Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of supervision of the leadership on employee productivity simultaneously at UPT Development of Medicinal Plants Nanggung District Bogor Regency. The research type is explanatory research which analyzed with quantitative approach including Correlation Coefficient (KK), Coefficient of Determination (KD), Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Test. The number of samples was 32 respondents with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through literature study, questionnaire distribution, and observation. Likert scale is used for Questionnaire question. Leadership supervision as independent variable with indicator: work standard setting, measurement of work result, correction action, and feedback. Employee productivity as a dependent variable, with indicators: quantity, quality, timeliness and motivation. Hypothesis test results showed the positive and significant influence of supervision of the leadership to employee work poduktivitas. It means, if the supervision of the leadership increases then it will be followed by increased employee productivity. The result of statistical calculation of Coefficient of Determination (r2) or R square and Simple Linear Regression equation showed a differentiator between supervisory variables of leadership with productivity variables and any increase in the value of supervisory leadership will increase the influence of work productivity of workers.

Abstract

The latest published information about percentage of Indonesia’s entrepreneur from total population was 1.65% equal to 4.26 million people. This number was still lower than the minimum standard of developed countries, which is 2%. In order to achieve that number the government needs a new strategy which can effectively raise the number of new entrepreneurs which targeted the young generation. The research conducted to analyze seconder data to propose a program called a collaboration among Academics – Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners – College Students. Lead by selected lecturers, the college students were expected firstly to work together in developing existing SMEs in small groups. The next step was a program to enable them to find opportunities and open their own businesses. The last stage was the evaluations. The mentioned series of activities should be done under the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of Republic of Indonesia and implemented by the departments in local districts cooperated with universities. Research objects were data of total entrepreneurs, universities, and certain data related to Indonesia’s economy. The approach of this research was deductive, which aimed to build a new theory formulated to give an idea of how to increase from existing total entrepreneurs to targeted total entrepreneurs. Both qualitative and quantitative techniques were conducted, begun with content analysis, it was followed by basic mathematical calculation. The final result of the research was a proposed program to Indonesia’s governement to gain new entrepreneurs from 1.65% to 2% as targeted.

Abstract

The presence of Alfamart near Indomaret which has been standing, it will cause a scramble for customers between Indomart and Alfamart. This is happen at Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta that caused a decline in the average number of customers per day which shopping. On 2006 Indomaret at Kota Bukit has decreased that significantly by 22.22% compared to the average number of daily customers of 2005. The condition of latest, the average number of daily customers on 2007 (Januari-April) is decreasing as much as 1.20% compared to the average daily benefit of 2006. The research aims to understand the influence of the quality of service for customer satisfaction at Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta with full and simultaneous. The population that used is the customers Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta and sample is taken using Slovin formulas with the levels of trust 90%. The data analyze is used Multiple Linier Regression. The result of the research is to inform the quality of service which includes the tangible, realibility, responsive, assurance and empathy to depend on the particular satisfaction simultaneously. Responsive variable is variable which influence with full and has the biggest impact on customers satisfaction Indomaret of Kota Bukit Purwakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of participants Pension (Y) at PT.Taspen (Persero) Branch Depok. Independent variables used in this research are Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5). The sample of this research is 100 Participants from all population. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that tangible (X1), reliability (X2), and responsiveness (X3) partially have a significant influence on satisfaction of pension participant (Y) meaning that the better tangible, reliability and responsiveness then the satisfaction of pension participant will increase. Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) are not partially insignificant to the satisfaction of the Pension Participant (Y). The result of calculation of coefficient of determination shows that the satisfaction of the participant of pension is influenced by five independent variables such as tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) equal to 53,7% and the rest equal to 46, 3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved based on the problems above are to find out the relationship between service quality and personal selling with the satisfaction of micro credit customers. And the contribution of service quality variables (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y) obtained R Square (R²) value of 0.615, This means that service quality (X1) forms a contribution of 61.5% to customer satisfaction (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship between the variable personal selling and customer satisfaction with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.765 which means strong. And the contribution of personelling variable (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y) obtained R Square value of 0.585, This means that the personal selling variable (X2) forms a contribution of 58.5% to customer satisfaction (Y). There is a positive and significant relationship variable service quality and personal selling together with customer satisfaction with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.786 which means that it is strong enough. And the contribution of service quality (X1) and personal selling (X2) together on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained an Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.611.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix including products, prices, promotions, and locations, both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Indogrosir Cibinong. The results of data analysis show that the product, price and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions while the promotion has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The marketing mix consisting of products, prices, promotions and purchasing decisions jointly influences purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.351 which means that 35.1% of purchasing decisions in Indogrosir Cibinong are influenced by product variables, price, promotion, and location, while the remaining 64.9% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions that can be given in this study are: (1) Indogrosir Cibinong should pay attention to product factors by paying attention to products that are not close to expiration, good quality products, attractive packaging, and not dusty and neat; (2) Price factor by providing affordable prices, prices according to product quality, prices listed in accordance with the price that must be paid, the price offered is competitive and relatively cheap, and prices are in accordance with the benefits of the product; (3) Location factors by paying attention to parking arrangements, parking areas of two or four-wheeled vehicles are quite adequate, the location of Indogrosir is easily accessible by public transportation, as well as the strategic location of Indogrosir.

