Abstract

This study aims to find out how the sales strategy of heavy equipment spare parts is. The location of this research was carried out at PT Traktor Nusantara Medan Branch which is located on Medan-Pematang Siantar road no.km.11, Amplas kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra 2014.9. The data collection methods used are the library method and the field method. The data sources in this study basically use two types of data, namely; primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the sales strategy of PT Traktor Nusantara Medan branch was quite good, but it would be better if given a little innovation to attract new buyers.

Abstract

In contemporary business, the problem of depositing capital in banking institutions with various systems is usually through a system of savings, current accounts, and deposits. The marketing strategy in selling the products used by the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Batang Toru, especially the wadiah savings product, is generally the same as the marketing strategy of other banks, except that the Sharia Bank KCP Batang Toru has its own value. The bank has an approach to customers, both religious and emotional approaches where customers see that Islamic banks are banking financial institutions whose operations and products are developed based on the Qur'an and Hadith. What is the marketing strategy for the products of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batang Toru? What are the obstacles faced by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batang Toru in marketing? How do customers increase their wadiah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batang Toru? The aim is to find out how the marketing strategy of wadiah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batang Toru. To find out what are the obstacles faced by the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Batang Toru in carrying out marketing strategies. To find out how to increase customers towards wadiah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia at KCP Batang Toru. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method to describe or explain the state of the object of wadiah savings in the marketing strategy. Researchers can conclude that the sequence of strategies that have the most opportunity to get customers is to use the cross selling model, distribute brochures (manual or telemarketing) to existing and WIC customers, introduce wafiah savings products through the BSI mobile application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Government's Internal Control System in Achieving Accountability in the Investment and One Stop Service Office of North Sumatra Province. Government Internal Control System (SPIP) is very important. This is an inherent responsibility of the Head of Regional Apparatus. The Government's Internal Control System is an integral process for actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all employees to provide adequate confidence in the achievement of organizational goals through effective and efficient activities, reliability of financial reporting, safeguarding State assets, and compliance with regulations. legislation. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, this research was carried out at the Office of the One Stop Investment and Licensing Service Office of North Sumatra Province with data sources in the form of library research and field research consisting of observations, interviews and research. document. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative methods to describe and analyze a situation based on facts in order to obtain a complete picture of the implementation of the government's internal control system in realizing accountability in the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This journal aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is qualitative and data collection techniques through the apprenticeship process, observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of the performance of the Provincial Planning Development Agency office employees is in the effective category, this proves that Bappeda Provsu employees have been able to carry out responsibilities, foster good cooperation and can provide good administrative services.

Abstract

Based on information from the LKPP website, the procurement of goods and services through electronic catalogs has reached a total transaction of Rp. 15 trillion in 2015. This is because the number and types of goods and services in the electronic catalog have reached more than 40,000 products and are targeted for 2019 to reach 225,000 products. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (doing business under the name Pelindo) is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in logistics, particularly port management and development. Currently, the company operates 94 ports located in 32 provinces in Indonesia. From West Sumatra to West Java, Pelindo has become one of the strategic SOEs where all managed ports have a significant position in the transportation of international trade networks based on sea transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the role of Building Permit (IMB) levies on increasing Medan City Original Revenue 2018-2021. The research approach in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely conducting an in-depth study of the effectiveness of IMB Retribution Receipts based on facts. Primary data was taken through direct observation from observed sources and recorded for the first time at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. Secondary data are summarized from records and documents, as well as archives at the Medan City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the acceptance of the Medan City Building Permit Retribution (IMB) from 2018 to 2021 has increased every year. In 2018 the effectiveness of IMB receipts was 17.5%, and experienced a continuous increase until 2021 the effectiveness of IMB receipts was 130%. Meanwhile, the contribution of building construction permit levies (IMB) to local revenue (PAD) in Medan City is relatively small. So that the efforts made by the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office need to be further improved.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises are one of the main pillars of the national economy that must o tain the main opportunity, support, protection, and development as widely as possi le as a form of firm alignment with people's economic usiness groups, without neglecting the role of large usinesses and State-Owned Enterprises. One of the o stacles in developing micro-enterprises is limited capital and limited access to sources of capital. This research is a case study of micro usiness group capital assistance y the Department of Cooperativen andnSMEs, Mandailing Natal Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences in capital, sales turnover, and profits of micro usinesses that receive capital assistance. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The population in this study is a mem er of the group of micro usiness actors (KPUM) in Panya ungan Kota District who received capital assistance amounting to 30 people. This study shows that capital assistance from the Cooperatives and UKM Service can help micro-enterprises in Panya ungan District to increase capital, sales turnover, and profits, which refers to the varia les of capital differences, sales turnover, and profits after seeing efore and after o taining a loan. This means that the government's loan program through loan provisions can help develop micro-enterprises.

Abstract

Sosial Service is an element of the implementation of government affairs which is the authority of the region. The Sosial Service who is under and responsible to the regent through the regional secretary. The Sosial Service has the task of assisting the regent in carrying out government affairs which are the authority of the region and the assistance tasks given to the region in the sosial sector. The office of social affairs and public services in the fields of social rehabilitation and social protection guarantees, social empowerment and handling the poor. With the number of abandoned street children in the city of medan, the role of the social service is very much needed in the context of child rehabilitation for street children. This study aims to determine how the role of the social service in fostering street children in the city of medan. Abstract

Pension is an old age guarantee and is a reward for Civil Servants who have served the State for many years. This study was conducted to determine whether the services provided when paying civil servant pension funds were effective. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, and the technique of collecting data is observation or direct observation to the research location, conducting interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the service provided by PT. Pos Indonesia Kcp Perbaungan is good but not effective enough. This is because there are several components that are still lacking but are not the most important, such as the absence of queue numbers and office equipment which sometimes experience machine problems. With this research, it is hoped that the company will be able to meet the existing deficiencies in order to achieve effectiveness in service.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is one of the consumptive financing for purchasing necessities such as buying vehicles, building houses, and renovating houses. The payment is from a permanent salary source or employees such as civil servants, which every month will be deducted directly from the salary. And the contract used is in accordance with customer needs. This research is studied to find out whether this murabahah financing product can attract a large number of customers, considering that Indonesia is a country where the majority are Muslims. By using a marketing mix strategy, in the marketing mix theory proposed by Ali Hasan, there are 4 marketing strategies that must be applied by banks in order to attract prospective customers to take murabahah financing products. The 4P marketing mix strategy includes product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. By analyzing using SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the marketing mix strategy used is very influential on the addition of multipurpose financing customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Stabat.
