Abstract

The growth of online sales businesses by utilizing E-Commerce is increasing rapidly. One way that can be used as a tool to face competition is to apply Business Intelligence as a basis for making the right business strategy decisions. Indofishing Shop is an online shop selling various fishing gear and equipment. So far, online sales transaction data processing uses Microsoft Excel, which has created problems with the need for more information to analyze product trends. This research applies Business Intelligence to detect data extracted and collected in a data warehouse. The data will be analyzed statistically and visualized using Microsoft Power BI. Data warehouse design uses Kimball's Nine-Step method. The results of this research are in the form of a visualization dashboard that is used to analyze sales trends for the most sold fishing equipment products from the Indofishing Shop. Diagram visualization helps Indofishing understand the trend conditions of the most in-demand products and the cities of origin of the buyers who buy the most products.

Abstract

When the VGG16 model was applied to fish picture classification, the overall accuracy was a remarkable 99%, demonstrating strong performance over most of the dataset. Still, a thorough assessment of the model's efficacy necessitates a look beyond its general accuracy. A more detailed evaluation is possible thanks to class-specific metrics like precision, recall, and F1-score, which provide information on how well the model performs on particular classes. Although the high overall accuracy is encouraging, more research into these metrics and the possibility of class imbalances should be taken into account to guarantee consistent performance in the fish image classification challenge across all categories. A more comprehensive assessment of the model's effectiveness benefits from a contextual knowledge of the application domain and a careful examination of evaluation measures.

Abstract

The increasing use of Generative AI in the field of writing in the academic world creates problems in the field of plagiarism. this problem has prompted an urgent need for plagiarism detection tools. However, not all universities are able to implement a system that is able to detect sentences or paragraphs resulting from generative AI. Recent research seeks to overcome this obstacle using AI itself, specifically through the DetectGPT model. However, the implementation of this technology has limitations, such as requiring large computing resources and quite a long examination time. Using a GPU can speed up the process, but not all users can implement it. Solutions to minimize processing time include using more than one worker, however, scheduling is essential to maximize plagiarism detection efficiency. This research proposes the implementation of the above system with the help of the scheduler. The results obtained in this system prototype are an average waiting time for checking of 457,778 seconds to complete 10 tasks with the help of 3 workers running at the same time.

Abstract

Most enterprises are now using information technology services as their assets to support business objectives. These kind of services are provided by internal service provider (inside enterprise) or external service provider (outside enterprise). To deliver quality information technology services, service provider (which from now on will be called “organization”) either internal or external, must have standard for service management system. At present, the standard that is recognized as best practice for service management system for organization is international standard ISO/IEC 20000:2011. The most important part of this international standard is the first part or ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011-Service Management System Requirement, because it contains 22 for organization processes as requirement to be implemented in organizational environment in order to build, manage and deliver quality service to customer. Assessing organization management processes is the first step to implement ISO/IEC 20000:2011 into the organization management processes. This assessment needs Process Assessment Model (PAM) as assessment instrument. PAM comprises two parts: Process Reference Model (PRM) and Measurement Framework (MF). PRM is built by transforming the 22 process of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and MF is based on ISO/IEC 33020. This assessment instrument was designed to assess the capability of service management process in Divisi Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (Information Systems and Technology Division) as an internal organization of PT Pos Indonesia. The result of this assessment model can be proposed to improve the capability of service management system.

Abstract

Network interference such as overshoot can affect differences in signal quality and strength on cellular networks. Overshoot is a situation where the network power coverage exceeds the initial planning limit, causing users to be served by cells that are further away than the closest cells. This research aims to deal with problems that arise due to overshoot in the East Sawahan area. The research was conducted using the drivetest method in East Sawahan, Padang. The software used is TEMS Pocket for collecting measurement data and TEMS Discovery software for processing drivetest result data. Network performance is seen from the RSRP, SINR and PCI parameters. In this problem, network performance was improved using Atoll software. With the antenna tilting method which was previously 0? increased to 6?, the improvement results show that after making changes to network performance the signal quality meets the results of the KPI standards.

Abstract

Lembah Gumanti Sub-District is one of the sub-districts in Solok Regency where people are on average separated from each other so that they spread out from one another. This is different from people who live in urban areas where they are close to one another. In addition, this area is dominant with hills and trees causing a performance degredation in 2G and 4G network performance. This study aims to find out how the quality of the 2G and 4G network of Telkomsel operators on the causeway in Lembah Gumanti District where data collection is carried out by means of a drive test using Tems pocket. The results showed that for the 2G network on RxLev it still showed poor results while on RxQual it showed good results. While making a call there were also 2 drop calls from 9 call attempts. Meanwhile for the 4G network the RSRP and SINR parameters showed poor results. Therefore, an increase in network performance is needed to increase people's satisfaction in the area.

Abstract

User interfaces play an essential role in computerized systems, especially expert systems, by facilitating communication between the user and the system. In expert systems designed to replicate experts' decision-making skills, the user interface is critical for receiving information from users and enabling effective interaction with the system. Through this interface, users can enter data and then find a solution to a problem. This research aims to create an interface design for an expert system on medicines with local wisdom. This interface design is needed to create an environment in the form of a system to preserve information about medicines with local wisdom. The approach used in designing the interface is a goal-directed design approach, and a heuristic evaluation approach is used to evaluate the design results. The research results are a high-fidelity mockup with good evaluation ratings, where none of the severity ratings obtained from 25 respondents got a score of more than 1. However, there are two aspects with a score close to 1, namely aspect nine with 0,97 severity ratings score and aspect ten with 0,98. Both focus on the absence of a contact menu that users can contact if they have problems using the application they have created. However, this can be minimized by adding information to the instructions menu section, which is already in the initial design.
