Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk which was examined based on analysis using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method during 2014 – 2018 period. Quantitative approach was used and the study population is also a sample of research is the financial statements of the last five years (2014-2018). Data collection is done by taking documentation from the official website and then analyzed using the EVA method which consists of NOPAT analysis, Invested Capital, WACC, Capital Charges. The results showed that Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT. Blue Bird Tbk in the 2014-2018 period got EVA value < 0 meaning that the company could not create economic value added. This happened because the level of capital costs is higher than the rate of return on operating profits of the company due to new competitors in the form of online transportation.

Abstract

Teenagers are potential consumers for skin care products such as hand body lotion because in their teens they want to try new things. Seeing this phenomenon, the manufacturers of skin care products competing to captivate the hearts of consumers by growing a positive brand image to adolescents, causing interest in buying hand body lotion. Based on this, a hypothesis emerged that students tend to be interested in buying hand body lotion from brands with positive images. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the relationship between brand image and buying interest at students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City. The method used is quantitative by using SPSS version 12.0 and the method of data collection by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to students of Cipocok Jaya Serang City with 123 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. The data analysis used a bivariate correlation analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test so that the results show that there is a positive relationship between brand image and buying interest in Class XI students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City, this is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient of brand image with buying interest (r) equal to 0.332 and p = 0,000 with p <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the Bogor Regency SAMSAT service on community satisfaction, then to know the level of expectation of the Bogor Regency SAMSAT service based on public opinion, and the last is to determine the level of disparity between performance and expectations of the Bogor Regency SAMSAT service. The population in this study were the taxpayers at SAMSAT Bogor Regency with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys and questionnaires, while for data analysis using the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software and SPSS version 22 to test, namely, validity tests, reliability tests, Service Quality (SQ), Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis. (IPA). The results showed that the index value of community satisfaction with the quality of service at SAMSAT Bogor Regency is currently 81.50%, which means that consumers are quite satisfied with the service system administration manunggal one atap Bogor Regency are not considered optimal overall, as for the most important expectations for the community is in the cleanliness and safety of the environment while the low level is in the discipline of officers so that the three factors must be improved and improved, all indicators of service quality get a negative gap.

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, and tax services on individual taxpayer compliance at the Pratama Cileungsi tax service office, Bogor regency. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer. This research used Accidental Sampling technique, amounting to 100 samples. The results showed that tax sanctions had a significant effect on the level of compliance. The results of the t test on the tax sanctions variable (X2) obtained t count of 5.505. The t test result for the tax sanction variable was 5.505> 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.5. The results of the value of Fcount> Ftable or 13.615> 2.36 collectively, the taxpayer awareness variable, tax sanctions and, tax services have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Linear regression test results obtained Y = 15.072 + 0.030 X1 + 0.607 X2 + 0.030 X3 + e. The result of the coefficient of determination test shows that the R Square value is 29.8 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how consumers' perceptions of the marketing mix of fresh beef products at Warung Pangan Sehat. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained is 100 respondents. And data analysis techniques using the tools SPSS and WMS.Based on the results of the analysis discussion using the Weight Mean Score (WMS). The results of the assessment of the condition of each variable, namely the criterion product variable are very good with an average value of 3.48, the criteria promotion variable is very good with an average value of 3.42, the criteria price variable is very good with an average value of 3.35, the location variable very good criteria with an average value of 3.31. The highest average interpretation value is on the product variable with a value of 3.48 which is in the very good interpretation criteria. Consumers have perception that fresh beef products at Warung Pangan Sehat are very good. While the lowest average interpretation value is on the location variable with a value of 3.31 which means that the interpretation is very good. Consumers have a perception that the location of Warung Pangan Sehat is still accessible to consumers. The average interpretation value of all indicators is 3.39 which means very good. Overall, consumer perceptions of fresh beef products and promotions carried out are very good, the prices offered and the locations of Warung Pangan Sehat are affordable to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Development of Culinary SMEs through a Business Model Innovation (BMI) approach in Bogor City. The population used in this study consists of all culinary SMEs located in Bogor City. The research location is in Bogor City, covering 5 districts, with samples taken from each district. This study is an associative causal research using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The test results show that business model resources have a positive and significant effect on business model policy in SMEs in Bogor City. Business model resources have a positive and significant effect on innovation in SMEs in Bogor City. Business model strategy has a positive and significant effect on business model policy in SMEs in Bogor City. Business model strategy has a positive and significant effect on innovation in SMEs in Bogor City. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on performance in SMEs in Bogor City. Business model policies have a positive and significant effect on performance in SMEs in Bogor City.