Abstract

National Health Insurance (JKN) was born as mandated by Law No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security System (SJSN) and the Law No. 24 of 2011 on National Social Security Agency which appointed PT. Askes (Persero) which is then referred to BPJS Kesehatan, followed by Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2013 and Presidential Decree No. 111 of 2013 which has mandated that all Indonesian citizens must be incorporated in JKN program no later than January 1st, 2019. The main challenge is how to attract uninsured people to participate in JKN program within the targeted timeframe. This study examine the probability of urban informal workers as the main target of uninsured people to participate in JKN program based on ten independent variables that are price stimulus, discounts stimulus, payment period stimulus, precautionary motive, access motive, and financial planning knowledge which includes risk management, saving management, retirement planning, heirs planning, and household cash flow management. The study was conducted through direct interviews in Greater Jakarta to 150 informal workers. The results of the study indicate that discount stimulus, access motive to insurance, practicing cash flow management, and heirs planning have significant impact to the person's interest on JKN program.

Abstract

The problem in this research is lack of business development of actors informal sector in Pasar Baru - Kuningan District. The purpose of this study is as follows: (1) to determine the effect of simultaneously working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration of the development of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (2) to determine the effect of working capital to the development of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (3) to determine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior to the of the informal sector in Pasar Baru Kuningan; (5) to determine the effect on the development of skills to manage the administration of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru - Kuningan. The method used in this research is quantitative method type survey. The hypothesis of this study are Working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration of influence simultaneously to the development of informal sector enterprises. Research results are: working capital, entrepreneurial behavior and skills to manage the administration jointly influence simultaneously to the development of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru-Kuningan. Working capital has a positive and significant impact on the development of informal sector businesses in Pasar Baru-Kuningan. This means that the presence of additional working capital will also increase business development in the informal sector of Pasar Baru – Kuningan District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and motivation on the performance of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur employees. In this study the object is a permanent employee or contract of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur. The population in this study were all employees working at the office of PT BPR Fajar Artha Makmur in the operational field of 50 people. The samples taken were 50 samples. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed discipline at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone very well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.82. Motivation at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone quite well. This can be seen based on the answers of 50 respondents, with an average number of 3.02. Employee performance at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur has gone well. This is seen based on the answers of the respondents as many as 50 people, with an average number of 3.05. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely the correlation coefficient that is equal to 0.797, and according to the provisions of the author, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation have a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance variables, this shows that discipline and motivation have a strong influence on performance employees at PT. BPR Fajar Artha Makmur.
