Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze to find out the relationship of promotion and price together with the purchase decision of KPR at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Jakarta Kota. This research was carried out at the PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Jakarta Kota office. The results of the study show there is a positive and significant relationship between the price variable and the purchasing decision with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.769. There is a positive and significant relationship between promotional variables and purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.829. There is a positive and significant relationship between price and promotion variables together with purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.914. Price contribution (X₁) and promotion (X₂) together towards purchasing decisions (Y) are calculated based on the coefficient of determination or the value of Adjusted R Square (R²) x 100%. Based on the results above, it is known that the Adjusted R Square (R²) = 0.833 value. This shows that 83.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by price and promotion while the remaining 16.7%, purchase decisions are influenced by other factors which are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand image on purchasing decisions of Honda CBR150R motorcycles in Cibinong. The number of samples used is 100 people using the formula Sugiyono (2013: 220). Test Results t product quality and price have a positive. Whereas the brand brand image partially does not have a effect on the purchase decision variable of the Honda CBR150R motorcycle in Cibinong. Test results of product quality, price and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable purchase decision for Honda CBR150R motorcycles in Cibinong. The results of the analysis of determination correlation (R Square) amounted to 0.545 This means that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality, price and brand image of 54.5% and the remaining 55.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention, and physical evidence on community satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The method of collecting data for testing hypotheses using filling in questionnaires aimed at 100 respondents of people over the age of 17 who use the services at the registration counter.The results of multiple linear analysis show that the influence of service quality dimensions is R2 = 0.346, which means that the contribution of variable X (Service Quality) plays a role in influencing the Y variable (Community Satisfaction) of 34.6%. Based on the results of the t test the responsiveness and attention variables influence people's satisfaction. Judging from the results of the test f community satisfaction together is influenced by variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attention, and physical evidence at the level of alpha significance of 10% or 90% confidence level. Based on the results of the t test the responsiveness and attention variables influence people's satisfaction.

Abstract

This study the sampling technique used accidental sampling technique and the samples of this study was 100 respondents. The results of the study show that the results of the partial hypothesis test prove that the product variable with a t-count value of 3,240> t-table value 1.66. With a significance value of 0.002 <0.05 a significance value smaller than 0.05 indicates that at the significance level of 5%, the hypothesis HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Hypothesis test results simultaneously prove that together the factors of product, price, location and promotion have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions Distro Club Kota Bogor. The results of multiple linear regression test obtained a regression equation that is Y = 5.743 + 0.399 X1 + 0.187 X2 + 0.010 X3 + 0.081 X4 which means that there is an increase in product, price, location and promotion as much as one unit will raise consumer purchasing decisions Distro Club City of Bogor. Whereas if there is no increase in product value, price, location and promotion then the value of the consumer purchasing decision Distro Club Bogor City will be constant at 5.743. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted R² value of 0.290, this shows that 29.0% purchasing decisions in Distro Club Bogor City influenced by the marketing mix while the remaining 71.0% purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company profitability. The independent variable in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as measured by indicators of the global reporting initiative (GRI) such as CSR-economy, CSR-environment, and CSR-social. The dependent variable in this study is the company's profitability measured by using net profit margin (NPM). This research is a clause study. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published a complete financial report for the 2013-2017 period. The data analysis technique was carried out by the method of Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 23 program tools. The results of this study are CSR-economic disclosure has no effect on NPM, CSR-environmental disclosure has a negative effect on NPM, and CSR-social disclosure has no effect on NPM, CSR-economic disclosure, CSR-environment, CSR-social has a positive effect on NPM.

Abstract

The results showed 1) There was a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a tilapia regression coefficient of 0.409 and t count = 11.204 > t table 1.979 which proved the first hypothesis was accepted. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a regression coefficient of 0.170 and t count = 4.443> t table 1.979 which proves the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Unggul Karya Semesta Bogor with a regression coefficient value of 0.403 and t count = 9461> t table 1.979 which proves the second hypothesis is accepted. 4) Simultaneous hypothesis test results known that the calculated F value of 168,176> F table 2,445 has proves that together with motivation, transformational leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) The coefficient of determination test results obtained adjusted R² value of 0.799.

Abstract

The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, using simultaneous tests and partial test. The data used are primary and secondary data . Samples taken as many as 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of ease, perceptions of benefits and perceptions of security, physical evidence, processes jointly influence the decision to purchase Indomaret cards by 0.406 or 40% ease, benefits and security is one of the processes of positive influence on consumer decisions. In partial test (t-test) it is known significantly with sig. Respectively 0,000 and 0,001 <from 0,05 and t count value respectively 3,703,> t table values ​​1,66159, 1,787 and 3,588> t table values ​​1,66159. This shows that the variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and security influence consumer decisions in purchasing Indomaret cards.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is capital investment in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The type of data used in research is quantitative causality. Data samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that working capital variables consisting of current ratio, accounts receivable turnover, preparation turnover and simultaneous working capital turnover (together) are significantly related to profitability (ROA). With a partial ratio (ROA) with a sig value of 0.045 <0.05 and a value of t arithmetic 2.097> 2.042 and accounts receivable turnover (ROA) with a sig value of 0.013 <0.05 and a t value of 2.634> 2.042. Inventory turnover and working capital do not affect profitability (ROA). Then from the results of the Beta Standard Coefficient shows the most dominant variable is the current ratio with a value of 0.468. From the regression results in this study the influence of the independent variables amounted to 32.7% while the remaining 67.3% was needed by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the organizational design of Department of Transportation, Communication and Information in West Bandung Regency. Hellriegel and Slocum, there are have six elements such as task, technology, strategic, design, culture, and people. The researcher using qualitative methods with collection of data technique by library research, observation and interview. Informants on this research were selected based on purposive technique with sampling data and consideration. Data analysis is start from data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results implementation of organizational design at Department of Transportation, Communication and Information in West Bandung Regency yet optimally, because there’s some aspects that have not been fulfilled. The problem solving from the researcher is restructure the design organization at Department of Transportation, Communication and Information in West Bandung Regency. Government have to consideration to merge between transportation field with communication and information filed, cause both of them have different function, role and job to achieve the purpose in West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the physical service variable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect customer satisfaction at BNI Syariah KCP Kartini. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument to take a sample of 100 respondents, who are BNI Syariah KCP Kartini Depok customers. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression showed that partially, just empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BNI Syariah KCP Kartini. Simultaneously note that F statistic > F table so that Ho is rejected, meaning that together physical evidance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect satisfaction customer. The independent variable can explain the dependent variable that is customer satisfaction by 39.6% and the remaining 60.4 is explained by other variables not included in this analysis.
