Abstract

Competition in business between goods services or commonly known as Sicepat from this port is not well known among the public because to enter the port using E-money and also requires more than one person due to transporting goods that are quite large from the goods down from the ship down to the in the car. This business is quite helpful for people who need goods delivery services because the way to order this service is still through the WhatsApp application and ordering manually. Basically this business helps people who routinely need delivery services because this delivery service business is quite affordable in terms of costs, it is cheaper than other shuttle businesses. And besides the goods delivery service business, it also sells clothing in large quantities to MSMEs or partners. those who cooperate with our business and those who do not cooperate. Provide clothing that is needed or that is being sought.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of quality, facilities, and price on customer satisfaction with Shopee Express delivery among students. The research was conducted using a survey method with a sample of 126  students who had used the Shopee Express delivery service. Data was collected through questionnaires and regression analysis related to the dependence of one variable on another variable (the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Shopee Ekspress freight forwarding service company). The results showed that quality, facilities, and price had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The managerial implication of this research is that companies need to focus on improving the quality, facilities, and price of delivery services to increase customer satisfaction and maintain their market share among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Village Consultative Body in supervising village financial management in Waiheru village, Teluk Ambon Baguala sub-district. The village consultative body has a strategic role in overseeing village funds so that they are not misused. This type of research is qualitative research aimed at knowing BPD supervision based on the problems discussed, namely problems that occur at the research location. The informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while data validity uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time.The results showed that the role of the Village Consultative Body in supervising village finances in Waiheru Village, Teluk Ambon Baguala Subdistrict was not optimal because of the lack of transparency of the village fund budget to the community and seen from the supervision indicators, namely measuring supervision whether in accordance with the initial plan, comparing supervision from the previous plan, and correcting performance if there is an error.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the role of UMKM and the potential of the business sector either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on people's income in Rumah Lengo Village, STM Hulu District and what is the percentage. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the regression results of the primary data processed using SPSS 20, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 9.842 + 0.325 X1 + 0.460 X2 + e. Partially, the MSME role variable (X1) has a significant influence on people's income, as evidenced by the t count > t table (4.125 > 1.988). The variable potential of the business sector (X¬2) has a significant influence on people's income, as evidenced by the t count > t table (5.565 > 1.988). Simultaneously, the role of MSME variables (X1) and the potential of the business sector (X2) have a significant influence on people's income. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (68.444 > 3.10). The MSME role variable (X1) and the potential of the business sector (X2) are able to contribute to the purchasing decision variable by 61.7% while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors provide suggestions to see the potential for MSMEs to have a significant influence, so the community, with the assistance of the Village Government, should further increase the zalacca chip business so that it is more developed. It is hoped that in the future there will be in-depth research conducted by other researchers regarding the variable role of MSMEs and the potential of the business sector on people's income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether discipline and work facilities either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at CV. Serdang Bedagai Group's Romantic Beach and how much influence it has. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression processed using SPSS 20, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 6.666 + 0.185 X1 + 0.636X2 + e. Partially, the discipline variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t count < t table (1.993 < 1.994). The work facility variable (X¬2) has a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the t count > t table (6.429 > 1.994). Simultaneously, the discipline variables (X1) and work facilities (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (39.615 > 3.13). Discipline variables (X1) and work facilities (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the performance variable by 53.1% while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors provide suggestions seeing that there is still a lack of high employee discipline values, this should be a concern of management so that employees can improve discipline so that CV increases. The Serdang Bedagai Romantic Group Beach is more visible. Employee work facilities and tourist facilities that are already quite good are expected to be improved again, so that employee performance and visitor satisfaction will increase. It is hoped that there will be in-depth research in the future by other researchers regarding the variables of discipline and work facilities on performance.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang workers' work discipline, job training, and motivation following the COVID-19 epidemic will be examined in this research. This research explores the impact of three independent factors on employee performance: work motivation (X1), job training (X2), and work discipline (X3) (Y). A sample of 34 surveys was obtained using Solvin from 159 workers. The analytical method is multiple linear regression with t-test, f-test, validity, and reliability. Results research prove significant effect of work discipline of 0.025, job training of 2.042, and work motivation of 2.042 on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang.

Abstract

Now the process of developing information technology is very fast, which allows many companies to take advantage of actual information technology to support the company's business agility. CV. Dewi Bulan is a small and medium business that produces incense or incense. The problems faced by CV. Dewi Bulan is an ineffective business method, her business activities are being registered manually, documents regarding sales, production and purchasing of basic materials are being handwritten on a checklist in the company and bookkeeping is done once a month. These documents cannot be obtained at any time. This problem resulted in negligence in carrying out customer orders. The solution to overcome the above problems is to implement Enterprise Resource Planning, where in reality ERP can automate business realization and the company's business steps. ERP implementation requires technology, namely using Odoo version 11.0. This research principle consists of six stages of the research process, namely, iterature study, data collection, data processing, application modeling, system testing and implementation, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The final step in this study was to conduct a review using the UAT questionnaire and a Likert scale to compare the satisfaction levels of Odoo application users. The results of the questionnaire are favored by the &quot;Satisfied&quot; assessment, this proves that the actual business renewal process implemented can be implemented in CV. Dewi Bulan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Minimizing the accumulation of trucking in the operational field, Informing Trucking Drivers if there is a maximum limit for trucks entering PT IPC Terminal Container Tanjung Priok 2 Ocean Going Area. The method used in the preparation of this research is a qualitative method. the data source used is a secondary data source. In obtaining data and information for this research, it was obtained through direct observation or survey during the Receiving and Delivery process at the Gate In Tanjung Priok 2 Ocean Going Area. The results showed that the Tanjung Priok 2 area, especially Ocean Going (International), experienced an increase or surge in trucking flows at the Buffer Area Gate In and service acceleration in the field. In anticipating this, officers are allowed to carry out Gate opening/closing actions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make every company run a diverse and competitive type of business, for a company to always grow and not lose competitiveness is to handle the company's operations well. The method that the writer uses to analyze the data in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. One important thing that needs to be considered is the inventory or supplies owned by the company. Grand Majesty SPA Company is a business engaged in massage and reflexology. There are various items needed to run the business and of course related to the company's inventory. This paper will discuss how the Grand Majesty SPA Company handles the company's inventory and the implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the company's operations.

Abstract

Analysis of the financial performance of the regional government of Pamekasan Regency in the period 2019 - 2021. Analysis of local government performance can be seen from the financial performance of an area. So to analyze the financial performance of a region by analyzing the financial ratios of the Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) that have been set and have been implemented. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the regional government of Pamekasan Regency in the period 2019 - 2021. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, so the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative using ratio analysis method. The results of the study show that the use of the regional government revenue budget for the Pamekasan district, seen from the analysis of the variance of the revenue budget for the 2019 - 2021 fiscal year based on the budget realization report, produces a positive balance value, meaning that the financial performance of local government revenues can be said to be good. So that the financial performance indicates that it has been able to obtain revenue in excess of the budgeted amount. The degree of decentralization that has occurred in Pamekasan district is relatively low so that financial dependence on the central government is relatively high. Meanwhile, in terms of the effectiveness ratio of PAD receipts in Pamekasan district, it can be concluded that during the 2019 - 2021 period it has been categorized as very effective because the PAD revenue target has exceeded the previous target.
