The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a comparative approach. The data collection techniques used by the author are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the analysis of the implementation of Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management in the allocation of village funds in Suka Makmur Village was generally not in accordance, this can be seen from the stages in village financial management consisting of the planning stage, the implementation of which was not in accordance because the planning and implementation work time was not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Meanwhile, the administration, reporting and accountability stages are largely said to be in accordance because they refer to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. There are several things such as the lack of transparency to the community regarding the planning that will be carried out in Suka Makmur Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Employee Performance at the Village Office of Seluma Selatan District. The sample in this study was 72 village office employees in Seluma Selatan District. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 4.362 + 0.193X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.361X3 + e. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) on performance (Y). This means that if the variables of motivation, education and work discipline increase, it will increase the performance of the newspaper. The coefficient of determination is 0.584. This means that X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) have an effect on performance (Y) of 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the newspaper performance variable because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous (together) effect on the performance of Village Office Employees because the significant value is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

Islamic Microeconomics prioritizes sharia principles that regulate economic activities in a fair and transparent manner. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through literature reviews that included classical literature such as Ibn Khaldun's works, to modern documents from government and academic institutions. The results of research on government policies in Islamic microeconomics show that subsidies in the agrarian sector have a significant positive impact on the welfare of farmers in South Sumatra such as reducing production costs, increasing productivity, access to quality agricultural inputs such as superior seeds that encourage increased crop yields, increasing food security and reducing social inequality. Therefore, the role of the state is very important where government policies must support the achievement of the welfare of a just and prosperous society without contradicting the teachings of Islam

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, the food industry faces the challenge of meeting consumer demand while managing resources efficiently to maximize profits. This research focuses on optimizing the profitability of risol products, snacks made from flour dough with various fillings, using the simplex method. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data was collected from the Risol XYZ Plant through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out by compiling a mathematical model that describes the function of the goal to maximize the existing advantages and constraints. The results of the analysis show that by using the simplex method, factories can improve production efficiency and profitability. From the calculations carried out, the objective function Z = 75,000X₁ + 50,000X₂, with the constraints of wheat raw materials, breadcrumbs, chicken meat, carrots, potatoes, and production capacity. Strategic recommendations are provided to improve efficiency and integrate sustainability practices in the production process. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of production management and optimization science, as well as practical benefits for the food industry, especially in the production of risol.

And the population in this study amounted to 168 respondents, with a sample size of 118 respondents. The calculation results show that, leadership style partially affects employee work motivation, obtained t count (4,473) > t table (1,658) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee work motivation. While the communication variable obtained t count (9.011) > t table (1.658) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between communication on employee work motivation. Simultaneously leadership style and communication have an effect on work motivation, obtained f count 87.645> f table 3.08 and sig 0.000, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that leadership style and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of social media influencer advertising on Generation Y and Z, with a focus on source credibility and attractiveness in relation to purchase intention. The study proposes that consumer attitude mediates the relationship between social media influencer characteristics (both exogenous and endogenous) and purchase intention. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to test the empirical models, with SMARTPLS and SPSS utilized for the analysis. A total of 193 respondents were sampled. The findings support all the hypotheses except for the direct relationship between source attractiveness and consumer attitudes. Additionally, the study demonstrates that generational differences act as moderating variables in the relationship between consumer attitude and purchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of brand image (X1) and brand love (X2) on customer loyalty (Y), with customer engagement (Z) serving as a mediating variable among Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang users in Purwokerto. The research seeks to elucidate how these constructs interact and contribute to customer retention within the competitive mobile gaming sector. A total of 120 respondents were selected using a non-probability sampling approach, specifically employing accidental sampling. Data were analyzed through the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method using the SmartPLS 4.0 software package. The findings reveal that customer engagement significantly mediates the positive relationship between brand love and customer loyalty, indicating that an emotional attachment to the brand enhances loyalty through active customer involvement across various markets. Conversely, customer engagement does not mediate the relationship between brand image and customer loyalty, and brand image was found to exert no direct effect on loyalty. These outcomes underscore the critical importance of brand love in fostering customer loyalty, suggesting that strategies aimed solely at enhancing brand image may not be sufficient to drive sustained customer retention.
