Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran argument-driven inquiry berbantuan e-scaffolding berkonteks multi representasi terhadap HOTS ditinjau dari kemampuan awal siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 2 Malang kelas XI IPA yang berjumlah 102 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian faktorial 3 x 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes HOTS berjumlah 13 butir soal berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan empat alternatif jawaban. Teknik analisis data menggunakan two way ANCOVA. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Kemampuan HOTS siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model ADI-S berkonteks multi representasi lebih tinggi dibanding siswa dibelajarkan menggunakan model ADI berkonteks multi representasi, dan ADI; 2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil HOTS antara siswa dengan kemampuan awal berbeda yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model ADI-S berkonteks multi representasi, ADI berkonteks multi representasi, dan ADI; 3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal terhadap kemampuan HOTS siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of regulations from the Ministry of Education and Culture-Research and Technology regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum which is still facing various challenges in the field. Many teachers have difficulty understanding, implementing, and evaluating this curriculum optimally. This study aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 21 Teluk Pakedai. This research uses a qualitative method that will be carried out in May 2025 with the subjects of school principals, teachers, and grade IV students. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that SDN 21 Teluk Pakedai has implemented the Independent Curriculum since the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Teachers have difficulties in compiling teaching modules and the use of technology, but try to overcome them by looking for references and attending training regularly.

Abstract

The issue of inclusive education in Indonesia still has many problems, which can be seen through the APS for children with special needs in the Society 5.0 Era. One of the causes is the inability of education to analyze and optimize the potential of students with special needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The E-Report design initiated by researchers based on the findings of researchers at the SLB Autis Laboratorium UM is expected to be able to accommodate the problems and needs of educational service customers. Apart from that, the available features also try to provide an overview of the students' condition through pictures, photos, videos, recordings, and graphics, which try to minimize the sensitivity of parents of students who have children with special needs.

Abstract

Abstract Traditional teaching methods often strunggle to maintain student interest, particularly in Social Studies (IPS), where passive learning can lead to disengagement. This research investigates the impact of the Kahoot integrated Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on the learning engagement of eight-grade students at SMPN 1 Turi. Employing a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design, data were collected through surveys and classroom observations. The findings reveal that the TGT model significantly enhanced students engagement, with a 15% increase observed in the experimental group and a notably higher N-Gain score compared to the control group. The implementation of this model fostered active participation, peer collaboration, and a healthy sense of competition among students. These results suggest that integrating Kahoot into the Teams Games Tournament model offers a promising strategy for improving student involvement and elevating the overall quality of Social studies learning.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in organizations, including Early Childhood Education (PAUD) units. Differences in background, values, and goals among educators often serve as the primary triggers for conflict, which, if not managed properly, can negatively impact the work environment and the quality of education. However, conflict can also act as a catalyst for growth and innovation when managed constructively. This study utilizes a qualitative approach based on a literature review to identify effective conflict management strategies in PAUD. The results of the study indicate that strategies such as discussion and collaboration, compromise, mediation, and conflict management training are crucial in creating a harmonious work environment. Furthermore, building a culture of open communication, team cooperation, and fair conflict resolution is also essential. Effective conflict management has a positive impact on the performance of the educator team, enhancing communication and cooperation, reducing stress, and creating a conducive work environment. Consequently, wise leadership and the implementation of appropriate conflict management strategies are vital to creating a productive PAUD environment that supports the development of young children."

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial ability of school principals in enhancing teacher productivity at TK PAUD Terpadu Pontianak. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The participants consist of 10 individuals: one principal (female, 59 years old, bachelor"™s degree), one vice principal (female, 40 years old, bachelor"™s degree), one administrative staff member (female, 27 years old, bachelor"™s degree), six teachers (male and female, aged 30"“45 years, bachelor"™s degree), and one school committee member (female, 40 years old, bachelor"™s degree). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the principal plays a strategic role in planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating teacher performance Keywords: School Principal, Educational Management, Teacher Productivity Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru di TK PAUD Terpadu Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 kepala sekolah (perempuan, usia 59 tahun, pendidikan S1), 1 wakil kepala sekolah (perempuan, usia 40 tahun, pendidikan S1), 1 tenaga administrasi (perempuan, usia 27 tahun, pendidikan S1), 6 guru (laki-laki dan perempuan, usia 30-45 tahun, pendidikan S1), dan 1 anggota komite sekolah (perempuan, usia 40 tahun, pendidikan S1). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran strategis dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi terhadap kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Manajemen Pendidikan, Produktivitas Guru.

Abstract

Talent-based education has gained increasing attention in modern educational systems due to its potential to develop student's skills and interests optimally. This study aims to analyze the implementation of talent-based education in elementary schools from the perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara and to identify challenges and strategies to enhance its effectiveness. A qualitative research method was employed with a case study approach involving three elementary schools that have implemented talent-based education programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, students, and parents, as well as observations and document analysis. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and key challenges in the implementation of talent-based education. The findings indicate that talent-based education positively impacts students' learning motivation, self-confidence, and social skills. However, several key challenges were identified, including limited facilities, insufficient teacher training, and suboptimal integration with the national curriculum. This study also reveals that Ki Hadjar Dewantara"™s philosophy offers a more inclusive approach than the selection-based talent education models applied in various countries. Therefore, strengthening educational policies, institutional support, and continuous professional development for educators are essential factors in improving the effectiveness of these programs. This research contributes to the literature on talent-based education by highlighting a more flexible and inclusive culturally rooted approach. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for policymakers and educators in designing an education system that is more adaptive and focused on optimizing students' potential.Keywords: , , , , .

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh work family conflict terhadap profesionalisme melalui stres kerja kepala sekolah di SMK Swasta Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan 36 kepala sekolah SMK Swasta di Kota Malang tahun 2024. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat sejauh mana pengaruh work family conflict dan stres kerja pada sikap profesionalisme kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS4 serta IBM SPSS 24. Hasil menuunjukkan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh secara langsung profesionalisme kepala sekolah, selain itu work family conflcit juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung pada profesionalisme melalui stres kerja kepala sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the PAPAN LUTAS learning media to improve sixth-grade elementary school students' mastery of solar system material. The method used is R&D with the ADDIE model. This media is designed to be flexible, usable anytime and anywhere as a science learning aid. Validation results showed a very high level of suitability: 91% from media experts, 80% from subject matter experts, and 92% from educational experts, with an average of 88%. Student feedback was also very positive, with scores of 96% (small-scale trial) and 99% (large-scale trial), averaging 96%. The use of the LUTAS BOARD improved students' understanding, from a pre-test score of 50% to a post-test score of 83%, an increase of 33%. Thus, the LUTAS BOARD has proven to be effective and highly suitable for science education in elementary schools..

Abstract

Advances in knowledge and technology in the 21st century have extended to the field of higher education, such as the phenomenon of EFL students completing their theses using AI-Tech. Therefore, this unstable condition creates its dilemma for students regarding their actions in using AI-Tech by academic ethics, as it should be in learning activities. As a polemic issue that must be addressed, this study is interested in uncovering and exploring in detail EFL students' perceptions of AI-Tech involvement in thesis completion and the ethical strategies they apply during the writing process. This study utilised a mixed-method approach to fulfil the interests of the research objectives. The subjects in this study were 72 participants from the faculty of literature with majors in English language education and English literature at one of the higher education institutions in East Java, Indonesia. The data results showed that EFL students had positive perceptions towards using AI-Tech and the use of ethical strategies for their thesis completion. This study suggests discussing engagement with skills and learning processes with a broader scope of AI-Tech
