Abstract

Background : Between 2016 and 2020, the population used was 46 listed property and real estate company on the IDX. The sample selection technique is technique purposive sampling and obtained as much 14 sample company multiplied with five year, produce 70 units analysis. Research tested with use linear regression analysis multiple. Method : The data collection method in this research is document. Result : This research proves that Firm Size partially has no effect on the Capital Structure of property and real estate companies. This is due to personnel errors in the company in making decisions so that it becomes a wrong step that can be fatal in managing company funds or capital Conclusion : Firm Size, Sales Growth, Asset Structure, and Non Debt Tax Shield simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the Capital Structure of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020.

Abstract

Background : Find the components that most influence the self-esteem of public state-owned companies. The research method uses quantitative descriptive while the data collection technique is from secondary data, namely financial reports which are downloaded from the IDX website. The population of public BUMN is 20 companies, with a sample that meets the criteria there are 17 companies. Data processing uses multiple linear regression techniques that must meet a good classical assumption. Method : This study uses a deductive approach, which is a form of scientific presentation from the general to the specific form. Meanwhile, according to its type, this research is a quantitative research because it uses measurable information that is obtained from the financial reports of BUMN companies.. Result : The results of data processing produce factors that positively affect firm value, namely net profit margins and tax planning, firm size negatively affects firm value, while capital structure does not affect firm value.. Conclusions : Simultaneously, the variables will have a significant influence on the company's value with the magnitude of this influence of 37.2%..

Abstract

Technology in identifying ear shapes is the most important step in an automatic ear shape identification system. The purpose of this paper is to introduce an approach to image segmentation, color by determining the pixel values in the database and scanning results, the similarity results are formed, the error value of each image. The method used is color segmentation based on RGB(red, green, blue) values, edge detection with the canny and laplace methods and the results of the segmentation. The results obtained are that the program that has been created can identify the shape of the ear image in the database compared to the scanning results using the segmentation method and calculate the number of image pixels between the database image and the scanned image where the minimum number of pixels for the ear shape image in the database is 452 pixels, while the total the maximum pixels is 3028 pixels. For the image of the shape of the ear the result of scanning the minimum number of pixels is 419 pixels and the maximum number of pixels is 2742 pixels. The percentage of identification results for the shape of the ear has an average similarity level: 92%, the results of this study show a very high level of accuracy. The percentage of error in identifying the shape of the ear has an average error rate of: 8%, the results of this study indicate a very low error rate. a conclusion that comparing one image with another image will get a very high level of accuracy in the canny image results are better because the edge detection is clearer and the noise is less. While image laplace is worse because there is a lot of noise

Abstract

Abstract [Times New Roman 10] Background: Dental caries that reached the pulp required root canal treatment. Non-compliance in undergoing treatment in the field of conservation and endodontic teeth can cause treatment failure, which results in the treatment having to be repeated. Factors that affected a person's compliance include knowledge, education, income, employment, motivation, perception, satisfaction, and treatment costs. The purpose of the study: to determine the factors of patient compliance with multi-visit root canal treatment in Kupang City. Research method: An analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study used accidental sampling, namely patients who received dental root canal treatment at dental practices throughout the city of Kupang with a total sample of 40 people. The Spearman correlation test was used to determine the factors of patient compliance with multi visit root canal treatment in Kupang City. The results: There was a significant relationship between income (p=0.006), education (p=0.010), knowledge (p=0.003), motivation (p=0.000), perception (p=0.001), satisfaction (p=0.000), and cost of care (p=0.007) with patient compliance. While the occupational factor (p=0.843) had no relationship with patient compliance. The dominant factor was the cost of root canal treatment. The strength of the relationship between variables was -0.418, meaning that the relationship was sufficient and negative, which meant that the lower the cost of treatment, the higher consumer compliance. Conclusion: There was a relationship between the factors of knowledge, income, education, motivation, perception, satisfaction, and cost of care with patient compliance. For the work factor, there was no relationship. Meanwhile, the dominant factor was the cost of root canal treatment.

Method collection data through survey and spread questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by the saturated sample formula at The population of the UPI YPTK campus is 100. The analytical method used is the inner model and path coefficients. Results study which obtained based on path coefficients obtained: 1) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to student learning achievement significant value 0.994 <0.05. 2)There are influence positive which significant interest to learn to performance student study where significant value 0.000>0.05. 3) None influence positive which significant motivation to learn to parents attention where significant value 0.063 <0.05. 4) There are influence positive which significant interest in learning to parents attention. where score significant 0.000<0.05. 5) No there is influence positive which significant parents attention to student learning achievement. where significant value 0.422>0.05. The author provides suggestions Expected to parents give input and suggestion to children to increase interest in learning so that they can enhancement performance study and etc, so that parent able to improve facilities and a safe environment for children to learn To use can maintain even improve performance study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tax avoidance, financial performance, corporate governance on firm value. Financial performance proxies are return on assets, return on equity, size and leverage. Meanwhile, the proxy for corporate governance is the audit committee. This study uses a sample of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019 except for financial companies. The final sample in this study was 1,158 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Firm value is measured using Tobin's Q. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results show that tax avoidance has a negative effect on firm value. Furthermore, for return on assets, return on equity and leverage have a positive effect on firm value. However, the size and audit committee variables have no effect on firm value
