Abstract

Covid-19 has paralyzed the economic sector, both small, medium and large scale businesses. Therefore, it takes awareness of all parties, to be able to collaborate with each other in strengthening economic activities. This service is carried out as a form of contribution to the world of education to the problems faced by the community. Service activities focus on providing digital marketing knowledge, as an alternative for MSME businesses in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic. The method of activity is in the form of training and mentoring, how to use the WhatsApp digital application for business activities. PKM activities are carried out on MSME business actors in the city of Depok. The result of this activity is knowledge in utilizing digital applications as a means of marketing MSMEs during the pandemic. Then, this activity helps MSME actors to market their products digitally through the use of the WhatsApp application.

Abstract

The difficult situation during the pandemic has made the domestic economic situation chaotic, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. This service activity is a form of concern for the world of education towards environmental conditions, especially during the pandemic. Service activities are carried out at the BSD modern market, South Tangerang. The activity method is carried out by means of digital marketing training for small and medium business actors in the BSD modern market. In addition, the participants were invited to practice creating digital stores in various domestic marketplaces. Then also taught about how to make sales internationally through the ebay, alibaba, and amazon marketplaces. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of small and medium businesses in the modern market of BSD in marketing their products online. Then help open a digital store, so they can sell their products online.

Abstract

Human resource management that is not carried out in an organized manner will certainly be a problem in businesses run by MSMEs. Human resource development needs to be carried out to increase effectiveness in MSME activities, one of the alternative HR management during the pandemic that can provide added value so that it is beneficial for MSME activities themselves. One of the developments that can be done is to add competence between one part and another or cross training. Seeing the problems faced, the steps taken to achieve the goals and objectives of this activity, an approach was held to related institutions, namely the community of MSME actors through workshops and socialization and training in the form of explanations on the application of management knowledge in financial technology-based financial management in efforts and strategies to realize MSMEs are prosperous and independent. After the cross training, the percentage of participants with more than one skill increased to 70%. Through the addition of the skills of MSME participants, it was found that the daily output increased by 70 to 80 packs per day. However, based on the questionnaire, it can be seen that there are skills that cannot be developed only through the cross training method. The general purpose of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge of human resource management in improving skills among employees which has an impact on increasing the profits of MSMEs who are members of the West Java Champion MSMEs. The method used is a survey method and delivery of materials online and offline as well as simulations and discussions on human resource management. The conclusion of this community service is that there will be assistance in human resource management in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in an effort to realize the welfare of the people of Depok City, especially the MSME activist community.

Abstract

Covid 19 is a health disaster that has hit the whole world, so that response actions are needed from all parties, to be able to take care of themselves, one of which is by socializing healthy movements through proper hand washing, based on WHO standards. This service activity is carried out in the midst of community groups who are members of the Leaf Salam Farmer Women's Group - RW 018 Pondok Benda, South Tangerang. This PKM activity is a form of real contribution from academics in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic situation, by providing training on hand washing with WHO standards. The method of activity is carried out through the method of explanation, practice, and discussion. During the activity, all the material was conveyed well, and can be followed by all activity participants. Thus, this activity can add insight and knowledge of the community, especially in the Leaf Salam Farmer Women's Group (KWT) - RW 018 Pondok Benda about preventing covid 19 through proper hand washing.

Abstract

This service is entitled Socialization of Financial Literacy in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic to the Garri MSMEs in South Tangerang, Banten. The general objective of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge of financial management which has an impact on the welfare of the community. The method used is a survey method and direct material delivery as well as simulations and discussions on management, financial management, increasing income and online loans that have an impact on the welfare of the community. The conclusion of this community service is that there will be assistance in management in financial management. The socialization was carried out by after the presenters explained the concept of family financial management accompanied by examples of financial calculations in the family, the participants were able to understand well, at which time the participants were able to make cash flow for their respective families' finances and were able to manage it well. . The training participants have been able to properly manage and manage family finances during the Covid-19 pandemic according to the theory.