Abstract

Startups have become the driving force behind digital economic innovation in the era of disruption. The success of a startup is not solely determined by technological advantages, capital availability, or market opportunities, but by the quality of leadership capable of managing uncertainty, fostering organizational agility, and instilling a vibrant culture of innovation. This article develops a conceptual and empirical study on the relationship between dynamic leadership, organizational agility, and innovation culture in startup success, integrating data and reflections from both the Indonesian and global contexts. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and cross-case analysis of Gojek, Tokopedia, Traveloka, as well as Tesla and Zoom as global comparatives, the research finds that dynamic leadership serves as a key catalyst in building organizational adaptive capacity. The results show that innovation culture acts as a mediator, strengthening the impact of dynamic leadership on startup success through enhanced organizational agilityd.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analysing the financial performance of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (stock code ELTY) and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (stock code WIKA) for the period 2019-2023 based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios in the years 2019-2023. Data analysis was conducted by calculating financial ratios, analysing, comparing, and performing verification. The results of this study show that: (1) The liquidity ratio of ELTY increased, which indicates that the company's financial performance is in good condition, whereas the liquidity ratio of WIKA decreased, indicating that the company's financial performance is less favourable; (2) The solvency ratio of ELTY decreased, indicating that the company's financial performance is in good condition, whereas the solvency ratio of WIKA increased, indicating that the company's financial performance is less favourable; (3) The activity ratio of ELTY increased, which means the company's financial performance is currently good, unlike WIKA's activity ratio, which decreased, indicating that the company's financial performance is currently less favourable; and (4) The profitability ratios of both ELTY and WIKA show similarities, as both decreased, indicating that the company's financial performance is currently less favourable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopee Live Streaming (including interaction, real-time, and promotional tools) on purchasing decisions at the Radja Cell Counter in Bojonggede, Bogor Regency. The results of this study indicate that all variables, namely interaction, real time, and promotional tools simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with Fcount> Ftable (18.796> 2.14) with a significance level of 0.001 <0.10. Then the results of the hypothesis test show that the real time variable has a significant and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a Tcount value of 4.645> Ttable value of 1.660 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.10. Then the promotional tool variable has a significant and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a Tcount value of 2.736> Ttable value of 1.660 with a significance value of 0.007 <0.10. And finally, the interaction variable does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a Tcount value of 1.080 <Ttable value of 1.660 with a significance of 0.283 <0.10. Based on this study, the most dominant or most influential variable is the Real Time variable. This can be seen in the results of multiple linear regression analysis where the Real Time variable has the largest coefficient, namely 1.419.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods of interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The analysis was conducted using the Fishbone Diagram method and simple weighting. The results of the study indicate that the main causes of the failure of illegal parking management include the lack of official parking spaces, weak supervision and law enforcement, suboptimal inter-agency coordination, and resistance from the community and surrounding businesses. Fishbone analysis and simple weighting analysis revealed that there are three main problems that cause the failure of illegal parking management at Pakansari Stadium. The three main causes are as follows: 1) The parking area is intended for stadium activities so it is far from busy areas with a weight of 39 with a weight of 9.8% which is included in the high category. 2) There is no collaborative policy between agencies regarding parking management with a weight of 39 with a weight of 9.8% which is included in the high category. 3) The development of technological infrastructure is not a top priority, with a weighting of 39 with a weighting of 9.8%, which is included in the high category.
