Abstract

The data analysis technique uses financial ratio analysis which includes liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios. The results showed that the financial performance of PT Sentul City Tbk for the 2014-2018 period tended to be in bad shape. Based on the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio) it is stated that it is not good because the ratio value is below the industry average standard. Based on the Profitability Ratio Net Profit Margin is declared good because the ratio value is above the industry average standard, while the Return on Equity is declared not good because the ratio value is below the industry average standard. Based on the Solvency Ratio (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio) it is declared good because the ratio value is below the industry average standard. Based on the ratio of activities (Fixed Assets Turn Over and Total Assets Turn Over) it is declared not good because the ratio value is below the industry average standard.

Abstract

Founded in 2009, at that time Gphoto was still called Arppegiano Photography, started as a hobby that needed financial support to keep going, finally choosing the wedding photography genre that was considered the most profitable in the short term. From 2009 to 2015, Arppegiano Photography still only relied on word of mouth sales, from acquaintances and partners of bridal makeup vendors, at that time sales were still small, and insignificant. The type of research used in this research is causal research. In this study, the purpose of the causal study is to provide an explanation of the influence of digital marketing on the decision to purchase Gphoto services. The partial test (t-test) shows that the Instagram digital marketing variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Gphoto services, because the t-count value is greater than t-table. The partial test (t-test) shows that Facebook's digital marketing variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Gphoto services. Because the value of t count is smaller than t table. The partial test (t-test) shows that the Whatsapp digital marketing variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Gphoto services, because the t-count value is greater than t-table. Simultaneously, Instagram digital marketing, Facebook digital marketing, Whatsapp digital marketing have a significant effect on service purchase decisions.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how working capital, liquidity, and leverage affect the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working capital, liquidity and leverage on the profitability of the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. I. The number of samples in 11 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange through IDX in 2015 – 2019. Data on Working Capital, current ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Return (DAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) were obtained from IDX which is a website from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To determine the effect of work model, liquidity, and leverage on profitability using panel data. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Working Capital, CR, and DAR on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. This research is useful for companies as consideration for determining policies, especially policies to maintain company profitability. For other researchers, it can be used as additional literature and a reference for researchers with the same theme. From this research, it can be seen that working capital, liquidity, and leverage are significantly related to the profitability of the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The marketing strategy helps the company maintain its market share by using a credit sales policy so that accounts receivable arise which often experience problems in terms of disbursing units from leasing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach because this research is not clear and there is no suitable data about the problem being studied. This research was conducted directly at PT.Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints on disbursement of repayments through the Brainstorming method, then the results of the causes of these problems were searched based on the data and facts available at PT.Victory Cipta Makmur Sukahati Branch, then an analysis was carried out using the Seven Tools For Quality Control analysis tool, in which this research using 3 analyzes,namely checksheets,Pareto diagrams,and fishbone diagrams. From the results of the study, it was concluded that internal control was less effective as seen from the final results of the fishbone diagram which explained the human factor in carrying out the billing process that was not in accordance with the company's SOP. There are suggestions for good corrective actions to control in the form of further checking on billing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price partially and simultaneously on Purchase Decision and the factor which has the most dominant effect on Purchase Decision of Honda Brio Car in Honda Internusa Cibinong. This populations are consumers who buy and have ever bought a Honda Brio car with samples of 100 people. In this research the technique used is questionnaire method by questionnaire or distributing list of questions to respondents. The analysis method used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v23 application program. From the research results it is obtained that the formed regression equation is Y = 6,780+0,120X1+0,427X2+0,228X3. Partially each variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the t count > t table and the significance value is < 0,1. Whereas simultaneously variable (Product Quality, Brand Image and Price) has an effect on the purchase decision because the F count is 14,962 > F table 2,14 and the significance score is 0,000. From the determination coefficient test results the Adjusted R square value obtained is 0,297 (29%), where the rest 71% is affected by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are knowing the condition of the service quality of the operational car driver for the employees of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), this is to find out how employees are satisfied with the operational car driver service at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and to find out the gap analysis of employee satisfaction with operational car driver services at PT Sarana Multi Infrasrtuktur (Persero). The results of the analysis show that the variables that satisfy consumers are 1). Tangible variable in the second question, namely the physical condition of the vehicle being driven by the driver according to the request. 2). The variable reliability (reliability) in the first question is the skill of the driver (driver) in driving operational vehicles. 3) Variable assurance (assurance) in the second question, namely, the driver of the operational car provides a sense of security in service to employees. the company has provided the best service, therefore the company must maintain the above variables. The variable that has not satisfied consumers is the variable reliability (reability) in the second question, namely the question of Timeliness in picking up and delivering employees and variable assurance (assurance) on the first question Driver (driver) Provides safety assurance in serving employees.

