Abstract

Di lapangan seorang pelatih sukar mengukur seberapa besar energi yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh seorang atlit, biasanya penanda yang paling mudah adalah  dengan mengukur denyut jantung di pergelangan tangan. Namun itu tidak cukup sebagai penanda seberapa besar energi yang sudah digunakan, tetapi harus dikaji lebih dalam melalui kajian ilmu faal. Berbicara olahraga tidak terlepas dari sistem energi yang digunakan. Karena dalam aktivitas olahraga  terjadi sebuah perubahan energi kimia menjadi energi mekanik. Oleh karena itu, bagi yang berkecimpung dalam bidang olahraga merupakan syarat mutlak untuk mengetahui persediaan sistem energi. Pengetahuan ini tidak hanya penting untuk pelatih, guru pendidikan jasmani, tetapi juga penting bagi atlit. Kita mengenal beberapa macam sistem energi yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas olahraga antara lain; sistem ATP-PC, sistem asam laktat dan sistem aerobik yang semuanya itu sebagai penyedia kebutuhan energi dalam aktivitas olahraga. Kata Kunci : kegiatan olahraga, kesinambungan energi.   Abstract: In the field, a coach is difficult to measure how much energy has been issued by an athlete which the most convenient marker usually is to measure heart rate wrist. It was not enough to be a marker of how much energy is already used, but is should be studied more deeply through the study of physiology. Talking about sport, it can not be separated from the energy system used. Because in sporting activities, there was a change from the chemical energy into mechanical energy. Therefore, for those working in the field of sport is absolutely necessary to know the energy supply system. This change is not only important for coaches, physical education teachers, but also important for athletes. We know some kind of energy systems associated with sports activities, such as the ATP-PC system, a system of lactic acid and all the aerobic system as a provider of energy needs in sporting activities. Key words : sports, energy sustainability.

Abstract

Karir guru merupakan posisi atau jabatan yang diduduki selama ia menekuni profesi keguruan. Data dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tegal Tahun 2015 terdapat 1.253 orang guru golongan IV, dengan rincian 2 orang guru golongan IV/c, 17 orang guru golongan IV/b dan 1.234 orang guru masih bergolongan IV/a. Adapun guru IPS SMA/MA/SMK di Kota Tegal yang menduduki golongan IV/b hanya 2 orang dan 57 guru masih berada di golongan IV/a dengan rentang waktu kemandegan karir lebih dari 8 tahun. Tertundanya kepangkatan guru inilah yang menjadi dasar pemikiran melakukan penelitian terhadap kemandegan karir guru IPS SMA/ MA/ SMK Negeri di Kota Tegal dan melakukan analisis yang mendalam terhadap faktor tersebut. Ada 3 faktor kuat yang diduga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemandegan karir guru yaitu, (1) motivasi; (2) lingkungan kerja; (3) dukungan atasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional asosiatif, metode yang digunakan bersifat ex post facto dengan populasi 59 guru IPS SMA/MA/SMK Negeri yang berstatus PNS. Populasi yang kurang dari 100 mengakibatkan populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS for windows vs 15 dengan hasil bahwa motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan dukungan atasan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kemandegan karir guru IPS SMA/MA/SMK Negeri di Kota Tegal. Disarankan bagi Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tegal, hendaknya selalu menghimbau agar senantiasa tertib administrasi, pengembangan sikap profesionalisme sehingga guru termotivasi untuk mengembangkan karirnya dengan baik. Kata kunci: motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dukungan atasan, kemandegan karir.

Abstract

Abstract                 Searching for information can be done simply (basic) or complex. Its depends on the level of ability of the information seeker. The study was to describe the relationship between the ability to search and the relevance of search results on the e-resources portal of the National Library of Indonesia (PNRI) so that it can find ways to maximize the ability to search for scientific digital information sources on that portal. The method used was quantitative with descriptive statistics analysis. The technique of colleting data was questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. For  the population, there were 108 active students of  D-3 Library Science Study Program in the FKIP, while the sample was D-3 Library Science Study Program students who have accessed e-resources services of PNRI with the numbers 45 students who are considered representative in terms of search capabilities. The results showed that there was a relationship between the ability of students in searching and e-resources database of PNRI with the relevance of search results. It can be seen from the suitability of journal articles and electronic books that they were searching. 78,05% of students were able to search and got relevant results because they were influenced by the selection strategy of the search strategy. The effectiveness of strategy selection was also influenced by the ability to break down or formulate keywords. In these study, the ability to formulate keywords as the basis of search was in the low category, but the combination to get the needed information was in the high category.  Keywords: searching for information, e-resources, National Library of Indonesia

Abstract. Abad 21 merupakan abad dimana Globalisasi bergulir. Abad ini mempunyai banyak kekuatan yang memunculkan adanya perubahan. Perubahan akan menuju pada kebaikan, namun disisi lain memunculkan problem yang menjadi tantangan bagi individu. Paradoks yang muncul dalam era globalisasi ini mempunyai pengaruh dalam seluruh sisi kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Paradoks ini yang perlu dikaji dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk mencari solusinya, dengan begitu eksistensi bimbingan konseling akan semakin diakui serta tetap survive dalam pandangan kedepan. Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi  belajar peserta didik kelas II SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh.Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang didesain dengan menggunakan metode siklus. Dimana dalam pelaksanaan tindakan PTK ini terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi, dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan nilai sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan  menggunakan observasi pengamatan guru dan pengamatan siswa  serta hasil tes belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh, yang berjumlah 26 orang. Terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada  konsep perubahan benda pada siswa kelas II SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh. Hal ini terbukti dalam peningkatan nilai dari tes awal dari 26 siswa yang tuntas KKM ada 16 siswa atau 50% sedangkan masih 10 siswa atau 38% yg belum tuntas. Pada Siklus I dari 26 siswa yang tuntas 18 siswa atau 69% dan yang belum tuntas ada 8 siswa yang bearti 31%. Pada siklus II dari 26 siswa yang tuntas 21 siswa atau 80,7% dan yang belum tuntas ada 5 siswa yang bearti 19,3%. Berdasarkan data tersebut terlihat bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi  dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA Konsep Perubahan Benda pada siswa kelas II SDN 04 Nanga Pinoh.

