In this paper, the author gives recommendations to the broadcasting sector, if you want to know the extent to which the final achievements related to the broadcasting sector in shaping people's behavior changes during the COVID-19 pandemic can be seen from three aspects, namely cognitive aspects, affective aspects and the three conative aspects.

Every time people always demands quality public services from bureaucratic administrators, even though the provision of services is still not satisfying the community because often the services provided tend to be complicated or convoluted, take a long time, and the large number of fees charged so that the services provided seem impressed. inefficient and effective in service delivery. Related to the problems mentioned above, public services are an option for the strategic sector in order to realize good governance. Good Governance is all efforts in realizing a good government. Therefore, the Progobolinggo City Government made an innovation in the form of the Si Jinggo application (Good Governance Information Network Information System). Si Jinggo is an innovation in the form of a website-based program application that can be used to generate reports and data periodically from sub-districts or sub-districts throughout Probolinggo City which can be monitored online. From the Si Jinggo program, it is hoped that various problems such as those in sub-districts and urban villages are less aware that the data they provide is important for the regional development planning process, the lack of community data needed by Technical OPD such as population demographics and other community data, access to village data which is found on the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs is difficult to obtain and use by local governments, and the frequent occurrence of repeated requests for data in sub-districts and sub-districts can be resolved. With the Si Jinggo program, the Probolinggo City Government hopes to realize good governance optimally.

Governance towards good governance by applying the principles of bureaucratic reform. Bureaucratic reform is implemented in every sector, both as a form of service and implementation of the bureaucracy. Bureaucratic reform is also implemented to improve the quality of ASN. As in the procurement of CASN formation 2021. The government applies Face Recognition technology. This research focuses on implementing the technology in the form of bureaucratic reform. This research uses qualitative methods with an orientation to the latest case studies. Research with case studies is research on the latest phenomena and is examined in detail with a certain point of view. Research with qualitative methods focuses on data input related to understanding the material, mechanism, process of the phenomenon. So that it can be seen the mechanism for the application of face recognition technology in the procurement of CASN 2021 and is associated with the form of bureaucratic reform. In particular, the principles of efficient, effective, and fair bureaucratic reform. The orientation of CASN procurement is not only on quantity but quality to get ASN who are smart, capable, and of high quality, free of fraud and free of KKN.

Coal reserves in Indonesia are estimated at around 26 billion tons and will still be primary energy until 2050. This makes the use of green coal and clean energy an urgent homework. One of the uses of coal is coal gasification. From the results of coal gasification, a by-product is obtained, namely char. In this char characterization, it is found that char has an increase in fixed carbon and GCV values as well as a significant decrease in sulfur content. This makes char potentially a raw material for environmentally friendly solid fuels (briquettes). The addition of biomass in the form of coconut shell charcoal is expected to increase the calorific value and allow ignition from low temperatures which can then save the time and energy needed for briquetting ignition and maintain the combustion rate. Therefore, as an initial study, it is necessary to study literature from previous studies as the basis for the initial hypothesis of the addition of coconut shell charcoal in the manufacture of briquettes with the main raw material of char from coal gasification
