The development of Information Technology (IT) is currently growing so rapidly. So that the information system has penetrated almost every field of everyday life. There are several types of technology that are usually used by companies, especially to support the human resource management section in managing information in companies and one of them is by implementing technology from an information system regarding attendance. The role of IT in organizational operational processes, the Cooperative Industry and Trade office uses a fingerprint record system for taking attendance. The attendance-taking tool has a sophisticated electronic system that only reads the fingerprint patterns of each employee. With this fingerprint attendance, employees can be motivated to arrive early because fingerprint attendance cannot manipulate employee attendance in the office. This study uses the COBIT 4.1 method which focuses on the DS (Delivery and Support), and ME (Monitor and Evaluate) domains. By calculating the maturity level, the DS value of 4.58 is obtained at level 5, namely Optimized Level, which means that agencies have implemented information technology very well and agencies need to maintain system stability so that it continues to develop, while the ME calculated on a scale of 3.99 is at the level 4, namely managed level, which means that security in the system is quite good and only needs to be evaluated so that the vision and mission of the agency are achieved.

The research method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The tests carried out in this study were the classical assumption test, descriptive test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The test equipment used in this study was the IBM SPSS Statistics application version 25. The sample in this study were 51 manufacturing companies. The selection of this research sample was based on purposive sampling with the aim of obtaining a representative sample according to predetermined criteria. The results obtained are that there is no effect of financial leverage on profitability with a significant value of 0.629. There is no effect of company size on profitability with a significant value of 0.196. There is a financial leverage effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.000. There is no effect of company size on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.288. There is a profitability effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.00. There is an indirect effect of financial leverage through profitability on income smoothing. There is an indirect effect of company size through profitability on income smoothing.

This study examines the effect of economic growth and the open unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Merangin District, Jambi Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, the poverty rate from 2010-2018, economic growth from 2011-2018, and the open unemployment rate from 2011-2018. The data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Merangin Regency, data analysis techniques used parametric statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth and the open unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Merangin District. Multiple linear regression data analysis was carried out through parametric statistical assumption testing and hypothesis testing, to see whether there are similarities that can predict the dependent variable, parametric assumption tests include (1) normality test, (2) multicollinearity test, (3) heteroscedasticity test, and ( 4) autocorrelation test. While the hypothesis testers are (1) Determinant Coefficient Test (R Square), and (2) T test. The results of this study indicate that economic growth has no significant effect on the poverty rate, while the open unemployment rate has a positive effect on the poverty rate in Merangin District, Jambi Province. The value of the determinant coefficient is 0.224 which means that the independent variable affects 22% of the dependent variable on the poverty level in Merangin Regency, Jambi Province.

The continuous flow of information has become a necessity for organizations. The internet moves information quickly to support the activities of its users, PT. Graha Cipta Bangko Jaya. These organizations must keep running their business even when internet service is unavailable. There are several ways to overcome this problem, one of which is to use at least two different internet sources, which will be combined with failover techniques on the internet connection so that if one internet source is disconnected, it will be automatically transferred to another internet source. The failover technique is usually combined with the load balance technique, and there are several methods for the load balance, one of which is PCC (Per Connection Classifier). The PCC load balance and failover method are commonly used in the gateway check feature on the ip route menu. However, when implementing the gateway check feature, it can only check on the gateway device so that if there is a problem at the provider, it will not be able to be monitored by the router side. So that the router can check directly with the provider, it can add a recursive gateway technique to failover. A device that can support the above method is the Mikrotik Router. A Mikrotik router is a device or operating system specifically designed for routing in computer networks. Later the results of this research can ensure the availability of the internet within the organization and increase the operational productivity of the organization

This study intends to examine the mediating effect of consumer satisfaction on the influence of digital marketing and product quality on consumer loyalty. We distributed 100 questionnaires and all of them were returned and usable. The hypothesis was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) which managed to reveal that digital marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; digital marketing, product quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings illustrate that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating effect on the effect of digital marketing and product quality on consumer loyalty. This study intends to identify consumer loyalty and its determinants in UMKM actors in Bukittinggi. This is because there were only a few previous studies on embroidery and embroidery UMKM actors Therefore, this study offers a theoretical basis for further studies and practical implications for business actors

This study aims to design a VPN network system by utilizing a public network, where this system aims to provide security by using IPSec in providing confidential information through the L2TP tunnel method from the server to the branch/client computer and vice versa. VPN is implemented using layer 2 tunneling protocol (L2TP) using two Mikrotik routers. There are only a few changes in the computer network configuration to minimize costs and implementation time. Tests are carried out to implement security on the network using the command prompt, where the admin observes packet loss and delay parameters to find out the increase in security quality on the network

The background of this research is that there are many students in the Craft Production Design Vocational School who are able to produce usable products such as cabinets, chairs, souvenirs and other household appliances, but it turns out that the products produced by students are not put to good use. on display in the school gallery and there are some products that students take home because they are only used for school work. This research method uses Research and Development (R & D) with Borg and Gall research and development procedures which consist of six stages, research and information gathering, planning, product development, field trials and product revisions, final product revisions and dissemination. Based on the research and development that has been done, a website is produced. The results obtained from this study are website-based product promotion media and student expertise that are valid and effective for increasing interest in entrepreneurship

This study aims to determine the major impacts of Capital Structure, Capital Expenditure and Firm Size on Company Value using Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 195 manufacturing companies and a sample of 60 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study used SPSS software version 25. Using the results of this study it was concluded that: (1) there is a significant influence between capital structure and profitability. (2) there is no effect between Capital Expenditure on Profitability. (3) there is no influence between Firm Size on Profitability. (4) there is a significant impact between capital structure and firm value. (5) there is no impact between Capital Expenditure on Company Value. (6) there is a significant effect between Firm Size and Firm Value. (7) there is a significant impact between Profitability on Firm Value. (8) Profitability is able to moderate the correlation between capital structure and firm value. (9) Profitability is not able to moderate the correlation between Capital Expenditure on Firm Value. This study aims to resolve conflicts and overcome complaints from the people of Nagari Panyakalan in the procurement of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAMs). This action is carried out through vertical conflict prevention communication strategies, outreach and persuasive communication. Based on research conducted by interviewing Mr. Wali Nagari Panyakalan at the first meeting, the authors explain in Article 15 paragraph 3 the sanctions for destroying or abolishing PDAM drinking water facilities, namely using tools to destroy, revoke and block the operation of the water meter. Reversed position from its original position, installation of a suction pump on the water meter will initially result in a temporary stoppage of the water supply (sealing) and a fine of ten times the maximum annual water consumption

This research aims to describe how the Government's effort in building people's economy through culinary tourism business that has been mushrooming at any corners of the city during the pandemic. The research employed qualitative method with observation, interview and document analysis as instruments for data collection. Observations were made at several culinary tourism spots following an interview session with some participants from tourism office staffs, culinary business managers and visitors. Related documents were obtained from both the Government Service and culinary business actors. The results of this research indicate that the Government's policy plays an important role in improving the community's economy as it absorbs lot of people to work in and encourages the others to supply the ‎necessary ingredients in which at the same time the business is potential to increase regional income