Abstract

In an increasingly sophisticated era, the development of technology has made major changes in the business world. One of them is on social media which is increasingly developing and facilitating communication. Communication in business is very important. So it is necessary to achieve the existing conveniences and need to be used as well as possible. This form of utilization can be accepted by MSME actors in Indonesia, especially MSMEs in Jombang District. By using the interview method to thoroughly discuss the use of social media in their business, and using supporting questions, the results of the study show that the use of social media can be made to facilitate media promotion, so as to improve the development of MSMEs themselves. The sales rate is getting faster and automatically increases in other aspects of the business. The increase that occurred has made MSME players feel benefited and facilitated by the current sophistication of technology. The positive benefits obtained by MSME players are expanding market networks, facilitating interaction with consumers, and increasing product sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine differences in consumer perceptions of Honda and Yamaha brand motorcycles. Data were collected by survey technique to 100 students of STIE Dewantara who used automatic motorcycles from Honda and Yamaha in 2013 and above. The results obtained from this study: (1) the score on the test of the greater difference in average Honda motorcycles compared to Yamaha; (2) there are 4 differences in variables between groups, product variables, location and promotion making the reason for consumers to decide to buy a Honda motorcycle while for consumer price variables prefer to buy a Yamaha motorcycle; (3) There are differences in behavior between Honda and Yamaha motorcycle users because they have a sig <0.1 value in the Entered / Removed Variables table; (4) Dependent variable (Y) can be explained by all independent variables (product, price, location and promotion) of 75.34%, which means that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable (Y) of purchasing decisions; (5) Honda motorcycles have a positive sign (+) with independent variables (product, location and promotion) while Yamaha motorbikes have a negative sign (-) with independent variables (price); (6) The discriminant model is suitable to be used and is able to classify it properly for discriminant analysis in this study because it obtained a high accuracy rate of 96%.

Abstract

Theoretically the IPO decision gained a big influence in improving the company's condition and improving financial performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial health. PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk before and after the IPO was measured using a financial ratio and assessed based on the Minister of BUMN Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU /2002. The results of this study are, measured by indicators of ROE ratio, ROI, collection periods and total asset turnover, it can be said that the IPO phenomenon does not have a sufficiently good impact on the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. While in the period after the IPO it can be said that the phenomenon of the IPO has a good impact on the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk if measured by indicators of the ratio of cash ratios, current ratios, inventory turnover and TMS to TA. Based on BUMIN Ministerial Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 on the financial aspects of PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk, the soundness of financial performance in the period before and after the IPO can be said to be healthy with the same assessment of A. But when viewed from the total average weighted assessment, in the period before the IPO the value was better at 55.25 compared to the total average weighted valuation after the IPO period which was 51.16.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inherent work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees at the Bogor District Secretariat Office. In this studyhe sampling was done by the saturation sampling method that is the number of samples equal to the total population of 95 employees. The results showed that the results of the partial hypothesis test showed that the work discipline and inherent supervision variables had a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the Bogor Regency Secretariat staff where the t value of each variable was greater than the t table value. Simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained P value of 10,793 with a value of Siq.0,000 <0.05. This proves that simultaneous work discipline and inherent supervision have a positive and significant influence on the work effectiveness of Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat staff. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R square value of 0.372 or 37.2%. This shows that work discipline and inherent supervision contribute to the work effectiveness of Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat employees by 37.2% while the remaining 62.8%, employee work effectiveness is influenced by other factors in the study.
