Abstract

The research method used in this study is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a proportionate stratified random sampling type, obtaining a sample of 127 respondents who are MSMEs. Then the analysis used in this study is path analysis. The results of the study show that the picture for financial literacy, e-commerce literacy, and performance of culinary MSMEs in Sukaharja Village is considered good. The correlation between Financial Literacy and E-Commerce Literacy has a strong relationship of 0.874. There is a partial influence of Financial Literacy on Business Performance of 31.89%. There is a partial influence of E-Commerce Literacy on Business Performance of 59.12%. There is a simultaneous influence of Financial Literacy and E-Commerce Literacy on Business Performance of Culinary MSMEs in Sukaharja Village of 91.01% while the remaining 8.99% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues has encouraged companies to implement digital marketing strategies oriented toward sustainability. The main problem addressed in this study is how companies can utilize digital strategies to build environmentally friendly brands. The objective of this study is to explore the selection of appropriate digital channels, the creation of content that supports sustainability values, and the measurement of campaign impact on brand image. The benefit of this research is to provide insights for companies in developing marketing strategies that are not only effective for business but also environmentally responsible. The findings show that sustainable digital marketing, when carried out authentically and measurably, can enhance consumer engagement and strengthen brand positioning in a market that is increasingly concerned with sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison before and after the Covid-19 pandemic on banking financial performance, particularly at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk, to evaluate RGEC (Risk Profile, Governance, Earnings, and Capital) as assessment indicators. This research uses a quantitative analysis method on PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk's financial reports, with data sourced from the 2019-2023 Annual Report of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk. The research results show that before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, in the Risk Profile analysis, the NPL in 2020 was 4.3%, categorized as Healthy credit. The LDR in 2019 was 91.5%, categorized as Fairly Healthy credit. In the Governance analysis, KI in 2023 was criticized as a Very Low credit with a rate of 2.68%. Meanwhile, the PDKI in 2019, 2021, and 2022 maintained the same value of 1.75%. In the Earnings analysis, the NIM consistently obtained a value of 4, indicating that the company's income condition faces quite a significant problem. The BOPO reached its highest value in 2020 at 93.3%, indicating that income is not yet efficient. In the Capital analysis, the CAR in 2020 experienced a very low value compared to other years, with a rate of 15.7%.

Abstract

This Research is a type of quantitative research, namely research that uses data in the form of number analyzed using statistic analysis. This study aims to determine the influence of free shipping, live streaming, and affiliate marketing on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce in Bogor Regency. The variables of Free Shipping, Live Streaming, and Affiliate toward the purchase decision resulted in an F calculated value of 21.724 with an F table value of 2.14. Therefore, 21.724 ≥ 2.14 and the significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. The coefficient of determination shows the extent of the role or contribution of the independent variables, namely Free Shipping, Live Streaming, and Affiliate, in explaining the dependent variable, Purchase Decision, at 38.6%. The remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

In recruiting employees, Sheraton Hotel has specific criteria that candidates must meet. These criteria include the requirement to undergo two assessments and several other recruitment sessions to ensure that the hired workforce aligns with the values of hotel service. The high standards and multiple selection stages can result in a shortage of applicants who meet all the criteria, thereby prolonging the recruitment process. The expected benefit is effective recruitment. In an effective recruitment process, the more applicants there are, the more selective the company can be. This study aims to analyze the recruitment process carried out by the human resource department at Sheraton Hotel Bandung, with the goal of understanding and improving this recruitment process are: a). To determine the recruitment system used by hotel sheraton bandung. b). To understand the employee recruitment process applied at hotel sheraton bandung. Using qualitative methods and data collection through interviews, observations, and document reviews. This results in qualitative data in the form of written and spoken words from the interviewees. The results of the research indicate that the recruitment process still does not yield satisfactory outputs, such as errors that may be made by applicants or hr. Factors include applicants' lack of diligence in applying. The solution to this case is to identify the problems faced when applying through web-based job vacancy platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how social variables, such as reference group, family, and social roles & status, as well as cultural elements, including cultural and subcultural influences, affect the purchasing decision of the product Ice Tea Ribbon Edge at the University of Singapore (UNSIKA. The study utilizes primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to students of UNSIKA and the general population. The research findings indicate that social elements, including reference groups, families, as well as social roles and status, exert a substantial impact on the purchasing choice of the goods. These findings suggest that marketers must now include social and cultural variables as essential elements in developing successful marketing strategies to boost sales of UNSIKA's Ice Tea Ribbon products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine consumer purchasing decisions for traditional wet cakes at the Cialih Sukajadi micro-enterprise, Bogor City. Research data collection was carried out using a digital questionnaire technique, namely through a closed Google Form which was distributed to 100 respondents who were shown to consumers of Cialih Sukajadi and its surroundings. (1) The results of the F test research show that the independent variables (product, price, promotion and location) have a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (purchasing decision), seen from the significant value below 0.1 and the calculated F value 13.788 > F table 2, 00. (2) As well as the results of the t-test calculation, where the location variable obtained a t-count of 3.491, so it can be said that the location variable is the variable that most influences the purchasing decision variable for traditional Cialih Sukajadi wet cakes, Bogor City. (3) The coefficient of determination (adjusted R) is 0.341, which means that the marketing mix can be explained by a model with independent variables (product, price, promotion and location) of 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is explained by other factors outside the variables. researched.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and explain service innovation, business capital, and MSME performance, as well as the influence of both on business performance. Using the Taro Yamane formula with a 5% confidence level, a sample of 114 MSMEs was obtained from the 159 MSMEs. This quantitative research employs multiple regression analysis with the help of Excel and SPSS23 for descriptive and verification analysis. The results indicate a partial and simultaneous influence between service innovation (X1), business capital (X2), and business performance (Y). Service innovation has an average value of 339 (moderately agree), indicating that the MSMEs in Sukaharja Village generally understand the importance of innovation in enhancing service quality. Business capital has an average value of 320 (moderately agree), indicating an adequate understanding of the importance of sufficient capital to run a business. Business performance also falls under the criteria of "moderately agree" with an average value of 325, showing that the MSMEs in this village generally achieve varying levels of success. Overall, they show significant performance improvement, although there is still room for further enhancement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling method in this study is by purposive sampling method totaling 11 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the help of eviews9 software. The results of this study show that partially the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over have no significant effect on stock prices, while the Return On Asset variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous study showed that the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset had an effect and were significant on the stock price of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the company’s financial performance of BUMN companies in the construction sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period based on financial ratios, supported by vertical and horizontal analysis. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The results of the research show that: 1) Based on the ratio analysis, CR results ranked 1st is WIKA, Followed by PTPP, ADHI, and WSKT. NPM results ranked 1st is WIKA, followed by PTPP, ADHI, and WSKT. DAR results ranked 1st is PTPP, followed by WIKA, WSKT, and ADHI. TATO results ranked 1st is ADHI, followed by PTPP, WIKA, and WSKT. 2) Based on the vertical analysis on the statement of financial position, ranked 1st is ADHI, followed by WIKA, PTPP, and WSKT. While based on the vertical analysis on the income statement, ranked 1st is WIKA, followed by PTPP, ADHI and WSKT. 3) Based on the horizontal analysis on the statement of financial position, ranked 1st is ADHI, followed by WIKA, PTPP, and WSKT. While based on the horizontal analysis on the income statement, ranked 1st is ADHI, followed by WWIKA, PTPP, and WSKT.
