Abstract

Portofolio saham digunakan investor sebagai acuan dalam menamkan modal. Portofolio saham dibentuk dan dirancang investor atau manajemen investasi sedemikian rupa dengan mempertimbangkan risk dan return yang akan diterima. Umumnya investor akan menggunakan holding period return sebagai salah satu teknik dalam melakukan komposisi saham. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur tentang Holding Period Return dan pengomptimalan menggunakan teknik ini dalam menentukan komposisi portofolio saham. Penelitian menggunakan berbagai sumber tertulis seperti artikel, buku, dan dokumen lainnya yang relevan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah Persentase holding period return dijadikan sebagai penentuan komposisi yang diinginkan. Dalam optimalisasi penggunaannya penting untuk memperhatikan periode waktu dalam kepemilikan saham. Selain itu dibutuhkan analisis tambahan sebagai pendukung dari kekurangan yang dimiliki holding period return

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system that presents information in graphical form using a map as an interface, in addition to that geographic information system also has the ability to connect various data at a certain point. By applying Geographic Information System (GIS) at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka can make it easier for couriers in the package delivery process because the address search process becomes more accurate which can bring up information to the courier, namely receipt number, sender name, recipient name, sender's home address, recipient, weight and shipping costs and this system can accessed by the sender and receiver to determine the status of the existence of the packet

Abstract

Student satisfaction services for SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai have not been analyzed yet. So that the impact is less than optimal satisfaction services for facilities at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai, inadequate training of teaching staff, administrative services. By looking at these conditions, it becomes the impetus for making a decision-making system regarding participant satisfaction services using an information systems technology approach. Based on these problems, it is important to conduct research related to the assessment of service quality at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai to find out how the quality of services provided to especially trainers and become an evaluation for SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai to improve services.

Abstract

The National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency is a religious and social institution located on Jl. Turi, Mekar Baru, Kec. West Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. The problem that is often encountered in the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency is the selection of mustahiq which still uses the manual method, so that it still causes problems such as the length of the selection process and the occurrence of miscalculations, resulting in less accurate mustahiq selection results. In addition, the unavailability of access to information to see mustahiq who have been included in the list of zakat recipients, resulting in mustahiq who have received zakat can receive assistance more than once a year. There are several criteria in the selection and determination of mustahiq at the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency, namely by taking into account the status of residence, income, employment status, number of dependents, and family vehicles. The distribution of zakat for mustahiq is carried out periodically, namely once a year in every holy month of Ramadan, with the number of mustahiq that have been selected by the management committee of the National Amil Zakat Agency of Asahan Regency, namely 30 mustahiq. For this reason, a system is designed that can support in making decisions on recommendations for zakat recipients for mustahiq.

Abstract

CRM is one of the means to establish a sustainable relationship between the company and its stakeholders and shareholders. So far, Rozi Accessories Store customers have to come directly to the location to be able to buy products and make transactions directly. So far, customers don't know about new products unless they have to come to the store. Customers find it difficult to check whether the product they are looking for is in the Rozi Accessories Store. By implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) problems that occur can be handled properly, with CRM customers no longer need to come to the location to be able to buy these products and make it easier for customers to make transactions. The results of this study are the E-CRM system produces product information to customers and facilitates transactions and can retain customers. The conclusion obtained is that E-CRM can be applied to sales of accessories to increase sales and attract new customers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between cash turnover, current ratio, company size, and sales growth in retail trade organizations. Retail trading businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2020 became the population in the study.This research uses a purposive selection approach, with the criteria for retail trading business actors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to suffer losses and not submit comprehensive financial statements during the period 2017-2020. Quantitative data analysis approaches are used in this research. Some of the tests used in this hypothesis experiment: multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and determination coefficient.The study's findings include The Current Ratio, which statistically has a significant impact on profit margins. Meanwhile, the cash turnover ratio, the size of the company, and the rate of increase in sales did not have a great influence on profitability. However, cash turnover ratios, current ratios, company sizes, and sales growth all have a statistically significant positive impact on profitability when combined.