Abstract

Today's in digital era, all sectors use technology to develop production and increase sales, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. But in fact, many obstacles are faced, for example, existing human resources cannot use technology and information, the high cost of technology procurement, lack of references, and so on. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide additional knowledge to MSME actors in the South Tangerang Buaran Exit, about the use of digital marketing and digital markets, so that they can overcome the problem of declining sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of service activities is carried out by explaining the material and sharing experiences. In practice, exposure activities are carried out by displaying material in the form of slideshows, pictures, and videos. Meanwhile, the experience sharing session was carried out by showing directly how to do digital marketing in the digital market, such as how to register and open a digital store at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and so on. Then it is also explained, how to get competitive products from the marketplace. This activity was held for three days, Tuesday 05 October 2021 to 07 October 2021. Argumentatively the results of this activity became a reference for the participants on how to do business in the digital era. So that the participants gain knowledge, which makes them aware of the importance of adapting. In addition, this activity spurred the spirit of doing business with a new model, namely further optimizing online sales in the digital market.

Abstract

Financial governance in business activities is a necessity, whether small, medium or large scale businesses. Managed business finances can help improve sales performance and key business units. In financial management, actual information is obtained and is connected to various business interests, especially income/wealth. Against this background, this service activity aims to share knowledge and ways to manage business finances, so that they can strengthen the business they are doing. The method used in this activity is explanation and practice. The participants of the service activity are MSME business actors in the Rangkasbitung District, Lebak-Banten. The number of participants was 25 people, consisting of women and men. The results of the activities are in the form of knowledge provision and applications for making financial reports. The participants were also taught starting from the early stages, namely from the stages of making transaction journals, posting, recapitulation, making financial reports, and making infographics.

Abstract

The presence of the digital market provides fresh air for small and medium businesses. The reason is, if they are able to take advantage of this, they can reach many consumers throughout Indonesia. However, it takes knowledge and skills in digital marketing, namely the ability to open an online store, create advertisements, promotions, and use social media. Based on this phenomenon, this service activity is carried out to be able to provide briefing to small and medium business actors on how to make sales online with relevant strategies. The activity method consists of two things, the first is theoretical (lectures) and the second is in the form of training. This activity is carried out on micro-enterprises in the South Tangerang city area under the guidance of the Cooperatives Service. The results of the activity are technical explanations and also practices about creating online stores, searching for products from international market places, placing paid advertisements on social media and digital markets, creating organic promotional content on social media, and creating unique keywords as store search engines. The existence of this activity provides information that the market is very wide and can be reached through digital articles, and all that is needed is knowledge about digital marketing.

Abstract

Generally, the foundation's financial reports are made in a simple form, this is in accordance with the existing financial conditions. However, the government has made guidelines regarding lean reporting models. It is intended that financial reports can be useful information for interested parties in making decisions. For this reason, this service activity is carried out, as a form of education's contribution to society. The method of activity is carried out by means of lectures and training. The training participants are financial employees from foundations in the Pamulang area, South Tangerang. The results of this activity are in the form of explanations and provision of training on making standardized foundation financial reports. In this activity, the participants gained knowledge about the basic concepts of accounting and also an understanding of the benefits of standardized financial reports, as well as received training in preparing good financial reports.

Abstract

The pandemic has weakened business activities in all sectors, both domestically and globally. The impact of this decline was an economic contraction and high inflation. These conditions exacerbate the situation, which makes economic activities especially in the MSME sector even more difficult. However, the presence of the online market is a new hope for this problem. Where business actors can still sell their products, because the reach of the online market is very wide, even overseas. This is an opportunity that needs to be responded to with digital marketing knowledge and skills. Therefore, community service activities are carried out, as one of the efforts to encourage increased sales of handicraft products in the Aceh region. Participants in this activity consisted of all layers of handicraft business actors, totaling 50 people. The method used in this activity is training and mentoring. In this activity, the participants were provided with theoretical knowledge related to online markets and digital marketing, then were taught directly how to create online stores in various major marketplaces in Indonesia, and were further guided how to create advertisements and place advertisements on social media and Google. During the activity, the participants followed closely and enthusiastically, there were even some business actors who were also given assistance in creating a business entity CV.