Abstract

Recently the demand on teachers profesionalism is one of the most important agenda in our National Education System. Based on the regulation mode by government about the National Standard of Education, it forces every parties involved in educational system to accelerate the improvement the quality of learning and education the aims are done through preparing and improving the teachers skill professionally and also by managing the educational supporting elements. In improving the Elementary School teacher professionalism, the Departement of Education has done this by preparing Elementary School teacher competency based as the guideline. It is also used for measuring the competency level the teacher has. Morever it can be used as guidance and improvement of the teachers profesionalism. Abstract

AbstactThe purpose of this study, to find out how much the relationship between power limbs, eye-hand coordination, and a sense of confidence with the results of the ability to shoot shoots on basketball.This research method uses a correlation method with product moment calculation techniques. The sample amounted to 20 people from all extra-basketball players / athletes in SMK Negeri 4 Kota Pontianak.The calculation results obtained show; 1). There is a positive relationship between Leg Power (X1) with the results of Lay-up Shoot (Y) skills of 68%. 2). There is a positive relationship between hand eye coordination (X2), with the results of Lay-up Shoot skills (Y ) of 42.2%. 3) There is a positive relationship between self-confidence (X3) and the results of Lay-up Shoot (Y) skills of 47.5%.Thus there is a positive relationship between power limbs (X1) eye-hand coordination (X2) and self-confidence (X3) together towards the results of the Lay-up Shoot skill (Y) obtained from the R correlation coefficient of 81.8% . So the conclusions from this study show that power limbs, eye-hand coordination, and self-confidence have a significant relationship with the results of basketball shoot lay-up capabilities.Keywords: Lay-up, Leg Power, Hand Eye Coordination, Confidence

Abstract

Childrens good characters should be formed since their early time growing up because it is an individuals set of psychological characteristics that influence persons ability and inclination for function morally, as Marvin Berkowitz said (William Damond, 2002). Besides, Dimermen (2009:9), educational prationers identified 10 characters which have to be developed in children such as: 1) respect, 2) responsibility, 3) honesty, 4) empathy, 5) fairness, 6) initiative, 7) courage, 8) perseverance, 9) optimism, 10) integrity. These characters can be transferred by school as an agent of education, called character education. Megawangi (2004: 95) said that character education is a way to educate children in order to decide wise decision and practice it in regular life, so they can give positive contribution for environment. Moreover, character education is an education to develop good character from children, make them able to judge which one right or wrong, care deeply about the right and then doing what they believe to be right. Shortly, character education can be internalized habituation about what is right, so that student become understand (cognitive) about what is right and what is wrong, and can feel (affective) the values of good thing and always trying to do that (psychomotor). Character education has to consist moral knowledge, moral feeling, and moral action. It is related to the habit, so it has to be practiced all the time. Moreover, build the good character needs communities character including family, school, religious institution, information media, government, and all supported component close to the young generation. The roles of school in this case are stated in learning process, habituation, extracurricular, and socialize. To develop character from children, school should not create a new curriculum but must integrate all national system which has been strong basic in formal education world. That is the implication of the character education. Last but not least, the best way in forming good character for children is through the model. Teacher here is the main component who plays important role in giving kinds of good examples, even by interaction with the student, routine activities, or spontaneous and incidental activities in the school. From those points above we hope that our young generation has much capability not only in cognitive side, but also in their attitude, manner, and their personality. Abstract

AbstractStudent learning outcomes of class VI A SDN 24 South East Pontianak shows 11 of 23 students do not reach the minimum completeness criteria. So that a study aimed to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VI A SDN 24 South East Pontianak through the use of learning models make a match. This research was conducted in two cycles and used two instruments, namely: observation sheet and written test form in the form of filling. The results of Cycle I showed the ability to prepare RPP is 77.94, and the average teacher's skills in applying make a match is 83.33. In Cycle I the pre-test scores showed 12 students had reached the minimum completeness criteria, while the post-test scores showed 23 students had reached the minimum completeness criteria (100%) with an average of 82.39. The results of Cycle II showed that the RPP preparation got a value of 92.64 and the use of make a match skill was 92.64. In Cycle II the results of the post-test showed that the remaining 23 (100%) had reached the minimum completeness criteria with an average of 92.17. Keywords: Classroom action research, Model Make a Match, Social Sciences Subjects, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Otonomi daerah membawa konsekuensi adanya restrukturisasi kelembagaan pemerintah, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) merupakan bentuk alternatif pengelolaan sekolah dalam rangka desentralisasi pendidikan yang ditandai adanya kewenangan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih luas di tingkat sekolah, partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih tinggi dalam kerangka kebijakan pendidikan nasional.