Abstract

Family Planning is a quality family that is established by promoting, protecting and helping to realize reproductive rights as well as providing the services, arrangements and support needed to form a family with the ideal marriageable age, regulate the number of children, the distance of children and the ideal childbearing age to regulate pregnancy and foster resilience and well-being of children. The family planning program aims to increase public awareness and participation in following family planning rules, namely through limiting the age of marriage, birth spacing, increasing family resilience, increasing family welfare, in order to realize the Small Happy and Prosperous Family Norm [1]. In an effort to launch a family planning program in Tanjungbalai City. The Office of Occupational Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) will conduct counseling on the family planning program to reduce the high birth rate. However, until now there are still many family planning consultation services carried out in several areas with low birth rates, if the location of the expansion is not always on target, it is feared that the program will not achieve its objectives. So we need a system analysis to help make decisions in site selection. One technique that can be used to determine location selection is to use a decision support system (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. For that we need a computer-based decision support system that can combine models and data to provide support to decision makers in solving problems that involve users in depth. From the above problems, the authors are interested in raising the issue and putting it into a thesis entitled "Application of the Weighted Product (WP) Algorithm for Determining Priority Locations for Family Planning Extension Program Tanjungbalai City". It is hoped that the Weighted Product method can provide convenience in determining the Priority Location of Family Planning Extension Programs to produce effective decisions and help the Department and the community

Abstract

Delvi Jilbab is one of the shop businesses engaged in selling hijab. The obstacles that occur in Delvi Jilbab are the lack of promotion, the absence of a customer data management system, customers have difficulty in finding out information about marketing at Delvi Jilbab. Based on the data obtained, it can be seen that the customer development at Delvi Jilbab has decreased in the last two months. This shows the need for a system in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty. The concept of E-CRM aims to increase loyalty and provide satisfaction to customers. Therefore we need an information system by implementing E-CRM that can assist customers in finding out information about products without coming directly to the Delvi Jilbab store, and assisting Delvi Jilbab in managing customer data. System design using UML diagrams and implementation using PHP and MySQL. The results showed that the application of E-CRM can increase customer loyalty and improve marketing at Delvi Jilbab with the E-CRM system that can facilitate customers in obtaining information and assist Delvi Jilbab in managing customer transaction data. Abstract

Background : In 2018 the number of motor vehicle taxpayers registered in the SAMSAT of Padang City was 771,803, but those who paid taxes were only 616,748 taxpayers or 79.91%, in 2019 the number of taxpayers increased to 890,817, but those who obeyed paying taxes were 663,213 or 74.45% and in 2020 the number of taxpayers is 967,504 taxpayers and those who pay taxes are 613,978 or 63.46%. Method : Regression analysis is used to see the effect of independent variables: taxpayer knowledge (X1), taxpayer awareness (X2), motor vehicle tax sanctions (X3) and taxpayer income (X4) simultaneously on the dependent variable: taxpayer compliance (Y) with the assumption that other independent variables are considered constant. Result : Taxpayer awareness has an effect on and taxpayer compliance. The more aware taxpayers are of the importance of paying taxes, making taxpayers more obedient in paying taxes, taxes paid by taxpayers will be reused by taxpayers in the form of state facilities. Conclusion : There is a simultaneous significant positive effect between taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, motor vehicle tax sanctions and taxpayer income on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Padang City SAMSAT Office, where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The development of information technology today facilitates human work as a medium to run a business or business. Syafri's shop is a shop that serves various kinds of basic needs needed by the people in Kisaran City. The company in the food sector is still implementing manual sales. With today's tight business competition, it is necessary to create an online sales system at Syafri's Store by applying the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method which intends to know customer needs and customer desires to find out good relationships with customers. The purpose of this study is to find out what consumers are asking to stay loyal to buy products and to increase sales at Syafri Stores by implementing a Customer Relationship Management system. Meanwhile, in making this system a responsive web-based system with PHP and MYSQL programming languages as databases.
